Is there a way to extract feedback from multiple surveys and to combine them onto one single dashboard for reporting purpose?

Hi! I have an issue when adding the data source of a survey to a dashboard. I Have 2 matrix table questions in 2 separate blocks with 7 different statements each (screenshot 1). When I load the data into a dashboard, the labels of the 2nd matrix table question statements change to the same ones as the 1st (screenshot 2). Why?  

Is there an easier way to resize widget’s?  I have a total of 10 boxes and I thought I was using the correct size to display 5 in a row however there was space left so i’ve been trying to adjust the size and it’s not very user friendly.  Anyone have any tricks?

Hi Qualtrics experts,I’ve recently introduced a ‘Number widget’ to show a percentage of ‘Promoters’, ‘Passives’ and ‘Detractors’. I would like that dashboards users can filter the page by clicking in the percentage, for instance, if the clic on te ‘46’1%’, then the rest of the dashboard page will be automatically filtered by these customers.The problem is that althought I have clicked in the option when creating the dashboards, it’s not working properly. As you can see I’ve created this percentage a as ‘Box’ set:  What is happening so when I click on the percentage rest of the tab is not correctly filtered?Thanks for your help!

Hi all,I continually come up against an issue with users wishing to export from a dashboard as CSV, and the level of data that would expose them to with Export permission creating significant privacy risks.  This is due to Qualtrics not currently allowing us to select or limit which variables or the volume which a user can export from a dashboard (with export enabled).  Exporting widgets only isn’t feasible in most instances either.  I would love if anyone had a work around for how they manage to enable dashboard exports without exposing users to such a high volume of data.  With significant focus on customer data & privacy globally this must be a growing need.   Thanks in advance! 

Hello everyone!I have implemented a connection between Zendesk and Qualtrics. Contact attributes are sent from Zendesk to Qualtrics, Qualtrics generates the survey link and sends it to Zendesk, Zendesk takes care of sending the link via email.In this way I have:- a count of survey responses (whole or partial)- a count of contacts created on Qualtrics.I am missing the count of people who opened the link, so how many people "landed" on the survey page on Qualtrics. The number takes into account who answered at least one question and who answered none.Is it possible to track that number, like a KPI in dashboard? Thanks

Hi all,I am new to building dashboards in Qualtrics. Nevertheless, I have an acute problem. Is it possible to change the start date of a survey manually in Qualtrics? Is there any way to do this in the tool? I want to avoid downloading the data, manually changing it in Excel and uploading it again. The background is as follows: I would like to add the participation in a survey from the current month to the previous month. The invitation email for the survey was sent in April, but many customers did not participate until May. However, they have to be counted in April. Therefore, I would like to change the start date from May to April. Is this possible at all?Thank you very much!

Hi! In a dashboard I have a normal table shoring the results (10-point scale) for certain metrics coming from 3 survey (2021, 2022, 2023) + a benchmark. Right now, I applied conditional formatting to colour the lowest scores red, the average scores yellow, the highest green.I would do something differen: the scores from previous years and the benchmark should color either green or red depending on how much they differ from those of the last survey (2023). So if there is more than a -0,5 point difference the score should be red, if more than +0,5 difference green. Is this possible? Or should I organize things differently? 

Has anyone found a way to calculate the Success, Effort, Emotion question using custom metrics?I found the calculation to be off entirely when I had calculate them myself.For instance, in the dashboard I built, combining all my surveys that ask these questions, I can pull up numbers breaking them down individually, but I want to use a metric that will calculate it for me.

I everyone, Over the last few days I’ve been having issues trying to export CSV files from surveys and dashboards and I’m not the only one in my org. I can export survey data as an excel file which is working fine, but I can’t export my dashboard or directory data as an excel file. So I was just wondering if anyone else is facing similar issues, or if we will need to raise a support ticket?Thanks in advance!

As the title suggests. I suppose there is a reason but it baffles me that for me to get full functionality from this I have to code my text topics in two locations. The double work is frustrating and inefficient. Surely there's a way to do my topic coding in the survey and port the embedded data over and get all the functionality I need in the dashboard.

We have a survey in our school district that we have used scoring on and are using the weighted mean that Qualtrics has calculated.  We can see it in the summary report which is great, we know we are getting the values we want.  We want that same value to show in a bar graph on a dashboard.  For example, we would like to choose 4 of our created categories and use them as different metrics together as a separate bar in a bar graph.  We have gotten super close to what we want to see, but the values coming in are not showing like we would hope (%, total count, etc.). How can we view the value that Qualtrics has created for the weighted mean on a dashboard (it isn’t showing as an Embedded data option). Thanks for any ideas!

Hi! I'm wondering why when I load a 2nd dataset in Dashboard Data (CX Dashboard project) Qualtrics fails to map some variables while doing fine on others. I know that I can adjust them manually, but it is time consuming to do it every time. Am I missing something?It happens for both Open Text and Text Set. The 2 surveys are identical The 2 surveys have both about 70 test responents

I have likert-scale questions in my survey that I would like to show as 10-point scores in my dashboard. In other words, in the dashboard I would like to show the responses to a statement such as “I am satisfied with the service” as a score (for example 7,9) and then compare it to our benchmark.Completely aree = 10Agree: 7,5Neutral: 5Disagree: 2,5Completely disagree: 0Don't know: nullRecoding does not allow for decimals, so I cannot for example recode “Agree” as 7,5. One solution would be to make it a 100-point scale, so making “Aree” a 75 and “Completely agree” a 100, but that's a last resort.Also, I'm wondering if it's more efficient to do the recoding in the survey environment or in the dashboard. Perhaps it's not even necessary to recode, but I could add a custom calculation?

Despite of disabling permission to create new CX projects or surveys, users still see 'Create Project' button on home page. This is not a good user experience and creates unnecessary confusion.

Hello. We have sent out surveys for the past year, but we don't have the number of responses we need. We have calculated the response rate and completion rate and find that around 50% of those who start the survey complete it. Is there any way to know which question in the survey the participants get to?

I'm curious how other CX professionals are using CX Dashboards to identify the Parent Topics that are influencing NPS. I've tried using the TextIQ table, but it will not allow me to analyze relative importance of just Parent Topics and further, it can only analyze 20 child topics (randomly selected) at one time. Best practice for further analyzing Text Topics against KPI measurements would be appreciated.

Hi! Is there a way to link widgets to each other in a dashboard?I have two normal Tables and a Horizontal bars graph showing information about the same metrics in different ways, but I can't manage to do 3 things:When I sort one table, I would like the others to follow  I would like to have the rows of the table aligned with the horizontal bars I would like ro remove the labels in the second tableIs there a way to do this?

Hi All,I have done text iq analysis in on e of my CX project. I just wanted to show all the results ( Keywords, Sentiment score etc) on the dashboard . Please help suggest is there any widget which i can add on the dashboard to see all the details of my text analysis. Thanks. 

We have created our topic categories and now want to determine the topics that have the greatest impact on NPS. However we're not sure how best to do this. Any recommendations?

I have a 5-point Likert Scale (Strongly Disagree-Strongly Agree). None of my respondents selected the second point on the scale (disagree) and so the "simple table" and bar graphs are only showing 1-Strongly Disagree, 3-Neutral, 4-Agree, 5-Strongly Agree because there were respondents who selected some of those options. However, I need to be able to also show that 0 or 0% selected 2 (i.e. disagree) as a meaningful data-point. I reached out to support and they only confirmed that I have zero responses for the "Disagree" rating and that's why it's not displaying in the visualizations. They haven't given me a solution to fix it so that I can show that 0% disagree with a given topic. Please help!

I have set up a distribution dashboard that allows me to track survey & email distribution stats across all of our surveys by using the respondent funnel data from the default directory. I wanted to see if it's possible to add a filter to my dashboard for Email Invite ID (or Library IDs) , so I can start A/B testing and see which email invites have the best distribution stats. However, I'm not sure to add this data field into the dashboard.

In my survey I have multiple questions that require a number as input. When looking at the survey answer results, the questions that require a number input have the following text: 'Please enable editing and configure widget'. I have no clue what is meant with this.This page (https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/17689/how-do-i-acitvate-a-widget-with-text-iq) has the same problem, but I do not understand the instructions that are given to solve it. I do not know where to find dashboard settings - text as the solution states. Could anyone please instruct me on how I solve this so that I can see the answers to the question in the results?

When I use the auto-number questions option, it correctly numbers the questions, but the individual option numbers of the questions are unchanged. This makes them show up incorrectly in the CSV data when I download it. Is there any way to change these inner option numbers of the questions?

I'm a new Qualtrics admin for my org and working off surveys that were previously built that they do not want to change any metadata on going forward. There are 3 "ServiceModels" but they only labeled 2 of them - so their display logic and such is ServiceModel equals A, or ServiceModel equals B, and instead of having a "C" it's just mapped as ServiceModel does not equal A or B.I'm trying to figure out how to add that filter onto a widget as I only want to show the NPS score filter for those who are not ServiceModel A or B, I've tried leaving it blank, (), and "" all to no results. *I do not want to apply a whole page filter. Thoughts?
