Hello, I would like to add some static text directly above a text entry box. Does anyone know Javascript code that can do that? Alternatively, if there is code to eliminate the space between the question text and text entry box, that could work as well.  Thank you in advance!! 

Hello Qualtrics Community, Is it possible to do a soft check (like a request response) on an Other open-end text box only? This would be applied in multiple choice questions that allow either one or multiple answers. To be clear, I do not want to use a “Request response” on the entire question. I only want to point out to the respondent that they did not enter any information to accommodate their “Other” response selection.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 

Need to troubleshoot a Qualtrics Survey stuck in between after publish on customer domain.

How to adapt the code from a table in our Qualtrics survey to be compatible with mobile phones. The table has a javascript component.

Is it possible through Javascript (or another way) to have multiple choice options where one of the options is wider than the others, so that it could look like the attached image. The image is assuming "boxed answers", but radio buttons would be fine also. This would need to be on many questions, not just one. Thanks!

Good afternoon! I wanted to ask you about a new project I'm working on. We want to be able to implement a survey on our benefits website, which allows users to rate each of the benefits we offer them. I attach an example of a similar case to illustrate (ExampleBigBox). Has anyone implemented this type of surveys with Qualtrics?

My task is to randomly assign participants to one of two groups (group tiger or leopard).Then, I randomly assign 8 targets to the participant's or another team using hidden question randomization and html span tags. My goal is to record which groups I have randomly assigned the targets to so I can later on quiz the participants on which member belonged to their team, giving them feedback on whether they were correct or incorrect. My ideas so far were to record the assignments in JS, save them as embedded variables and then pipe them in the Loop&Merge field of the quiz.

My research team is trying to put together a survey where participants see a picture in the center of the screen and the 4 multiple choice options are displayed around it: 2 options above the picture in 2 columns and 2 options below the picture in 2 columns. Is it possible to write a javascript that will do this?

Hello ,I have created a multiple choice question and carried forward choices from a previous answer. I have created two additional choices to be included in the multiple choice question. By default they appear above the carried forward choices. Is there a way to move the additional choices to they appear below the carried forward questions ? Thank you for your help!Zoe

I need to remove the radio buttons from next to a text-entry enabled multiple choice question while keeping the last radio button with the “don’t know / unsure option.”  Not sure if I need javascript or html...

Hi.  I would like to change the color of the survey loading spinner.  I can see the css of the spinner but don’t know where I could enter custom css  to possibly change it.  Is it possible to change the color?  Would like it to be orange instead of blue.Thanks 

I would like to know how to automatically capture or record the answers provided in Question 1 (Q1) and transfer them to Question 2 (Q2), which is currently a hidden question. In Q1, respondents are asked to input their age using a text entry field. In Q2, I aim to categorize age groups based on the input from Q1, and make Q2 a hidden question.  

Hi, I’m trying to add calendar which will allow user to select date range. I tried this thread and looks like its not working. Look&Feel Header is just displaying command on the page rather than implementing. I also tried the medium link mentioned in the Date Range Picker thread and seems like its not working either. My issue is that the label ‘Group1/Group2’ does not appear because of the forward slash (/). Could anyone please tell me how to correctly escape this character? I am just learning that there’s a Chat GPT API integration available and found this support article that lists two examples of when it could be useful to create emails or tickets. I’m curious to hear if there are any other use cases for integrating with Chat GPT though. Or how have you used Chat GPT to analyze your survey data?
