Making Response ID available on the Website while Respondent Participates the Survey

Hi All,I am using a Embedded Feedback Intercept via the guided approach to embed 5 stars on the website. Since this intercept does not require creating a target survey, I am unable to write any custom JS code.What I need is, when a respondent interacts with the 5 stars, let's say gives us a 3 star rating, at the very time I need to fetch the response id of that respondent and have it available on the site to be used somewhere else.Earlier, when we I was using a slider creative, I had a target survey, I had exposed the response id with the following code using JS: window.parent.postMessage(JSON.stringify(ResponseID))Any ideas or potentials solutions will be highly appreciated.

Trigger app intercept with a microservice event

HiI am trying to implement some surveys in a transactional app. We want to trigger the intercepts in the app with the surveys when a microservice detects specific events on the backend of the app. Any advise for this?How can I trigger a push notification on the app with the survey, everytime the microservice identifies an event?

Can't login - has anyone seen this error message / how do I sort it?

HiJust been going through basecamp and signed up for a training account, and now when I try to login to that or the main account I get the following error:The email address associated with your Qualtrics account is not verified. Please check your email for a verification link.A report is generated with error tag [f27656e7]Needless to say I have tried numerous times, and no email for a verification link has appeared....Have emailed support directly, but was trying to get into the account to do some work this afternoon!

Can you test intercepts with survey Preview Mode?

Hi,I'm testing my intercepts with the bookmarklet, I selected "editing mode",but I notice that the actual survey does take the published version and the "editing mode" option only relates to the intercept rules.Is there any way to indicate that you want to test with the Preview mode of the survey?It's easier afterwards to delete "preview" type answers from the data&analysis of the survey results.

Mobile app integration - custom CTA

I have a question about something we’re trying to achieve on our mobile app.A summary of what attempting to achieve is:Integrate an organic call to action (survey invite) button following certain experiencesThe survey CTA needs to be a native button within our app. This would essentially be an embedded URL behind the CTA button to open the Qualtrics survey.We would like to utilise the Qualtrics SDK to enable us to efficiently pass Embedded Data with customer and product details to Qualtrics.Question: We are unsure whether we’re able to embed a URL in our own CTA button (as opposed to a traditional Qualtrics mobile app intercept) whilst still utilising the capability to smoothly pass through embedded data using the SDK capability.Has anyone come across this same situation? Appreciate any feedback.Thanks!

What click/ impression rate should we expect for a page abandonment survey?

Hi All, I realize that this will vary a bit based on traffic and page type, but I was curious if anyone could provide a baseline for what to expect with a desktop page abandonment intercept?We have been receiving very few clicks with with this kind of intecept (less than 20 clicks per 400 impressions). I was curious if this was in line with what you all see? We currently have this running on 50 urls. I have tested the pages repeatedly and we have the intercept set to auto-advance. Are there tips and tricks you have used to increase engagement?Thank you in advance for any advice or help!

CROSS origin error

Hi I have a survey in an intercept that is a pop up in a chat bot, i need to be able to recognize when the customer took the full survey to stop the display of the button that triggers the survey. I was trying to do it by capturing the EndOfSurvey but i am getting a cross origin error.anyone know how can i work with this?

Reporting a bug when using android instead of iPhone answering a "Highlight" question

Presenting the "Highlight" type question in an android screen cause inability to select the top row elements but this issue does not exist in iPhone view. See the images. The unlovable cannot be selected on Android phone (gray) but easily can be selected (blue) on an iPhone. Any idea what I can do about this?

Time limit on logic 'Qualtrics survey has not been taken'

Is there any way of saying if the person has taken the survey and 30 days has passed then show the trigger again. Can't seem to find a way to do this, we only have 'Prevent repeated display' but this doesn't differentiate between those that have taken the survey and those that haven't. E.g I have 'Prevent repeated display' set to 7 days, however if the person has taken the survey then I don't want them to see if again after 7 days, I do however if they haven't taken the survey.

Website Feedback Add Data Via JavaScript / Cookie?

We are adding a Qualtrics survey to a custom website using the Website Feedback. I've read through the docs, and read through several questions here, and still cannot seem to find a solid example on how to pass data from the custom website into the survey / feedback. The one example I've seen suggests setting JavaScript variables on the global "window" object. Does anyone have a concrete example they could share of how the custom website would pass data into the survey (how to provide it on the website side, and how to consume it on the survey side?). Am open to suggestions on best practices (maybe cookies are better than JavaScript?). Thank you for any insight!

Boxes in Info Bar not Centered

Hi,I have a Info Bar Creative and I have selected archer= Center for both "provide feedback" and "No Thanks" . However, when preview in phone resolution types, 2 boxes are not aligned . I have attached a snapshot as example.Thanks,Chelsey

Font changes don't show in preview

I created a survey and copy-pasted the text for the informed consent. Then I went in to make some changes in font size and spacing -- but the changes don't show up in the preview. Even when I add or delete entire lines of text, the change is not present in the preview. Am I supposed to Save my changes somehow (don't see a button for this)?

blank space in the intercept before the survey

I have created a responsible dialog intercept, how ever for some reason there is a blank space between the top part of the frame of the intercept and the survey. I need to get rid of it.

Impact of Intercept Surveys on Conversion Rate

My team is concerned that intercept surveys (Feedback buttons, sliders, responsive dialog, etc.) on our website might impact the site's conversion rate. Has anyone set up an A/B test via Google Analytics to test this hypothesis?Here is how I am envisioning the A/B test could be designed:The (A) could be a survey that triggers under certain parameters.The (B) could use the same trigger parameters but be invisible to users.Where I need help is in the tracking of the website conversion rate among these two groups. Is there a way to add Google Analytics tracking so that we could compare the conversion rate between (A) and (B)?

What are best practices for collecting mobile site UX feedback among non-converters?

There are well-documented best practices for website feedback collection among non-converters on desktop. For example, you can trigger a survey to launch on Exit Intent if the user's site history does not include the order confirmation page. In the survey you can then ask questions about the UX.On the mobile (non-app) side, I see challenges to collecting this type of feedback:You can trigger a survey on the mobile site at any time. But, you really want to collect feedback at the end of a user's session (so that they can comment on the full experience and so that you do not interrupt their shopping experience). However, there is no "On Exit Intent" trigger on mobile.Qualtrics allows you to prompt a user during his/her session to enter email address so that you can send a UX survey via email following the session. Are impressions incremented even if a browser has a pop-up blocker on?

Clicks divided by Impressions say that only 3% of users are clicking on one of my survey invitations, even though you need to click on it to make it go away. I wonder if this rate is artificially low because Impressions increment even if the browser has a pop-up blocker. Thank you.

DX - Home page/ Cart abandonment - Mobile

We want to put a condition for site and cart abandonment to our digital assets for mobile/ desktop browsers.The desktop condition is straightforward - with the mouse movement on the top band, but mobile looks tricky, hence reaching out.Site abandonment: What is the best condition to understand if the customer is moving out of the site? especially for mobile. we were trying with time spent/ time focussed, but ideally we would like to have a condition on 'inactive time'.Similarly for Cart abandonment: What is the best condition to understand if the customer is moving out of the cart? and here especially for mobile.

Intercepts not being displayed

I have to intercepts with very simple logics but they are not triggering when they should. One of them is suppsed to be triggered whe the person leaves the cart page and doesnt finishes the purchase and the other one is on exit intent if the person visited the cart page. They come up just sometimes, i have tried creating the intercepts a new and modifing the logics but i keep getting this problem. Not sure what troubleshooting i should follow.

Intercept not loading past the first page of our website

I have an intercept that works just fine as long as the selector is somewhere on the first page of out website. If I select an element on the next page as our selector, the intercept does not load. Is this a common problem? Does anyone know of a workaround solution?Thanks in advance.
