Hello! Does anyone know what the below error means? Everytime I open the Results tab, the below error appears only in some questions. Thank you!

Good Afternoon, We are trying to take a question like :  Select which sports you have played:   basketball Soccer Swimmingand then Send those answers to a block of questions FOR EACH answer. Right now, I can only seem to get all selected answers for the block. Hoping I do not have to create a new block and for each possible answer and then branch out from there.. Help?! I am a total noob to Qualtrics so please excuse my ignorance.

Hello,I would like to find out the location of my survey respondents using their IP addresses. However, the survey already ran on Qualtrics. I tracked the IP addresses but did not enter specific fields for their location. Is it possible after the data collection for Qualtrics to convert the information from the IP addresses into the location?Thank you very much in advance.

How can I make a question with a number input box where users can enter a number from 1 to 99, and also provide an option for "I don't know” on the same page/question?  

Hi,Wondering if anyone has conducted any social impact surveys with Qualtrics? I couldn’t find anything when searching the community and am keen to read any best=practise, examples etc.We do a lot of advocacy work with the disability community and are keen to put some metrics around the community benefits/improvements through a social impact study. Thanks   

Hey Community, We have a new issue being looked into by Qualtrics Engineering but curious to see if anyone else has experienced this recently; whereby our dashboard users have lost access to their available dashboards and are being removed from all their respective user roles upon log-in (issue started 5days ago) unless it is one that has automatic role assignment set up for them.So far it appears to be an issue where we have single sign-on and automatic user role assignment set up, where this has removed any users which we have manually placed into a user role or shared dashboard pages with directly.  Both used to work independently without issues.We have not made any adjustment to these recently; so it seems like something has changed on Qualtrics side to create this issue.Our org has thousands of users, so knowing when and who we manually shared pages with gets hard to track, so suspect when fixed we will still have a gap in user access and know

Hello, I am designing two survey designs for my experiment and users can fill the survey more than once. i want each user to be assigned to a survey design randomly. and I want them to be assigned to the same survey design(control or treatment) from then. How can i go about doing that. I appreciate any guidance. 

Hello,I am trying to do a cell-based weighting distribution based on respondent’s state location state. I imported the state location and programmed it into the survey as embedded data. I’m able to populate this embedded data everywhere except the weighting tab in Qualtrics for some reason. I tried playing around with the variable setting and converting the data type of this variable into numbers, categories, recoded the values to run numeric calculations, and none have worked. Please advise! Thanks in advance!

I sent a survey out recently to a large amount of people. On the email distribution tab it shows the number of surveys started, finished, etc. It also shows the number of complaints. What do the complaints mean and is there a way for me to find out what the user(s) are complaining about? Thanks

Specifically, when I imported the data into the survey that I had already framed in Qualtrics and used a CSV file as scripted, I noticed that it's not supported for multi-select and grid-type questions.Is there a workaround or any recommended steps to handle this issue so that we can effectively import and utilize the data in these types of questions within Qualtrics?"

Hello,Is possible to add Metadata to an user in the CX Dashboards with multiple values?We tried using the connector :: between values as this support page indicates but it didnt work.What we need is to add a Metadata to an user named “Service” with 3 different values to automatically apply a filter with those 3 values when the user enters the dashboard.Thanks,

I’m doing a basic relate series of tests in Stats iQ. My setting is “Order by results of “Relate” analyses by statistical significance and effect size. I noticed today that it’s really “effect size” by which questions are ordered. So a question with a “strong statistically significant relationship” might come AFTER a question with simply a  “statistically significant relationship”, based on the effect size. All the tests are Chi-Squared (which I know nothing about ...) 🙄. The very first question has effect size .575, then it goes all the way to .311 which is also a “strong statistically significant relationship”. I noticed that p values are < 0.00001 for all “strong statistically significant” questions, but still, the effect size determines the ordering of the questions. My main question is - is there an effect size belo

Just curious, has anyone experienced advance filters randomly disappearing from a widget?

Is it possible to apply a different weighting scheme to different widgets and/or data sources within the dashboard? I have multiple data sources in the dashboard, but some of them should have different weighting applied. I’m having trouble finding out how to keep the weighting schemes separate.

Hello I have set up a workflow event that send an email if someone leaves their email address at the end of the survey. In workflow, the subject line looks like this: However, when this email is received, the email subject line has “"Qualtrics Survey" inserted at the beginning: Is there a way to remove "Qualtrics Survey" in the subject line, and replace it with our own company name?  thank you for your help! Zoe 

Hi,I’m using the “usage tags” on the surveys created inn my system.I use them in the context of the approval process. One of the tags is how many responses they expect on the survey, so that before approving the release the approvers can analyze if it still falls within the licence, and anothere is how they plan to distribute (anonymous, mail, qr, ...) because if it’s mail then the approver knows they should check if the survey owner knows how to properly select the audience and email template.Up to now, most approvers were brand admins, and could access the Usage tags.However we also have some non-admin approvers now. But I cannot find a way to give them visibility on the tags that had been added to the survey they are approving.Does anyone have an idea on how I can make that info visible for the appr

I made a copy of my old survey; and I had like 50+ embeded data; Now in the new survey I forgot to change the source of contacts while creating embeded data.But my distrbution and autenticator were all of new data set; Will Qualtrics still be taking Embeded data from the old data set.

Hi, I would like to know if there is a minimum number of responses we must have in a survey for a TextIQ to start recommending topics? Should I create preliminary themes before or wait for responses to populate before it starts recommending?

Hi XM Community,Quick question on setting up quotas for display logic questions:I have two questions I would like to use quotas for to ensure relatively equal distribution across the response options.For question #1, there are four response options with cross-logic quotas set at 30% per option. If participants select response option A in question #1, then they are shown question #2 using display logic. When setting up cross-logic quotas for question #2, I see that you have to set a total N for the quota and the percentages you input for each response option calculate their respective  sample sizes based on that total N.Here is the issue: Let’s say I have a total desired sample size of 100 for my survey. If I set the N for question #2 as the value of the maximum quota for the qualifying response option in question #1 (i.e., 30% of 100 = 30), what happens if fewer than 30 participants select that response option in question #1 and thus, see question #2?
