Eroor FTS_15 - Cannot create TCP connection in the SFTP extration workflow

Hi  I am getting the error { "failureContext": { "name": "ACTIONS.ERROR_CODES.USER_CONFIGURATION_ERROR", "message": "FTS_15 - Cannot create TCP connection.", "needRetry": false } } In my SFTP extraction task, the task was working fine up til last week, when we got this error we proceed to update the credentials, thinking it may be that the credentials expired, however the error persist. Anyone has any idea of how to fix this error?Thank you!

How to match questions in Qualtrics with dropdown options from Zendesk

Hi Qualtrics Team,Hope you're well.We have recently include new questions in Qualtrics survey and we're having trouble matching the dropdown options from Zendesk with the questions in Qualtrics.  Unfortunately, the documentation provided by Qualtrics Zendesk Extension (qualtrics.com) doesn't explain how to do this, as it only covers text, numeric, and checkbox fields - not dropdown or multi-selection options.We need to connect this type of question with Zendesk. Can you please tell me which field to use in Zendesk to map out the answers? When I tried using a dropdown field, I couldn't reuse it. I was also unable to match it with the question I needed to link it with. Based on your expertise and experience with other customers who may have similar questions and also use Zendesk, what sort of field do they usually use? Is it a text field so that they can link to the Qualtrics question? I understand a dropdown field will display its options, but how do I connect it to the Qualtrics questi

Power BI

Is anyone integrating or sending information to Power BI from Qualtrics? If so, how is it going for you. We are using Power BI to do quite a bit of reporting dashboards for our operational teams. It is still in its infancy, but so far so good. I use Vocalize for my CX studies and other on-going studies, but might look at pushing some of my results into Power BI since so many in our organization will be using it regularly.

I configured workflow for AWS to Qualtrics connectivity but my workflow is failing at step ‘Extract data from amazon S3’ with following error: "name": "ACTIONS.ERROR_CODES.USER_CONFIGURATION_ERROR", "message": "S_5 - Internal server error.",Any pointers are highly appreciated.

Decrypt files before importing using PGP option not available in workflow

I am configuring workflow ‘Extract data from Amazon S3’ by placing encrypted file in S3 bucket. But in workflow i don’t see option of Decrypt files before importing using PGP . This option is available in Response import automation but not in workflow. Any pointers how can i decrypt files while extracting from S3 bucket through workflow?

I am accessing AWS through Access key and client key, but when I configure my Qualtrics workflow (Old version) using same keys, it fails and gives message internal server error.Any pointers please.

Survey Workflow, Export response to Excel use workflow task, missing derived fields, NPS group etc.

Piping non-English select choices to Salesforce

Hi folks,We have an international study that can be filled in in multiple languages. Instead of sending the answer choices of the select questions in English, the integration sends answers in whatever language the survey was filled in. This creates an issue on the SF end as it doesn't recognize the value. Besides recoding all the variables is there a way to make sure that answers are sent in English?Thanks in advance!

The Qualtrics app / Contacts tab in Salesforce is missing the standard List View filters

In Salesforce, when I go the the Qualtrics app and the Contacts tab, I have the ability to send a survey directly to Contacts that I filter for. But I don't have the normal List View filter choices. I can't filter for "Title" and "Company" and "custom field 1" and "custom field 2". I can only type a term into the search bar, like "marketing", and filter the entire list of Contacts for that.  Is there a way to get the regular List View filters for this page? It would be great if it had these filters.  I tried opening the Qualtrics LWC in the Dev Console, but it’s restricted.

How can we add a custom JS to every intercept or template

Hi, We’re trying to add a custom JS code snippet to all of the surveys under 1 project to capture user response data.  The goal is to add our snippet to every survey that our users want to integrate with.  This is proving to be a challenging  goal to complete.  It doesn’t appear as though every project type has an Action Set option, where we’d select the JS option. Therefore, we would have to add our JS code snippet to questions within a survey.  This isn’t an ideal approach as we’d have to add our code snippet each individual survey.Is there a way to add the Action Set option menu to every project type (guided projects, surveys, website & app insights, etc.)?

Hi everyone

Hi everyone.  I’m a Salesforce admin and I’m trying to learn how to use Qualtrics and integrate it with Salesforce.  Most of the online resources I’ve found are pretty old and reference things like Salesforce workflows and Salesforce Classic.  Does anyone know of videos or tutorials that use Salesforce Flows and Salesforce Lightning?I’m also curious if I need to select “Contact fields to send” when I’m creating the new Salesforce Outbound Message?Thanks!Peter

Workday integration not bringing all contacts

Hi! I have a WD integration i did one test bringing them into the CX directory first, and then i re run the integration to bring them into the global directory but i have a gap of around 1000 contacts, i tried to check on the information of EX and CX everything match but i can not find any evident   field that may be generating this issue. Any ideas of where should i check? Thanks! 😊

Hi,I have an stand-alone workflow that creates a record in Salesforce when a Survey is activated. I would like to make that RecordId available to the workflows in the Survey that was activated. Is it possible to create embedded data from a workflow task?Thanks!

Snowflake and Qualtrics integration

I followed the instructions mentioned in the document and reached till workflow to extract data from Snowflake, after giving token endpoint and authorization end point I click to Connect Account. Snowflake login page gets open but on giving my username and password it gives message 'Invalid Consent Request'. Though i am able to log into snowflake account through same credentials in which I created end point URLs. Any pointers please.Extract Data from Snowflake Task (qualtrics.com)

MTurk Responses Not Recorded in Qualtrics

Hello All, From MTruk, it says I have 119 responses. But I only have 113 when I downloaded data from Qualtrics?Does anyone know why some of the MTurk responses are not recorded in Qualtrics?Is there a way to get the survey response from MTurk?Any idea is greatly appreciated.Thanks.

How can I add Tango card under new tasks to complete Qualtrics-Tango integration?

Hi I am running a survey and planning to send Tango rewards as incentives to the survey respondents. The problem is that when I try to create a New Task under Actions, I don't see Tango Card. I am based in Canada, so not sure if this makes a difference.

Workflow survey email to several recipients

Hello all and good morning from a cloudy Sweden!I have a workflow that triggers from a Salesforce outbound message that is designed to send out a survey email once criteria is met on the object in Salesforce. So far so good.  The issue I’m facing is that there are several contacts in a Related List on the object in question (see image below). How do I set it up to only send the survey email to the individuals that have been selected in the list before the trigger fires off? What do I need to add to the workflow in Qualtrics to capture all of them?  Thanks in advance-Mattias

How To transfer survey response to SAP C4C?

Hi all, since everybody is talking about combination of X and O, the following requirement should be rather obvious. After having completed a survey, the response should be visible in connected CRM system within the customer details. I know, that this is available for various CRM systems e.g. Salesforce (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/integrations/salesforce-integration/response-mapping/). Now, my expectation would be to have a similar option with SAP C4C solution. Anyone who knows about guides or pre-configuration? Or may has implemented on its own by standard API? Would be great to get your experience, or opinion. Thanks in advance Uwe
