CX Dashboards

I’m interested in knowing the % of people who answered a survey compared to the total number of people who received a given survey. It’s as simple as that, however Qualtrics makes it so complicated. I went several times through this page, but it just doesn’t work for me: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/xm-directory-respondent-funnel/#ResponseCompletionRateFirstly, I don’t want to know how many survey were started, only how many were finished ones.Then, I don’t care if the answer comes from an invite or a reminder. Also, I have several distributions per survey project. How can I measure yearly trends for my response rate? Finally, when I add the funnel statistics to a dashboard, I have the impression the calculation is made for the whole directory of the contacts. We want to be able to view a customer's survey from a Record Grid Widget (i.e. add a Column that would include the Response ID as a link). However, the Response ID is one of the few pieces of Survey Metadata unavailable for mapping in Dashboard Data. The functionality in the Data & Analysis tab is what we're after (where we can display a column for Response ID or use Actions to View or Export to PDF), but we do not want to give our dashboard users access to that tab.In the Survey Flow I added an embedded data block with a field name ResponseID (Reserved Embedded Data fields cannot have custom values). I mapped it in Dashboard Data as a Text Set. I could then add a column to the Record Grid (Survey Metadata - ResponseID). It pulls in the ResponseID values, but does not automatically link to the survey when you click on that field (like the behavior in Data & Analysis).

I know that there is a way to recode text values with HTML so that words will be formatted differently in the records grid widget. For instance, "YES" would be green and "NO" would be red. I can't seem to get it to work though.

Hi All,I am facing an issue in importing the records in Qualtrics. I have about 3-4 lakhs Historical records from Medallia in a .csv formatted file which I am suppose to import in Qualtrics. But facing the issue as some records are not aligned. I am getting below error Error :RSP_6 - Row 7752 has 161 columns; expected 359 (CDAP_RI_000) Is there any solution so that I can import records on one go. Thanks in Advance for all the solutions !!!

Hi all,I have added a scoring category to my dashboard as embedded data and the data field can be selected within widgets but no data is being populated.  The scoring categories were created after the dashboard was created.There is data present within the survey data tab so I know that there should be figures available.Can someone advise if I have missed a step after adding the scoring embedded data to dashboard data area.  The embedded data for scoring is added as numeric value. the scoring categories are not in the survey flow as embedded data but I didn't think this mattered.Many thanksChris

Is there a possibility to make it so that two people can sign a consent form in the same survey.form within Qualtrics? 

Hi EveryoneIn dashboards it’s easy to build a response ticker for how many people have taken your survey, but can you also pull in the data on how many people you invited by email? I would like to display the success rate of the survey.Thanks :)

Hello, everyone! I am working on trying to replicate a visualization generated in Excel/Powerpoint into Qualtrics Dashboards and would love some guidance. I know that we likely won’t be able to exactly replicate this, but I would appreciate another set of eyes on this.When trying to build this out, I am realizing that we will need to split up the widget into two because of the Respondent Funnel data (the 3-5 columns) and the normal data. I am just hoping we won’t have to split it into three. This is what I have started with but I ran out of Rows/Columns already. Thank you all so much in advance. This is a unique use case but I am hopeful we can come up with something that would be visual

Learning more and more everyday!I have a response ticker widget being populated by approx. 20 content fields from a carry forward form question.I asked.What do you like via multiple choice, then carried these options forward and asked why.The response ticker widget is working as expected but is pulling in all responses even if the question was skipped.Like this….Hope you can help and how can I filter out WRONG?👊

Hi! In trying to making a clean looking Results page and ÇX dashboard, I have this annoying thing where table widgets show a scroll bar even though eveything is visible. Manually resizing the whole widget does not help, nor rezigin the columns. Is there somewhere I have to click to automatically resize the columns, like in Excel? Any ideas how to solve this?  

Hi All I have 3 open text questions populating these simple Record Table dashboard widgets.  Is this the best way to capture this info? Can I merge all this data into x1 table? How can I remove N/A for respondents that did not answer the question?Thanks :)

Hi  I have a widget that shows the YTD NPS but when i add month filter it gets affect, i need it not to be affected by it. Do you know how to block a widget so it doesn't gets affected by the page filters? Thanks! 

We recently made some changes to a survey, increasing the length from one page to two, which has (predictably) reduced our completion percentage (Completed = 1 / Started = 1). I need to add a metric to our distribution dashboard that shows how many respondents at least finished the first page (40% Progress) but I don’t see that as an option in the Distribution data or the documentation (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/distribution-reporting/), only in the response data.Am I just missing it or is there a workaround available?

Hi, I am trying to find a way to automate import of third party sources of customer feedback into a CX Dashboard. I am going to be using Imported Data Projects but am looking to automate the process so I don’t have to manually export CSVs and re-import. For example, we use UserVoice as another VOC source that I want to get into a CX Dashboard. But, currently am stuck exporting from UserVoice and back into Qualtrics. If anyone has achieved something like this in the past and has any pointers it would be greatly appreciated!Thank you

I would like to create a chart like the one below where the line is the CSAT score for that quarter, comparing the breakdown and the overall score.    Currently, the comparison line will only show the current CSAT score instead of changing with the associated survey date (quarter).   Has anyone else accomplished this a comparison where the line matches the x-axis date?   

Ok,I have a table widget on a dashboard that shows the number of responses in each row and their share of the total responses. Now I would like to know the proportion or number of those who did not leave another text field blank. However, the only filter available to me is a keyword search. But that is not what I have, I am searching or filtering for "not empty".Can anyone help me?

Hi Qualtrics Community, I would like to discuss what would be the best approach to change from a 1-11 to a 0-10 scale in some questions. It is relevant for us as we want to connect the Qualtrics dataset with our DataWarehouse and these 1-11 scale can be a source of problems for the future when connecting with other internal sources, metrics calculation, etc.We have a survey project with a NPS question and different satisfaction questions. Also for this project, we have imported some data from an external source limited to the NPS question and some of these satisfaction questions. The aim is getting a more consisten sample size for the whole 2022 year. The NPS question uses a 0-10 scale both in the imported data and the current survey project: all interviews have a 0-10 scale for the NPS question. But for the ‘satisfaction’ questions we are working with a 1-11 scale and both for the imported and the current survey.

We have a section in a survey where there are 8 question blocks and only 3 of the blocks will randomly appear when you take the survey. We set up a randomizer to randomly select the 3 blocks that a user sees. We would like certain blocks to have a higher likelihood of appearing than others. Is there a way to do this? If a CSS or JavaScript option is the only way, please be specific on where the code should go.

Hi! I have an issue when adding the data source of a survey to a dashboard. I Have 2 matrix table questions in 2 separate blocks with 7 different statements each (screenshot 1). When I load the data into a dashboard, the labels of the 2nd matrix table question statements change to the same ones as the 1st (screenshot 2). Why?
