Hello I am creating a question on how much people spend on a product. This is how I’d like the question to behave: The “£” sign and “per year” should be fixed either side of the text box, but a standard text box question type doesn’t seem to allow that. Hello all,I've been working on a project in Qualtrics where I have multiple pieces of content (e.g., videos, images) that I'd like to embed into the Rich Content editor. I was hoping there might be a way to do a batch upload, rather than embedding each piece of content manually one-by-one. A few things I'm considering:Is there a direct feature or method in Qualtrics I might have missed that facilitates this? Are there any third-party tools or plugins known to the community that can help with this process? For those who have encountered a similar issue, how did you approach it? I am looking for a way to add Hover Text/Tooltip to multiple choice drop down choices.. I was able to use this resource to add it to a list format multiple choice question, which worked perfect, but when I do a drop down format, I do not get the option for the “Rich Content Editor” for the choices like I do with the list format. The “Rich Content Editor” is where I put in some coding to create the hover text. I even tried just changing the format on the question after adding the hover text to drop down, but the hover text then doesn’t work. Any guidance is much appreciated!

After discussing my issue with a Qualtrics support rep, I’m having a hard time accepting what I learned about surveys saved to the library. Below is what I heard, please let me know if this aligns with your understanding or if anything is incorrect. If these points are true, then what is the advantage of even saving surveys to the library as templates?  Wouldn’t we have more flexibility and less frustration if users were just instructed to copy existing survey projects as templates for their surveys?   Would love to hear other peoples’ thoughts on this. I have created a multi language survey. Now language selection drop down is showing at top right corner. How can I hide that and auto puch language based on language based link.

While using the Flat layout on a desktop, I've observed that the font size for options in matrix-style questions is slightly smaller than the default size set for all questions. Is there a solution to adjust this font size?Thanks in advance for your help. 

I shared my survey with multiple team members in the preview mode . It says 25 responses have been received. However, when I try to download the results, it gives me the following error. Is this how previews reports look? I am concerned I may get same issue when my survey goes live. Please help  

After publishing the survey, all three languages show well on the web optimized survey. However when the survey is opened on the phone, the tamil font is not compatible. How do I adjust or make sure it shows just as well as the other languages (English and Sinhala)?

I have created a question with a custom Javascript code and CSS. I would like to share this question to wider community. How can I make it accessible to everyone without having to collaborate with each person separately? To give you context this customised question was used in one of my co-assisted research and once the paper is published I want other researchers ,who would also like to use this customized question ,to have easy access to it.

I would need to weight my sample based on an embedded data that I have previously added in my survey flow. But when setting my weighting I cannot find my variable in the list.. My variable is a type of member : purchaser vs non purchaser.How to process ?Thanks!

My counts in Stats IQ do not match the counts in my data set.  I believe it is because the deleted responses (due to fraudulent responses) were removed from my data set but still showing in Stats IQ.  How do I refresh the data so that the deleted responses are no longer there?  I’ve “import latest data” but that doesn’t seem to work.  Any suggestions?

I have a multiple answer type question used and have 10 options out of which 5 options are correct. There is a validation that 5 options needs to be selected and it is setup. Now, I want to show the percentage of correct options selected when a respondant selects the choices. How is this feasible?

Hi!I am currently creating a survey, and at the end of one of the blocks, I would like to have specific embedded data that I created be piped into the last question's text based on the previous answers within that block.The previous questions ask participants how important a criteria is to them(multiple choice) where each criteria is the only text in separate questions and participants select the level of importance for that criteria. At the end I want to have a final question that says "You selected X, Y, and Z as being important criteria. If these criteria were met, would you be satisfied? yes or no". In this case, the "X, Y and Z" would be the question texts for questions that participants selected as being important. What I have tried so far is to create embedded text with each of the criteria listed separately, but I do not know how to add the condition where if a respondent selects "important" for the answer to question 1, the embedded text for that question is piped into the fin

I have set Stats IQ filter to September 2023, based on End Date variable/column, it shows 2 responses, but there’s no data for this month in End Date column. What’s going on? 

 I need help setting up a survey where people can choose multiple options in Q1. After they choose, I want to ask them questions in two blocks based on their choices. ・I want to allow respondents to answer questions about a maximum of two selections from Q1 no matter how many they choose.・Here's the twist: If they pick option A in Q1, I want to make sure A is always included.  Respondents can answer questions about up to two options from Q1, but if A is selected in Q1, A is always included. 

Hi,I am trying to use Qualtrics so that the participant completes a survey and then a reviewer goes into the Data and Analysis section and approves their response.  What I would like to do is trigger an email to the participant with the reviewer’s response.  I attached a screenshot of what I would like to do.  Basically when the reviewer update Q3 and then clicks Review and Publish, the participant would get an email.  Does anyone know how I might go about doing this?  I am completely stymied.

Hi, I would like to send preview email to pretest my questionnaire (Pilot study). The Qualtrics support website said that I can send a preview email link via the "send preview email" function. I have gone the function in distribution tab but could not find it. Can anyone here tell me where can I locate this function? Thanks.

Hello! I want to combine the results from 2 question in 1 Dashboard widget. It's not working out, so I hope you can help with a solution or a good alternative :)The first question is a matrix with 7 KPI's, which the respondent can rate on a Likert scale. The Likert scale is recoded to a 10-point scale in the survey (Completely disagree = 0, Completely agree = 10). The second question is a multiple choice with the same 7 KPI's. The respondent can select 2 of the KPI's he/she finds most important.In the Table widget, I want to first show the amount of times a KPI has been selected (2), then average score (1). I can't seem to achieve this. Is it possible at all to achieve this? Or should I structure the survey questions differently? How?

I’ve been looking at other forum questions and the options in Qualtrics so I think the answer is no, but I wanted to look for a second opinion! I’m building a survey that asks users to comment on any number of metrics from a drill down list. Currently I have a loop and merge setup that asks “How many metrics do you want to comment on?” and loops through the metric selection and feedback block based on that question. Rather than pre-selecting the number of loops, is there a way to have the survey go through the Loop and Merge block first then have a “Submit another” option? Thanks in advance!

Hello community,  I am currently running a survey that is being distributed to the same distribution list by email and by one-way SMS text. I have multiple reminder emails scheduled for unfinished respondents. However, when a respondent completes the survey via SMS text, they are still receiving reminder emails. I realized that the SMS text distribution list does not seem to be “speaking to” the email distribution list. Does anyone have a solution to this to avoid sending reminder emails to those who have already completed the survey via SMS text? Thanks!
