Hello all,We want to use the Key Drivers widget to visualize the performance of Comment Topic Sentiment on the NPS Score.We want to do something like thisPotential driver group = NPS ScoreAnalysis method = Comment - Sentiment Score (Topic 2), Comment - Sentiment Score (Topic 3), Comment - Sentiment Score (Topic 4), Comment - Sentiment Score (Topic 5) Unfortunately, we can only add sentiment score to the potential driver group once and we can’t filter by Topic.Does anyone know a workaround for this?Thanks!

Hi everyone,  Thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m trying to build a simulator in a Qualtrics Dashboard.Specifications for the dashboard are that we want to show:CSAT Drivers analysis on CSAT for a matrix of attributes A variable CSAT that can change based on user input into the various driversThe idea is that anyone looking at the dashboard could, say, increase the score of any of the attributes involved in the drivers analysis, and the predicted CSAT score would change based on the attribute chosen and how much its score increased by.As far as I know there isn’t any way to edit the scores of attributes from a dashboard to simulate the effects it would have on CSAT. If anyone has any ideas or has done something similar, I’d love to hear about it and what happened/what it looks like.If all else fails, I’ll likely build the simulator in excel instead.Thanks again!

Hi Team, I am working on creating a response rate widget and need assistance in calculating the response rate for both email and WhatsApp distributions. Could you help me figure out how to incorporate both channels into the calculation.

I would like to add a filter to the dashboard with which I can filter only when there is an open comment. I tried adding a text set field in data mapper and then an advanced filter in dashboard but it doesn't seem to work.Any suggestions?thanks

I'm suprised to find that there is no Statistics widget in de CX Dashboard of the Results page. I simply can't find the Statistcs Table, and there seems to be no way to create a Custom Metric of Formula. At least, I haven't been able to.There is a Support page dor it (Statistics Table (Results) (qualtrics.com)) and there are many Community posts on the topic (Statistics table in the new Results Dashboard? | XM Community (qualtrics.com)). I mailed support, but did not get an answer.I know that there is an option in Reports, but I can hardly make screenshort and put those in my dashboards...How to find and display the

Hello, I have a field of numeric values that I would like to display in vertical bar chart form. I’ve found that only after I map the data as a text or number set am I able to do this. That would be fine, but neither one consistently orders the values on the x-axis numerically low to high. It seems to be a text-based ordering either way. I’ve tried using both label and value as display options for the x-axis.I could custome order the values numerically, but was hoping there was a simpler and more robust way of achieving that. I’m also trying to set it up as data continues to come in, so new values need to be worked into the ordering appropriately.I appreciate anyone’s insights on this!Thanks, Neil

How to show confidence interval in Qualtrics Report visualizations?

I have an exportable record table in a CX Dashboard.  Is it possible to configure the widget to export the column field labels instead of the field names?

Is there any way to convert number of responses into percentage in Qualtrics reports? 

I want to apply weighting scheme to the Reports. But I am unable to find any settings. 

Seeking collective wisdom! We are using a survey as a job application. I have a dashboard displaying survey results via a record table widget so that hiring managers can see the applicants and the full record view. I also have a directory contact list with the data field- Hiring Status. This directory list and data field along with the applicant’s contact info is being populated via a workflow, triggered by survey response. I have the directory connected to the dashboard as a second data source and I have published and mapped the Hiring Status field as well as relevant contact info fields- Recipient Last Name, etc. I want to apply a filter to the entire dashboard using the Hiring Status directory field. However, when I use the Hiring Status field to create a dashboard filter, all the survey response data in the record table widget disappears and it says my filters are too exclusive. Is there something I’m missing, or is it not possible to filter a dashboard based on directory fields

HI,I should insert an indicator in the dashboard that shows me how many times there are unique values in the dataset with respect to a certain embedded data.Example I have 4 answers with an embedded data ProjectCode valued like this:ax11122ax11122ax11123ax11124The count distinct should return 3 because there are 4 answers with 3 unique values of the embedded data ProjectCode.How can I set a "number chart" to return this result?Thank you

When updating a survey data, the ticket is not updated. Example:Yes, “Region 1” was selected in the survey. The ticket shows “Region 1”. But if I update the data from the survey and select “Region 2”. The ticket will continue to show “Region 1”. The correct thing would be for the ticket to also be updated. This creates a variation in the data obtained in the dashboard when comparing the page with data from the survey and in the ticket report.

Dear community, I'm trying to generate 'recurring emails' where Dashboards are sent automatically in a monthly basis. This Dashboard has multiple pages and based on the Qualtrics information only the page is being consulted, filters are applied:Downloading Dashboard PagesDashboard exports generally respect the default filters set for the dashboard, unless you have adjusted the filters. Hi,I’ve tried to add a “comparison” to the gauge widgets in CX Dashboards.I would like to show the last 3 rolling month satisfaction score and show comparison the previous 3 month roll satisfaction score. and for this to be keep updating each month.Am I right to say this is not possible?  I don’t think I can use benchmark as I believe it only works on a static value. And in my case this value will be changing each month.Any idea of how to show this comparison in a gauge widget in CX?Thanks!

We recently acquired SSO licensing, allowing all employees to access the system. I'm looking for creative ways to engage users with our dashboards. Targeted sessions showing how dashboards can answer their questions have been effective.As a sales-first company with a CX department for five years, we're shifting focus to understanding our customers better. Does anyone have a successful training plan they would be willing to share?Rough plan includes:Introduction to Qualtrics: Importance of our large survey. Using Filters: Finding relevant insights. Word Clouds: Identifying themes and sentiments. Scenario-Based Exercises: Practical user exercises. Office Hours: Regular drop-in support sessions.

So I have a survey with a few loop and merge options. What I want to do is display all the loops for one question in one chart.For example, say the question is “what hobbies do you enjoy” and I list out six choices. Then one of the loops is “how much time do you spend on these” and it’s a multiple-choice question with three options (how long you’ve been doing the hobby)What I’d want to see is a series of stacked bars, with each hobby having a bar of it’s own with three segments representing the three choices.  But, I don’t see any way to do that.  I can put the first question on one axis and then a single loop on the other, and it displays what I want the results to look like, but if I change that to another loop choice, it changes all of it.   See the images below for an example.  HOW they’re displayed is what I want.  But both versions have slightly different values for all the six options because I used a different option on the data series i

Looking to connect with others who have used/use Qualtrics for their marketing department’s data analytics. Looking to pull data in from many different tools and social media such as facebook, instagram, hubspot, zendesk, etc.  Did you create all the forms in Qualtrics or are other marketing tools being used and just the data being pulled in? Did you find that creating dashboards ground up in Qualtrics produced successful outcomes?  We want to tell stories with our reporting, measure the media mix, optimize targeting and empower us with actionable marketing data.

I am going to try to explain what we need:We have created a survey where open ended questions are asked. A codeframe with parent topics and subtopics has been created and works pretty well.We have different level of users who enter into the Dashboards. These users have access to the overall results for all countries but also can filter by country. For instance 'german' users have access to the overall results and more in detail to results in Germany. There is a 'country' filter in the Dashboard that lets users filter by country. Hi All, It’s been sometime since I created a dashboard from scratch and of a large size but upon creating one today I ran into the limit of 100 widgets (as mentioned (very briefly) here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/building-widgets-cx/).  I am 10 short of what I need.  Has anyone found a way round this? I understand why they have put a limit on this to keep it functioning smoothly but to be honest I have some old dashboards with over 200 widgets on some pages and they work fine.  It should just be a guidance / alert.  I am happy to accept it’s my responsibility as to how many widgets i have on my dashboard (FYI it’s for reporting, producing a set of tables covering all the permutations and combinations setup in a specific way that will then copy and paste into excel the way I need).
