Hello!I’ve run into a wall with some workflows to generate tickets.What I want to do is have two different ticket types raised.I have made two different worflows 1-detractors, 2-sentiment1 - if NPS detractor or low CSAT response is received, raise ticket 1 (this is working fine)2 - if NPS neutral or positive or 3+ CSAT response is received AND text IQ sentiment is negative, raise ticket 2 (not working). Do not raise ticket if negative sentiment + detractor or low csatTicket 2 works IF the scores are positive, but when the scores are negative both ticket 1 and 2 are raised.Im pretty sure the logic in workflow 2 is wrong but I cant figure out what or how to fix it.Screen shot of workflow 2 logic below. 

Hello all,I have a few questions about SMS distributions. Is Qualtrics able to use RCS (Rich Communication Services) to include images for example or only SMS (regular text messages)? I think i know the answer but i prefer to double check When a telco provider, lets say Twilio, is providing a 1-800 XXX-XXXX (long) phone number, is it possible to shorten it in any way via QUaltrics, a bit like we can personnalize the sender’s email or is it Twilio that would provide a short number? Is it possible to configure an automatic No-reply message if respondent writes back to the phone number? If yes, I assum it counts in the SMS credits available?Thanks in advance

Has anybody experience on how to send data from qualtrics survey with the web service to the form handler in Account Engagement? 

Hiya qualtrics hivemind!I am looking for ways to manually flag a response, or raise a ticket, to follow up on specific feedback. We have a number of always on feedback surveys running. We review the responses regularly and investigate issues raised to close the loop and identify root cause. Currently we have tickets which are raised based on low scores / detractor responses. But we sometimes get positive scores but detailed written feedback that we want to follow up and document too. Wondering if there is a way to do this in qualtrics?

Hi everyone,First time poster on this forum and a very novice user of Qualtrics.Over the last month, my CX dashboard has been displaying a “An unexpected error has occurred.” message on some of our widgets, such as a number chart widget we have to display the # of completed surveys and vertical bar widget showing the distribution of 0-10 rating scale. Some other widgets are displaying properly, such as simple charts. When I attempt to even edit the error widgets, the same error message will also appear on the window which does not allow me to even see what metrics I’ve chosen for that specific widget (see image below).All of the data going into this dashboard is owned by the same Brand Administrator and there is only one data source for each dashboard. Has anyone experienced this before and were able to fix it? I have reached out to the Qualtrics Support Team but I still have not received a solution over the past month. Thank you so much in advance!   

Please helpI have several different lists currently, and am needing to find a way to automatically notify and export contacts who have unsubscribed from any list. Our legal team have mandated that we must unsubscribe these people so I need a way to get them out, that doesn't involve me manually jumping in running a filter in each list and exporting.

I’m on the Results Dashboard trying to add a filter that is based on my first question, which is a required multiple choice question with two answer options. When I click the button to add a filter, the first question does not appear in the list of options. Any thoughts on why and how to resolve? (Screen shots of the item and the filter screen are attached.) Thanks so much! 

I am creating personal links to be distributed by a third party and they don’t want me to set the customer values via the contact list and would rather data was appeneded.And they were working with URL parameters but now they aren’t and none of the data added in the URL is being captrued? But if I generate new links now then the new links do work.Does anyone know why this might be?

I’m running into a problem where the automatically generated question labels when I export the data (in wide format for the multiselects, as described in this post) skip a number. See screenshot below for what I’m seeing in the exported CSV, where the options count by one up until RES1_5 and then RES1_6 is skipped and the next option is labeled RES1_7. I think I must have created and later deleted a response option in this question that got assigned RES1_6. However, this was before any Survey Previews or generated Survey Test responses were created. No data are recorded under RES1_6. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have code in R that works off an assumption that these multiselects are assigned a question ID in numeric order, with no skips, so I really would like to fix this on the Qualtrics side rather than the R side.

After changing workplaces, I continued using the same account to collaborate at my new workplace, which also holds a licensed account. At that point, I hadn’t yet been removed from my previous organization’s license, nor officially added as a user under the new one—but collaboration still worked, likely due to both institutions having academic licenses with cross-org collaboration permissions (just my assumption).Recently, my former workplace removed me from their license. I would like to allow respondents to edit answers after initial submission, similar to how Google Forms works. Is this possible in Qualtrics? I can't seem to find the setting.

I am having trouble with a bit a script that I was hoping someone could help me with.I have 3 multiple choice questions, all with the same response options. QID1 & QID2 are independent question, where respondents may select any number of different options. Then, when we get to QID3, I want any common options that have been selected across QID1 & QID2 to be autoselected at this question (so that I can use this to control subsequent working). e.g. if ‘Brand 1’, ‘Brand 3’ & ‘Brand 6’ are selected at QID1 AND ‘Brand 3’, ‘Brand 6’, ‘Brand 10’ & ‘Brand 12’ are selected at QID2, then ‘Brand 3’ & ‘Brand 6’ should be automatically selected when QID3 loads.I was thinking something along the lines of the draft below, but this doesn’t work. can we put count on dynamic selection in the same question of graphic options selection question?

We are needing to have the ExternalDataReference exported for anyone who unsubscribes from a list or directory, ideally via SFTP export. Current functionality allows this for survey responses but not for unsubscribes. Any possible solutions here?

I have a survey with many questions which contain brand lists and people are asked which brands they buy.I would like to know how many selections were made by each respondent for each of the multi select questions.Is there a 'Question_Count' variable within Qualtrics?Thanks for any advice

I want to be able to limit the user’s answering in a matrix table question. There are 11 total statements but I only want them to enter 5 answers out of the 11. They are ranking 1-5, 1 being the top choice and 5 being their less preferred. Is there a way to do this easily? See photo below.  

Hello! I used multiple Constant Sum questions in a survey.  I am able to make the tables in the Dashboard that I was hoping for to see each response, but what I was hoping to do is get a Grand Total of all of the constant sum answers. For example:  Staff at multiple school buildings are adding the count of “Formal”, “Informal”, and “Other” counts of Disability related discrimination cases.  I can see the totals for each building/survey respondent.  My goal is to be able to see all responses totaled so I can get a school district perspective for state reporting. Is it possible to get a running Grand Total of these categories?  Thanks for any help!

Hi all. I am attempting to build a survey item where respondents would select their top 10 choices from a list of 37. Is that possible? I know I can use a rank order question and just ask respondents to rank their top 10 that way, but I feel like there is a cleaner approach. Ideally, I’d love for respondents to be able to drag and drop an item out of the list of 37 into a rank order list. Is that possible? Thanks in advance!

I want to add a data field to my survey that’s based on the completion date of the participant.Basically, my survey start on day X, so I want to code a data field that tells me if a participant has responded on day 1, day 2, day 3 etc. I thought I could maybe just create a survey flow where I create an embedded data field which I’m applying some logig to, e.g. “if completion date < [dd/mm/yyyy], then day = 1” and so on. However, I realized that the completion date of course is not yet available DURING the survey. So is there any option I can already automatically create such a recoding “script” to my survey?

Hello,I want to create a question where participants can choose between 3 products. The presentation order of the products needs to be randomizable. There should be a total of 4 columns: the first one includes the attributes of the products, and the other 3 columns represent the products with their specifications (see image below). The first column should not be selectable, only the 3 to the right of it. I managed to set up a multiple-choice question in column format for choosing the 3 products, but I can't insert the first column (as it would be interpreted as a response option).  Can anyone help me figure out a solution to this problem?Kind regards and thanks in advanceLouis

Hi! I’m trying to limit survey participants to those completing it on a computer, laptop or tablet. I don’t want the survey to be completed on a phone. If I use the Set Embedded Data /  DeviceIdentifier option, and then branch for those whose device type is “Mobile”, will this also exclude those completing it on a tablet? Thanks!

Looking at AI to help with constructing a survey and it’s very helpful. When I’m done, I asked it to create a QSF of the survey so I could upload it to Qualtrics. Unfortunately, the handoff wasn’t clean. I’m thinking it’s because the specifics for Qualtrics are not static, they change occasionally and the AI may not be up-to-date. I think this because the AI actually has the option of saving the work as a QSF! In any case, I’m planning to provide a QSF to the AI and ask it to match/use it as a template. And/or have it replace the questions in the QSF with the questions it generates for me. What does anyone/everyone think? Has anyone already solved this riddle?

We are adding embedded data fields in our digital intercept with success.There is a data type called XM Directory Contact Data and every support article I can find must be old because this option is skipped in every one.Can someone tell me what this is and how to use it?
