Hello!We've been testing our surveys with visually impaired users. Our company have spanish-speaking and portuguese-speaking users.When testing a survey through using iPhone's accessibility software, we found out VoiceOver reads the radio button as "botón circular" which is a literal translation and far from ideal (we'd much rather use "casilla de selección"). Is there a way to change it through javascript or something similar?Bonus challenge: we also have surveys in portuguese that share a few Themes with the ones in spanish, so it would be great if we could do something that worked for both languages.Thanks in advance!

I want to add a dollar sign ($) before some text entry boxes, and a percent sign (%) after others. What html code can I add within the question to do this? I don’t know html code, so something I can copy and paste would be very helpful!

As I enter the survey builder, the browser screen goes blank and nothing displays.  It is the same in pre-existing surveys and also new ones.  What would be the problem?I’m using Chrome (updated) under Windows 10 Pro. Best,Yun-Oh

Hello all! I am currently creating a study where I want it to seem to the participant as if they have just received a real-time message from a fellow participant simultaneously taking the survey.  I have tried a couple options to achieve this (exploring pop-ups in Qualtrics, photoshopping graphics/media to add into the survey, and trying to utilize the rich text editor) but none seem to be quite convincing enough.  Ideally, I believe an ideal way to solve this would be to create a large pop-up where I could perhaps add in photoshopped media that mimics a chat interface.  However, any help or guidance in this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Hello,I have two surveys. Survey #1, a consent form, is shared via an anonymous link on our website and includes personally identifiable data (name, email address, phone number). Upon completing Survey #1, participants are directed to Survey #2 through a redirect link, which includes the Survey #1 response ID as embedded data in Survey #2. Additionally, contact list triggers operate post-survey in Survey #1, capturing name, email address, phone number, and Survey #1 response ID. This response ID serves as the data linkage variable. Both surveys enforce a 4-hour response recording time, regardless of completion status.Currently, I manually send retake links for incomplete Survey #2 responses. However, due to the study's scale, I'm seeking an automated solution. I've explored Qualtrics resources and found a potential solution involving email triggers for "Progress < 100," utilizing a specific query string at the end of the anonymous link: "?Q_R=${rm://Field/ResponseID}&Q_R_DEL=1" 

I have response summary at end of survey and it have download pdf by default. But when donloaded pdf comes in multiple pages which cause questions breakdown between pages. How can i make sure downloaded report is a single page pdf.

Hello there, I am trying to figure out how to add a submit button and a next button to each block on my survey. Multiple parties would use this form to add information to this survey. Here is what I am trying to do: Block 1: Question 1: What is your name? Question 2: What is your age? Submit Button: Ends the survey Next Button: Moves to Block 2 Block 2: Question 3: What is your favorite color? Question 4: What is your favorite food? Submit Button: Ends the survey Next Button: Moves to the End of Survey pageAny suggestions?  

I am building a survey that registers participants to an event. There two questions:Q1. The participant selects a date.Q2. The participant selects one of two roles: role A or role B, each with a limit of 3 participants.Is there a way to pass forward the quota counts for each role, based on the date selected? If for example for April 1, all the role As have been taken, it shouldn’t be shown. And, if all 6 roles for April 1 have been taken, April 1 should not show up as an option in Q1. It’s the display logic in Q2 where I’m having an issue. How can I have quotas for Q2 be contingent on the Q1 selection. I hope this makes sense. Thanks for your assistance.

We’re using a Qualtrics survey for our program registration form, and for some reason, the boxes for particular programs aren’t “clicking.” So, in other words, folks will click on one, but nothing shows up in the box to indicate as much. An outline around the box does appear (like the first one below), but nothing else: When I look at the response, I can see what they did click, but that just doesn’t show up to the person registering, so it’s obviously creating some confusion. Any idea what might be happening or how to fix it? I’m utterly baffled, so any insight you might have would be much appreciated! 

We have a survey where participants have to enter the amount of time they spent on tasks.  We keep the survey open for a set number of days.  We send out personalized survey links and recently we have noticed that for some participants the survey link is not saving their previous entries.  Has anyone encountered this type of issue before?

I am trying to create an application via a survey where a faculty member is entering basic information and applying for something that then needs to be routed to their department chair for approval. Once the chair approves, then the original applicant then needs be sent a link to complete the second part of the application. I need step by step help. Or at least a suggestion on what XM courses to take so that I can understand what to do. 

I wanted to run workflow in one go only on survey closure and not on when respondent finish the survey. Is it possible to do same and send all data in one go via workflow.

Hi, Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but I was not able to locate it. I want to use the report feature in Qualtrics which presents the VVD Study charts etc. and I also want to see my Conjoint detailed results (like conjoint analysis, simulator etc.). But I am unable to add a VVD study inside my project which is setup as a conjoint study. Is this possible to do? To have both these different “Project Types” in the same survey? Thanks in advance!! 

I know that emails sent through Ticketing are not threaded - though I 100% believe they should be. However, we have many cases where we have to send a customer issue to someone outside of Qualtrics to gather more information and would like to have that included within the Ticketing record.  Is there a way to find the email associated with each ticket for 2-way ticketing email? So for instance, could I find the reply-to email for a ticket and use an outside email server to conduct these inquiries to  be able to have these emails be threaded? I looked through API calls, but it looks like you can only find the event that a email has been sent.  Or have any of you found another solution to this non-threaded email issue?

Hi everyone,I'm working on a survey in Qualtrics with a "Pick, Group" question where participants need to select up to 4 items from a list of 8 and place them into a group box. I want to ensure that once they've selected 4 items, they can't select more, and they can't change their selections once they've placed them in the group. I also want to disable clicks on any remaining items after the limit is reached.Is there a way to implement this functionality, either through Qualtrics settings or a known workaround? Hello, I am working on building a survey in which I am following the below-mentioned steps:First, in a text entry response, I am asking my participants to write different ideas and separate their responses using commas. In the following question, I want my participants to select their “top two” ideas of the several ideas in the former text entry question.I am trying to create a multiple choice question for the follow up response in which responses from their text entry question will be carry forwarded as separate choices so that participants could select the top two from their responses. I have created a piped text in the multiple choice question, however all the responses are coming as a single response in the multiple choice questions. I am unable to create a list of their different ideas (from the text entry response) as separate choices in the follow up multiple choice question.Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Using cumulative quota for display logic? EXAMPLE:Which of the following fruits do you prefer?(A) Orange(B) Lemon(C) Grape(D) Banana I understand how to set a simple quota for display logic so that if I get 5 respondents that select (D), that option (D) will no longer appear for future respondents.But is it possible to set a quota such that options (A) and (B) only display if the total sum of respondents choosing (A) + respondents choosing (B) are not greater than 10?
