As a product feature it would be very helpful to include in the invitation (and reminders) the option to include a option to import footer text. For example our disclaimer changes periodically and when this happens I need to update individual invitations rather than just in one place. In a survey we can add a footer, can we replicate this in the invitation/reminder messages?

I have a survey where I would like to send a weekly report to key stakeholders. But I only want to include the responses that are of value for them (in this case which accounts who has responded). So I would like to "pipe in" text in this emailed report, so it only shows the results for that specific person. I have access to the target list where the key stakeholders are specified for each row with their email.Not sure I make any sense at all, but let me know and I can explain further :)Thanks in advance-Mattias

Hi,I am trying to build a survey with following needs:At the end of the survey, I would like to show respondents their individual results on a spiderweb/radar chart (for this I will calculate a score for each dimension of the radar chart, based on their individual scores from different questions). I would like to show their accumulated score on a scale. I want to visualize a scale and show them where they are (based on their score). I would like to show their ranking based on their individual score compared to the score of others that responded the survey. So if 50 people responded the survey, the new person that filled in the survey (51th person) should see their rank compared to others, like "you are number 2 in the rank" (which will be based on their accumulated score).How can I achieve these? Do I need to use integrations and if so, which should I use?Wish you all a nice day

Hello! I have previously asked this question but the answers given were not quite what I was looking for, so I will try to clarify it better here. Essentially, I have the survey set up in this "pick, group and rank" format, where participants would select 2 statements they feel are characteristic and uncharacteristic to them, the remaining 2 statements would then be piped into a 3rd group as per the 3rd photo attached below. Hi all,I am having a strange problem with a header in a few of my projects. The projects lead on from each other so they all use the same header and footer.The header and footer are formed from script that was given to us to use in this particular project across several surveys. However, the header is correctly centred in one of the projects, but when copy and pasted identically across to the second project (and so on), the header is misaligned and is all the way to the right. Nothing has changed other than the survey - the script used is identical. In Builder I can only see question numbers but when piping for example, there are also QIDs - is it possible to see both in the Builder?Also, on the translation export, only the QID is shown and not the question number. Is it possible to see both on the export?

Hi all,I have a single library reference block that has been translated into several languages. As such, the feedback and answers to a practice question change depending on the language that is selected. For example, for English, participants would type in "PT" and they would be able to progress. For German, participants would type in "ÜZ". However, I am having an issue with participants using characters from other languages, such as "Ü" in this instance. I know that this is because of the match regex I have:^[A-Z]{2}$Two characters between A-Z only. I also know that "\\p{L}" exists to allow any language. Could anyone please help me to put these two together so that the question will only accept two characters from any language, similar to the above regex?Note - I have tried:^[\\p{L}][A-Z]{2}$^\\p{L}[A-Z]{2}$^{\\p{L}}[A-Z]{2}$^\\p{L}{2}$None of these seemed to work.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advanc

Hello! I am new here. I would like to know if it is possible to display the statements that were picked in the previous questions in their respective scale point in a later question (i.e. the chosen statements in Q1 goes into most characteristic for Q3, the chosen statements in Q2 goes into most uncharacteristic for Q3 and the remaining 2 goes into the Neither Nor scalepoint) ? The images below are an example of what I am trying to do.

I would like to add a share button where a respondent can share their survey response to a Facebook Group. Is this possible? Preferably in the “Thank You” message when the survey has been completed. Thanks!

Hello! In my survey, participants select which avatar they would like to use from a set of 24 avatars on a 4x6 grid, which they see as a single image. Which set of avatars they see depends on their answer to previous questions, and so the imageId is piped in from embedded data set up in previous javascript. Right now, each avatar choice is associated with a letter, and they can choose that letter from a multiple choice list below. But, there seem to be a lot of mistakes being made, so I am hoping to set it up so they can click on the avatar they would like to choose on the grid image itself. I know I can set this up with a hot spot question, but I can't figure out how to set up a hot spot question when the image itself is coming from embedded data and varies for each participant. Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you so much!

Hello,Is there a way to export several completed questionnaires at one go instead of selecting one by one on Data and Analysis to export to pdf please? Secondly, if possible to remove the embedded data appearing when we export a filled questionnaire to pdf.Thanks for your help

Hi all - I want to have a few questions that appear near the end of my survey only with a retake link (for someone to add signature), however if I use embedded data to do this (Q_URL contains Q_R or DEL), whether by display logic or branching, then the back button disappears, which would be a big problem as the person wouldn't be able to go back and check what they're signing if they click too far ahead. Is there any way around this, to keep the back button and only make the questions visible to retakes?? Thanks in advance!

Hello,Here what I am trying to do. I have 2 blocks equally randomized (50:50).In one of these 2 blocks I have the following: Q1: ask participants to input number between 1-100Q2: show them their answer via ${q://QID1/ChoiceTextEntryValue} and ask them if they want to revise their answer. If they say yes, I want to redirect them to Q1 again. I tried to set the question logic this way but I get an error in the because I cant set the logic of Q1 to be conditioned by an answer in a following question Q2. Thank you in advance

Hello, I'm kind of new in Qualtrics. I have a survey in csv (not made on Qualtrics) which have as header the question and all the answer tabulated as usual. What I'm struggling to do is trying to import everything. What i did is create a question with the same name of the header, but still it doesn't work. I'm i trying something which it cannot be done? Hi AllI am rather green in this area and was wondering if I could get some pointers on my reporting in Qualtrics XM. I am trying to design a simple employee satisfaction survey which includes multiple choice questions wherein you can select your department or team. Now, i wanted to display the percentage of respondents for each team against a fixed numeric value (total members in the team) but am unable to find any suggestion that fits this requirement. I would really appreciate some ideas on how to go about this.Looking forward to your ideas and suggestions

Hello, How can I create routing based on hidden / dummy question?I've got 2 blocks of questions (A and B). Block A is Loop&Merge with 7 visuals presented randomly to even sub-samples. I need:some of respondents answer only block B (1/8 of total sample)some of respondent answer block A and than block B (7/8 of total sample)I thought the best way to to this, is to create hidden question, with answers assigned randomly. And to put the routing on, displaying block A only to random respondents. What do you thing, what would be the best way to do this?

I want to attach a different link inside of the survey (preferably at the start) so that they can access dropbox for example and reference their own unique document they previously worked on.For example, the first page says this: "thank you for participating.....please answer the following questions based on the previous document you filled out. Hi, I am trying to figure out how to hide a question after it's been clicked. The question has a single option. If it is selected then the question should disappear and another question would appear. It's like an accordian style test bank in which the first option is "Display Additional Questions" and the second option is "Display All Questions". The first option should disappear if it's clicked then the second option should appear. Any thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
