I have 4 treatments. In the survey flow I have assigned, randomly present one of the following - evenly present.But when I checked the 10 responses, the ratio is 5:2:2:1. Why did this happen?Is it like that after a certain number of responses only it will get balanced?will previews also effect this count?

I want to ask the question "What is your zipcode?" as a text entry question and then based off the entered zipcode either terminate the survey or continue to next question. I have a list of 3000+ zipcodes and the respondent must live in one of the zipcodes in order to continue the survey. I tried using the Authenticator, but that only allows for the zipcode to be entered one time and there might be many respondents that live in one zipcode. Any tips?

Hi,I would like to use a text entry question to ask participants how much time they spent sleeping. I am able to get a time picker using flatpickr, but that does not suit my needs since I do not need a time of day such as 20:30. In short, I only require hh and mm as response options. For e.g., total time spent sleeping is 6 hours and 30 minutes. Using multiple boxes is also not an option for hours and minutes separately, since I want the responses to be stored as a single variable. I came across a post where Cleave.Js was offered as an option, however I am unable to programme it to my needs. The error arising is always an unexpected token ‘;’, which I cannot identify within the code. Is anybody able to help or advise? Hi,I have a survey to evaluate a Training session. We distribute it via QR codes, and within the survey url in the QR code, there is a url parameter that indicates &Training_ID=1So we have a couple dozen of different training ID’s.Each training has a name, location, type, etc.I do want to use the training’s name/location/type in my dashboards. i.e. what is the average satisfaction of the trainings in location B.I don’t want to add every single extra field into my QR code url, that makes the QR too dense. Hello. I am creating a slider question with multiple options. I would like to slider's attribute to be bipolar and to be listed on the left and right end of the slider, as shown in the attached image. This works fine using the custom JS code shown below. Hi Experts,We have integrated our successfactors system to qualtrics through SFTP. The current setup is that SF generates employee export file and stores insisde qualtrics. The users are imported into XM directory for the survey need. ALthough, The automation is running successfully there are some active users not imported into qulatrics system yet. It says Failed to create and username already in use. When cross checked, I confirm that username are unique ID not duplicate is found. Hi, We are trying to add some math into our System Usability Scale (SUS) survey that will automatically calculate the score in the survey flow and reporting. Hi Experts,I have a question where people enter the organization information through multiple drill down menu such as Division, Country, Region, Location… The choices change according to a display logic. Our dashboard is currently configured and mapped to filter all the sites, divisions…There’s around 53 sites and 4 divisions. We need to update all the drill down choices contents (site name changes, new sites and new divisions) but I am afraid to loose all the filtering in our dashboard and the historical datas.Is there any possibility to recode the values for a drill down choices ?  Is there any way that I could minimize the lost of datas ?

Due to an Ethics issue at my university with the topic of my research, I can't ask my participants to fill out their contact information, voluntarily, in the main survey. They asked to link to a separate survey in which they can fill those out. This survey is the first of what we intend to be a longitudinal study, and participants are asked to fill out contact information if they choose to be sent the following surveys in a few months, a year etc. What I'm having trouble with is connecting the main survey's data with the contact info, and how to connect future surveys to this. I've tried with the authenticator, but the pre-fill didn't work for me and I can't provide participants with a random login ID number and ask them to enter it, another ethics issue, everything has to be behind the scenes. is there a workaround for this?

This is my first question so I hope I am asking this in the right area. I have set up a matrix table question using a Standard Likert format. Using the Results tab I set up a table that is supposed to have the average score per statement. However, the averages shown in the results table are higher than possible. 5 should be the maximum possible. The responses recorded are 10 “test responses”. Can I get advice on how to set this up so the averages display correctly?  I’ll do my best to include screenshots of each “set-up”. Question:Table in the Results tab: (a preceding question asks about what term is being rated)Results Table Setup: Scoring Setup: Any advice on what I need to change?

Hello all,We are working on a survey using Qualtrics and were hoping to have some assistance. One feature we want to implement within our survey is using a trackable URL (seeing whether or not a survey taker clicked on a link or not). We have some links about this but are unsure exactly what it means since none of the team members are extremely familiar with Qualtrics. I'm attaching some links to forums we've found pertaining to this inquiry as well. I would like to track who clicked on a link to open a new window to view a glossary of terms used in the survey. The link is just another survey in Qualtrics in text format. The survey is anonymous, that seems to be the catch here. It would be great to know if a respondent clicked on a link or not.

Hello,In our company, we are using one survey as a preparation where they put customer name, organization, product description etc and when it is done we have a workflow that triggers a distribute survey (XM Directory) with the corresponding survey selected in the preparation to the customer. We have some trouble to track the preperation survey vs the response in another survey. How could we track which preperation correspond to which response easily ?

How could I share my personal library items (e.g. messages, items, blocks) with my collaborators? They reported to me that they can access the shared surveys but can't access my library... I have a drilled down question with one choice group containing values 0-100 (0 -100 are money values). In the next part I want to give feedback like you have already used this much amount and what remains in your hand is this much.  I tried to solve this using piped text option, but I can’t find a way to get the answer instead of the choice group from which the answer is chosen.How can I solve this?
