Hi all,I am wondering if there is a way to add an option to a survey question, where respondent can click on a word or a button to then show a pop-up box with more information?I tried the method described in the below, but couldn’t get it to work. I followed the above, without really understanding it (!!) and I get my key word underlined and showing as a tool tip, and the info will show if I hover. However, how do I get this key word to be clickable on a mobile device? The code I have used in my survey question (HTML view) is below. Hi, I am looking for a way to batch export the StatsIQ analyses. Currently the individual “cards” are exportable to an Excel or CSV file. Can you export this to a PDF? Can you export multiple analyses across multiple variables all at once?

Hello everyone I am new to Qualtrics and I have a problem with my online experiment. I want to create an updatable budget. I have a total of 10 questions per block each question is 5 options. 1 least expensive and 5 the most. I want to display the budget before each question like q1 budget = initial budget, q2 budget = initial budget - option chosen in q1, q3 budget = remaining budget - option chosen in q2 etc. So far I tried to use embedded data but as I said, I am a newbie so I have no idea how to do that. Hope someone can give me an advise and steer me in the right direction.
Hi, I have the side-by-side question below with both the statements and column options being based on display logic from responses previous questions that were “select all that apply” (which solutions have you used, and which options did you use the solutions with). Solutions listed in the statements (ABCD), and the options they use them with (1234) in the columns. A respondent may use solution A&B with options 1, 2, &3, but they only used solution C with the option 1. How can I hide or disable the radio buttons highlighted so that they don’t see or aren’t able to select for those?
Hi Everyone,I am looking for some guidance on how to implement randomisation for the following experimental design: There are 6 evidence conditions (within), 6 policies (within), and 36 stimuli (between) (i.e., one stimulus for each evidence condition and policy combination). I am trying to implement randomisation for evidence condition and policy such that each participant is exposed to all 6 evidence conditions and all 6 policies, but only one policy across per evidence condition (i.e., 6 of the 36 stimuli). In other words, if a participant is exposed to policy X in evidence condition Y, they will not be exposed to evidence for policy X in any other evidence condition. Additionally, I want to expose participants to the 6 evidence conditions in random order so that each policy is evenly selected within each evidence condition. I set up some test blocks to try and figure this out (see example with 2 evidence conditions and 3 policies below).However, I cannot figure out how to implement

I have a multiple price list question in Qualtrics. The question type is a matrix table and the matrix type is bipolar. I have a list of choices where the respondents first have to choose between 10 cents or the product, then between 20 cents or the product and so on until 2 euro and the product. This looks like this: "The product" or "€0.10", "The product" or "€0.20", "The product" or "€0.30", ... and so on until "The product" or "€2.00". So 20 rows in total. QID16 is the question ID. I want to edit the JavaScript to make sure only 1 switching point is possible and to make sure that when the respondent chooses for the money, the rest of the following choices will be automatically also for the money. So when the respondent chooses for the product for the first row, nothing happens, but when the respondent chooses for the 1 euro in the 10th row, all subsequent rows will be automatically selected for the money. Hello,My organization recently added an intercept to one of our applications. The intercept is working fine as customers are prompted to take a satisfaction survey in-app after completing a transaction. However, the issue we're facing is that we're unable to see the name, phone number, and email of the customers in the backend, even though we receive their feedback.It's strange because we're able to see the phone number and email of some customers, while for many others, we're not able to see anything, and all the feedback comes from the app.I would appreciate any possible solutions, and I have attached screenshots of the embedded data on the intercept and survey flow for the project.

I have asked the same question more than once (as part of the pilot) and one time it displays the results correctly and the other times it states ‘Invalid field group. There is a mismatch in the field group’s field types’.What settings do I need to change to make sure the results display please?

I have a requirement to populate multiple values for a contact list attribute, let us name it Portfolio Area(PA). If I maintain the values as say PA1,PA2 against a contact. Below is my requirement:I need to populate the contract attribute value in one of the existing survey. When we create a CX dashboard and build a filter on this field, I would like to see PA1, PA2 as options. When I select PA1, I would like to see all records that had value as only PA1 or PA1 and PA2. Im trying to create a survey that has a between-subject variable (for example, HIGH/LOW attractiveness) and a within-subject variable, call it humor- with three levels- none/pos/neg.each participant is randomly assigned either to high/low condition. then, for the within design i have two sets of 3 pictures (each set either high/low attractiveness) and three sets of 3 texts each,one for every humor level.I want that for each level of humor participants will see a picture paired with one of the 3 texts (randomly chosen) and then a followup matrix question. problem is i want each participant to see each picture once without return. plsss if you can help me it'll be life saving.
Hello Everyone, I am writing here because I am encountering some issues when creating my survey for my thesis. I am studying whether matching a chatbot personality to the user can yield to a greater acceptance. To do so, after asking their personality type, I would like to assign each participant randomly to different treatments. However, with the way I’m doing things, the participant goes through all these blocks one after the other. Here below is a screenshot of the Survey Flow. I am creating a bipolar matrix question. In the text of the statements I want to bold/underline some of the text to make it clear the differences between the left and right side. When I bold/underline some of the text in the statement on the left everything works. However, when I try to bold or underline some of the text in the right statement it puts the bolded/underlined text in its own column. This looks very bad in the preview. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Hi, I had a question about how certain survey items with conditional display logic or skip logic that are not presented to the respondent coded in the dataset? For example for a questionnaire: Question 1 - Do you know what year you graduated school? Yes/No→ if Yes, display Question 2→ if No, skip to Question 3Question 2 - Please select year from the dropdown. Question 3 - ... For Question 2 what values appear for respondents who responded “No” to the first Question 1 and are not shown Question 2 in the data set? Is ‘not applicable’ captured for respondents who never got the question?
Is there a way to have “optional” in a dithered box (or something similar) within the text box and then it would disappear as soon as the recipient starts typing? I know the other option would be to just state (optional) after the question - wanting to know if there’s a way to display it within the actual text box.
Hello,I have used the slider question type to deliver the Personal Wellbeing Index, which is comprised of 7 statements with answer options ranging from 0-10 (see below for visual of the question). For analysis the response options need to be recoded on a scale of 0-100 (e.g. 1=10, 2=20...10=100). Then I need to create an average of each person’s responses across the 7 statements. Could someone please advise me if/how I can:Recode the values for analysis (as described above) Create an average value for each individual can be used in Results-Reports Thank you!
When we make API calls from Qualtrics to other services, is there any way to add some time between retries? For example, when the call fails, it will automatically retry, but within a few milliseconds of each other. This generally results in continued failure. It would be great to be able to build in a long delay between automatic retries. Is this possible?
