we introduced screen caputer function in survey, but it failed to capture the screen when user click the button.  we checked the network request, one request showing canceled status.anyone encountered this issue?  or any suggestions? 

We are working on creating cases in Salesforce and need to format the description with items moving to next line, we have tried all of the possible approaches but nothing seems to be working. How do you integrate Qualtrics data into other systems or platforms for a comprehensive view of your experience data?

I want to integration for salesforce to create a contact on Salesforce or update if they do not exist using email as Key. Ideally, if the person has done a survey before, their email is created in Qualtrics and embedded data field “EmbeddedEmail” column through a qualtrics trigger to add the participant to contact list.  This data field is included in survey flow by ‘adding from contacts’ and is shown in the embedded fields as “EmbeddedEmail”For the Upsert integration, the Key selected is Email, and is linked to embedded data field “EmbeddedEmail” my assumption is that it would check against the emails previously entered that were stored on qualtrics and if it does not find them, it creates a contact and if it does not, it updates the contact with that email on SFWhen I do a survey, I get an error ‘empty search value’ in the workflow review. How could I get this to work?

Our organization was attempting to push a QA Qualtrics survey to production. In the past, we had no issues authorizing the Qualtrics workflows to a salesforce sandbox instance, then re-authorizing those workflows to our production instance after testing.Since the updates to the interface dated March 30th, the option to re-authorize a Salesforce production login is no longer available, leaving us stuck with tons of updates to a survey that cannot be pushed to production. Our only two options so far:Pause all response recordings and create all the changes in the current production version of the survey. We attempted to clone the production survey in hopes to keep version control, however, the cloned survey's workflows are automatically authorized to the sandbox logins.Rebuild the workflows entirely. Selecting the correct Salesforce app and re-mapping hundreds of salesforce fields.Has anyone faced the same issues we are facing? What were your workarounds?https://www.qualtrics.com/support/

Is it possible to change the height of the Qualtrics frame when it is embedded via LTI for another platform/hosting page? I currently have an integration with Canvas (Instructure Canvas) using LTI, and when in the Canvas interface, users have to scroll through the Qualtrics survey because the frame is too small. Many of the settings relevant to how the survey is rendered are adjusted on the Qualtrics side, so I’m wondering if it’s possible to change the LTI frame size on the Qualtrics end as well. Otherwise, I can see if it’s something that can be adjusted on the Canvas side (though I’ve yet to find that option in Canvas). Thank you!

Hi All!I am looking to take our Relational Survey from a single event (1x per year) to a daily pulse out to our customers (meaning our customers would receive a survey invitation every 6 months based on the date they purchased one of our products and that process would run daily). The issue I am running into is a time based trigger in a salesforce workflow. I have set it up to use the Account object (where the original date of purchase is located).  I’m not sure what I should be entering in the “required field” (see screenshot below).Has anyone ran into a similar situation? Am I doing something wrong here? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How would go about implementing data that I put through a segmentation typing tool on excel back into Qualtrics? For example, I have data from a Qualtrics survey. I exported the data over to Excel and I have classified respondents in certain segments based on their responses to the data through a typing tool on Excel. If I want the segmentation results from my excel typing tool to show up in the “results” tab for the Qualtrics project at issue, how would I go about doing so? What would I have to enter into the “survey” tab to make this distribution possible as I technically wouldn’t be creating a new question? Thanks for any help anyone in the community can offer.

Hi,I have setup a workflow to trigger a survey from Qualtrics once a ticket is closed on freshdesk. Now when i am triggering the survey I am capturing the contact as transaction and then triggering the survey. Now i need to visualize the data that is captured on the dashboard. But as the transaction data keeps changing do i just capture it as embedded data in survey and then visualize the data or is there another way to do it?

I need to distribute my survey using Qualtrics App on Teams. My scenario includes many teams in MS Teams environment (educational environment in which each team represents one course) and students are invited to evaluate their courses and teachers. This means I need to distribute the same survey in hundreds of teams and I need to collect a metadata (Team ID would be enough) to identify which course was evaluated in each survey response.

I am creating an event subscription for a completed survey topic like surveyengine.completedResponse.SV_…, and created a service like https://ourcompany.com/listener for the subscription URL. Do I need to open that endpoint to all traffic, or does/can/will Qualtrics provide a list of IP ranges or URL patterns we can whitelist in the firewall rules?In the handful of samples I have tested so far, Qualtrics is sending requestContext.http.sourceIp as 162.247.217.12. But I doubt that specific IP is permanent, and I don’t see any URL.

I have a workflow with WebService tasks that send data to an external service with REST API calls.I can’t figure out how to format a date correctly.It’s a future date, and the required format is 2023-06-02T15:35:09.000Z where the T and Z are literal letters, and all the date and time fields have to be zero-padded on left.I found this page: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/dashboard-data/advanced-fields/custom-date-formats/.  It is for dashboards, but I figured the formatting codes would be consistent.  Not so.${date://OtherDate/yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss.000Z/+3 day} produces this in the sent data:23232323-JunJun-0505EDT1515:0606:4141.000-14400Can someone please help me with the right syntax, or better yet, point me to the right place to learn?Thanks!

Hi!We are running an EX program with engagement and lifecycle surveys, we are working with a workday integration,  for the offboarding survey we would need to do the distribution to a personal email, nor the corporative email. I was thinking of adding a condition in the workdayflow for this survey to read the personal email field as the official email if the person dimmission date is less 1 day to bring this people. But i noticed i can not add conditions to the workday task. And if i activate the flow asking it to save the users with the persona email as the official email it will affect all the participants from the directory. Any ideas of how can i solve this?
