CX Dashboards

Looking to connect with others who have used/use Qualtrics for their marketing department’s data analytics. Looking to pull data in from many different tools and social media such as facebook, instagram, hubspot, zendesk, etc.  Did you create all the forms in Qualtrics or are other marketing tools being used and just the data being pulled in? Did you find that creating dashboards ground up in Qualtrics produced successful outcomes?  We want to tell stories with our reporting, measure the media mix, optimize targeting and empower us with actionable marketing data. 

Hey colleagues,Hope you are well.I wonder it it would be possible to filter by 'country in the Text IQ functionality so each country user can access to their 'open comments' analysis in the Text IQ feature and not only overall. I am going to try to explain what we need:We have created a survey where open ended questions are asked. A codeframe with parent topics and subtopics has been created and works pretty well.We have different level of users who enter into the Dashboards. These users have access to the overall results for all countries but also can filter by country. For instance 'german' users have access to the overall results and more in detail to results in Germany. There is a 'country' filter in the Dashboard that lets users filter by country. When this filter is applied the Text IQ widgets are aso filtered by this variable, ok.We would like that in addition to the Text IQ widgets already included, give user the chance to look into the 'Text IQ feature' to look more in detail.

Hi All, It’s been sometime since I created a dashboard from scratch and of a large size but upon creating one today I ran into the limit of 100 widgets (as mentioned (very briefly) here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/building-widgets-cx/).  I am 10 short of what I need.  Has anyone found a way round this? I understand why they have put a limit on this to keep it functioning smoothly but to be honest I have some old dashboards with over 200 widgets on some pages and they work fine.  It should just be a guidance / alert.  I am happy to accept it’s my responsibility as to how many widgets i have on my dashboard (FYI it’s for reporting, producing a set of tables covering all the permutations and combinations setup in a specific way that will then copy and paste into excel the way I need). Creating a second page is my last resort.  I’ve tried creating a widget on a different pages but the page I want to move it to is greyed out. Any thoughts? Thanks Rod Pestell

Howdy, super smart people!I could not find if this had already been answered, so I hope this isn’t a repeat.Problem:  I have my customers bucketed into tenure groups (e.g., 1-6 months, 7-12 months, 13-24 months,...) and it works great.  However, I now find the need to create a few buckets that overlap the current ones (e.g. 10-14 months) to capture their renewal experience, but i also don’t want to lose the 7-12 months and 13-24 month buckets.  Does anyone know how to do this?  I know I could create a second bucketed groups, but I am hoping there’s a way to simply allow these to overlap in the current bucket.Thanks!

Hi Team,I am encountering an issue with duplicate values appearing in the dashboard filters. For instance, the customer name is being displayed twice with the same name and spelling. Upon further analysis, I discovered that these values are stored in two different formats in data and analysis, as shown below. As a result, the dashboard is showing a separate count for each of these values, even though they refer to the same entity.Could you please advise on how to merge these two values into one, so that the dashboard displays a combined count for both versions of the value. Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.Regards,Nikeeta

Hello! In a CX Dashboard Table widget, how do I show the custom benchmark (added in the benchmark editor) next to the average score for statements from a group of questions?This is what I did:Grouped a series of questions in the dashboard editor (klantwaarden) Download the template in the benchmark editor Added all bechmark scores to each of the mapped questions Uploaded the benchmarks in the benchmark editor Created a table widget, added count and average in the metrics Added the group “klantwaarden” tot the rows All good up to here, but then: I add the benchmark, select the group “klantwaarden” and nothing shows! What am I doing wrong?As you can see in the screenshot, the benchmark column is curiously empty: 

Is there a way to add our own Topic Starter pack or have a set list of Topics be default for our users? We are trying to maintain consistency in the topics and feel that relying on our users to find a saved file and import the topics opens us up to alot of human error. Any suggestions would be appreciated as well. Sandra

I am looking to create a NPS visual for one of my CX dashboard with imported net promoter score data. The imported data does not come from any kind of API. I manually have created a “survey” with all the questions in the multiple line text format so that I can then upload the historical values in via the import feature. I am running into an issue where even if I map the values in the dashboard as number set or number value the gauge chart widget is not letting me display the NPS value. I assume it is because it is not coming directly from the net promoter question. I have attempted to upload data into the built in NPS question (instead of the free text) but the system will not allow it. I also thought maybe I could do something with the embedded data in the survey but I am not sure what the best method for that would be either. 

Does anyone use Qualtrics to collect and monitor information from a Complaints program at their company? If so, I would love to connect and learn more about how you utilize Qualtrics, tools, best practices, learnings, etc. 

Hi - I’m hoping someone can help… I’m new in my role and oversee the entire Qualtrics program at my company. I’ve gone through and done a complete audit of the customer facing survey questions and all of the embedded data across all of our surveys. But what I’m beginning to see is that there’s an inconsistency with workflows that are triggered by survey completion, NPS group, etc. For example, some survey completions trigger a thank you email, others don’t. Some trigger a follow up email when an open field under detractor is completed, other surveys don’t. My question… is there a way to press a magic button, that allows me to extract all of the surveys that have workflows? And then, to see what the messages say and to whom they go? Thank you in advance for your shared wisdom.  

Hi,I have 3 lifecycle surveys and 2 survey projects that I need to visualize in a single dashboard. However, when I try to map the survey projects onto the lifecycle dashboards, they are not showing as data sources. When I use the CX dashboard, I can access the 2 survey projects, but not the lifecycle ones.Do you have any tips on how to resolve this? 

My team configured a monthly email for a specific user role within Qualtrics for a dashboard. Users will receive a PDF version of the dashboard. They will only see responses associated to them due to the roles we assigned. There is a chance that users may not have any responses in a month. If this happens, said users will receive the email but no responses in the PDF. Is there a way to not send emails if there are 0 responses?

Hi, I am using Research Service to distribute my lab’s research survey.We already paid, but since the collaboration schedule get delayed, the launching of the survey also got delayed.When we request the quote, the account development manager mentioned that quote is valid for one year. and considering the amount of the samples and survey length, it would take one week to get data. I checked the expiration date with the manger few days ago, and still almost a month left. And Next day, I send anonymous link of the survey and asked the manager to process this. But since then, I haven’t got any reply from him. Is my service deliberately procrastinated waiting for expiration?And why I cannot extend for get a refund or the un processed service quote?Since I paid, nothing has been done. I would much appreciate if someone explains what is going on. 

Hi Community, i have a date picker question in a survey that i have build (see reference at the bottom of the page).i connected this survey as a source for a CX dashboard.now, i want to create a date calculation based on (date chosen in the question )-(live date) and to show the number of days that are the difference between two dates in a record table widget in the dashboard.is this possible and if so, how can i do that. Thanks in advance,Dar Date picker question: 

Hello,is it possible to set up a response rate follwoing the logic, that can then be displayed/ tracked over a time course (e.g. using Dashboard filters):all responses recorded in a month / all emails sent in the same month So far I’ve only found the possibility to either use the Email Sent Time for filtering: answers are missing that were recorded in the month, but email was sent in a previous month, leading to lower response ratesor using the custom metric surveys finished (filter: survey finished time =this month)/ emails sent (email sent time = this month): no possibility for filtering with dashboard filters or displaying teh development over time.Any suggestions or ideas, what could help?Best wishes :)

Hello XM Community!  Can anyone help with duplicated widgets in a recurring email? I have a dashboard page setup with a text box widget and comment ticker widget, which is filtered to show “last week’s customer comments”, and I send this across the business every Monday morning by recurring email.  The email is set up using the Export Dashboard → Email Dashboard feature within the dashboard.  The issue I am facing is the email will show the text box and comment ticker appropriately at the top of the email, along with a link to “view this dashboard” or unsubscribe.  Below this, the text box and comment ticker is duplicated.My goal is for recipients to see the customer comments directly in the email, but not be duplicated.  Does anyone have any insight on how to prevent the widgets from showing twice? Thanks for your help!Here is a screenshot of my settings... 

A dashboard only accepts 60 sources. Any ideas or suggestions for handling more? I want to create a global dashboard to have an overview of my 87 touchpoints.

Hi I need a way to combine multiple numeric variables in order to generate a pie chart widget. For instance. I have questions where respondents have entered numeric values. I would like to display a pie chart that shows the weight of the sum of each category. I know that pie chart widgets only take in one variable, but I saw a use case where someone was able to do this so I am wondering how to accomplish this. Do I need to make sort of custom field or custom variable? I am new to Qualtrics and am open to any solution type.

Hello, I am wanting to setup our customer service officers (about 2,500 of them) to receive a pdf filtered view of the dashboard via email. The idea is to use their email as a filter for the dashboard and send it to them.Unfortunately, they are not Qualtrics dashboard users so we cannot apply the “set default value from user attribute” function. Is there another way to do this filter without creating a user? Any outside of the box ideas are welcome! Thank you!Dani

I want a widget that shows me only, for all the months/years the data was collected, the lowest NPS value. With Top and Bottom I can only get the value of the question (0-10), and with the custom metric or NPS, it doesn’t provide Bottom or Top. Anyone have ideias?

Is anyone experiencing issues with Qualtrics weighting?  I suspect that something changed over the weekend. When I checked the results on my dashboard last week, the results were displayed correctly / as expected. Coming back Monday morning, there are lot of discrepancies in the results. The results This is true for all our historical dashboards and closed projects too. 

I'm thinking about making a gauge chart that will essentially show the number percentage of the "yes" (pictured in a measure group, I would break this out for each question). I.E. I would have a gauge chart for "(Forward) Open Ended Power Question" and it would show 25%, “(Need) Explained Need for the Call” would show 75%, etc.... What's the best way to do this? Right now I have the question mapped in as a text set.  

Hi Community,My Qualtrics End Users is trying to know every Interactions of a single customer and their survey respond lead to what behavior. Is there a way to present the contact Timeline data contain of Transaction and Responses in Directory like this in Dashboard or some sort of it to save them the hassle of jumping around from Dashboard to Directories? Any walk around idea would be appreciated!
