How can i create project and get PROJECT_ID

Hi Team,I've configured the workflow to send survey question responses to the email within a one-hour timeframe. However, currently, I receive individual email triggers after one hour for each response. My goal is to consolidate all responses within that one-hour period into a single email.can anyone provide a solution for this would be appreciated. Regards,Nikeeta

Is it possible to determine which students have completed a survey? More specifically, can I download (or gain access to) a list which identifies the aforementioned population? Thanks -

Hello, I need advice regarding the scoring evaluation. I have created 5 scoring categories, each with a different maximum number of points. I would like the respondent to receive a result at the end indicating which category suits them the most. Could you please guide me on how to set this up in Survey Flow so that scores are calculated for each category, and it is determined in which category the respondent achieved the highest score? Please, no need for JavaScript coding.

I am creating an intake form for faculty requesting grant writing help from our office. Their response will be routed to different grant writers depending on the department the respondent chooses from a drop down list. I am uncertain how to accomplish this. I understand how to set up an email trigger and how to embed piped text. But how do I match the email address I want to use with each possible response in the dropdown list?

Hello, I’m setting up an survey, where I want to send a email to participants after submitting the survey (Event-Based). That email should be sent only at specific time (e.g 8:00 AM). How can I do this?  Thank you in advance!

Hello When I compose an email and generate a survey link, the  email notification description always has “XXXX - Final”. When a survey is closed and I receive an email notification that includes a copy of “Response Summary” the description always has "XXXX - Final”.  I want the “XXXX” to be there but not the “Final” part. I have yet to figure out how to remove this as I do not see it say “Final” in workflow or anywhere else. Was not sure if this is a feature in Qualtrics that cannot be changed or not. I do not see if in the workflow feature either, so really confused where this "Final’’ part is coming from and it can be removed or changed.

Hi! I have a question on my survey where I ask people to write a paragraph about their lives 10 years from now. Therefore, I’d like to add a sentence as an example in the text box entry. How can I do that? Ex: “In ten years I’ll be...”Also, I have already used the “addOnReady” Java Script to block participants copy and pasting, so this new code should go along with the one mentioned here.  Bellow a screenshot from how my Java Script is looking now: thank you!

I’ve got a survey that participants are completing over the course of 4 months. Each month they are submitting a document to show proof of progress and move on through the survey. Participants are submitting their first documents now and I want to check to make sure everything looks good. Unfortunately, I can’t access any of these submitted documents. I get the error “Unauthorized: InvalidBaseUrl.” Is the problem that their responses are still in progress? If so, does anyone have any other work-arounds to accessing these documents so I don’t have to wait 4 months to view them?If that is not the issue, any other suggestions? I’ve tried accessing the files through the download to CSV and PDF views of individual participants. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a question about how to set non-substantive response options like ‘don’t know’ or ‘unknown’ in a “select all that apply” multiple choice question, is there a way to make these response “exclusive” so if ‘don’t know’ or ‘unknown’ is selected, none of the other options in the list would be selected? For example: What are your favorite color(s)? Select all that apply. RedBlueOrangeDon’t Know If Blue and Red are selected, Don’t Know can never be selected.  Suggestions?

Is there a standard when in comes to recode values for a unipolar 5 point scale and a bipolar 5 point scale?  I have added an image of one set of recode values for each, how do you code your surveys?

Hello, I have a question about the multiple choice “select all that apply” option. In the .csv file when I view the responses to a “select all that apply” question, all of the response options are reported in a single cell, instead in separate columns that makes the data cleaning more tricky.  Is there a way to track each of the “select all that apply” options as separate variables in the data set, i.e., as a binary indicator (=1 if selected, =0 not selected)?  Thanks

Where do I find the general training guide walkthrough that goes through all the details and steps about creating a survey, and all the how all the features/functions work?I remember that was like PDF/Word version and all I can find now is videos.

I am working on a survey that makes use of questions that respondents can submit multiple answers to. Qualtrics will display the total counts of each answer choice but that’s not exactly what I’m looking for. I want to know the average number of answer choices a respondent selects for that question. EX. A multi-answer question with 12 possible answers (and no caps on how many a respondent can colllect)John selects 5 answer choicesJoe selects 4 answer choicesJane selects 10 answer choicesJess selects 1 answer choiceAverage number of choices respondents selected would be 5.I don’t know how to compute this value within Qualtrics, and the respondent count (2,000+) makes it harder to do by hand. Would be very grateful on any and all advice on how to solve this.

I finally thought i was finished. however, I realise that the URL redirect link, takes participants through to the Preview page of the second survey, and not the published version.    Just wondering if anyone knows how to link the 2 surveys properly? thanks for any help.

Hello! It is very common for clients to ask us about a benchmark for response rates in their VoC measurement programs... This will clearly depend on many factors such as the sample framework, data update frequency, visual survey themes, etc. But is there an average or a baseline measure where the response rate for transactional surveys sent via email should ideally be? If anyone has information on this, I would greatly appreciate it!

Our org default for survey URLs is chg.qualtrics.com… however I would like to send a custom URL and have learned that anything prior to the “.qualtrics.com/...” can be edited and it will still take you to the same survey, vanity URL https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/sp-administration/brand-customization-services/vanity-urls/This works great for a single link, but I need personal links. Is there an “easy” way to do this without changing it for the entire org which is not an option for us. I know that when you’re composing an email you can insert piped text and make the survey link a custom survey link, but that is not doable with thousands of participants. My thought was to send the survey outside of Qualtrics, then all I would have to do is export the personal links, change the links in excel using using find & replace (or something similar) to swap out “chg” for “_” for the next links and then send them out. I would ideally like to keep it all inhouse though with

Our client is providing 3 embedded data values which they would like us to pull through to show as the default choice in a dropdown question. They want the customer to be able to change the dropdown if the data pulled through is incorrect but they want it to at least default the choice to what the data value is.

I am conducting an experiment on the influence of musical fit on brand recall. After participants watch a slide show and hear music, I ask them to sum up as many brand names as they remember from the slideshow they watched. I need them to type in the answers themselves but don’t want to have to count the number of brands they remember for each of the respondents. Is there an easy way to do this? Having them type in “One, two, three” seems to make it more difficult.

I’m running a study in which each respondent get a unique link to a long survey. In survey settings, I allowed respondents to finish later and record incomplete surveys after 3 months of inactivity. I’ve got respondents emailing me saying that they were not able to resume where they left off a few days before. The record on my end showed two separate entries under “responses in progress” tab for the respondent in question. Upon further questioning, they told me they did not close the old tab and start a new one or clear their internet history/cache or switch devices/ internet browsers. Any idea what causes this and how to avoid it from happening in the future? How do I get the respondent to pick up where they initially left off?

I need to create a survey however it is more an e-learning module so when participants answer questions it gives the correct answer at the end. Any advice on how to create this please

I'm working with survey in which participants will see a random subset (50 out of 100) items based on specific criteria. In the loop and merge, these 50 (based on displayed choices) have two fields field1 and field 2. Additionally, I have a separate, constant set of 50 items. My goal is to pair these constant items (like a Field 3) with the initially displayed 50 items. However, I cannot add this field 3 as there will be 100 items in the loop and merge but only of the 50 secondary items which can be paired in any way with the selected choices. An ideal scenario would be if I could loop through in two ways: 1. for the displayed choices (Field 1 and Field 2) and another exclusively for cycling through the constant 50 items. I am not sure the best way to approach this please let me know if you have any suggestions/ solutions.

Can I add translated text for Header? I don’t see that under the ‘Translation’ option?

Dear allI have a problem in making my survey in Persian. I know we can use the translation in Qualtrics, but I wonder whether there’s a possibility to customize the language into Persian (Farsi) before creation of a survey. Or Quadratics just allows us to translate the survey. The problem is that the translation (from English to Farsi) is not accurate.Although I do not have any problem with the question itself, I have got the issue on the responses since in Persian language the writing is from right to left; but here in Quadratics just left to right has defined even when we use the reverse option, it is only work in English not in different language.  For me, it is very important to reverse the structure from 1 to 5 for instance from right to left.Does anyone has the same problem or haven’t you got any idea about this issue? Thanks in advance

Hi,I am using following Custom CSS to change my header font-type but it seems it is not working as expected. May I request your advise. Thank you. .Skin .Header {   font-family:Calibri!important;color:#000000!important;font-size:18px!important;  }
