CX Dashboards

Hi community,  I am creating a graph that is using a question as a filter. The graph is displaying the different benefits. Let’s say we have 100 responses. The question we are using as a filter is about gender. Let’s say we have 50 responses.  when i create the graph and filter it by gender. I only see the 50 responses. How can i also show the responses where we don’t have gender?  Thank you! 

I have a survey with several grid questions and I would like to be able to display the responses in one table, more or less the same as the grid looks in the survey (statements in rows, options in columns, answers as %) I have tried all the table options within dashboard and can’t seem to make any of them work in the way that I would like.  The only option I have at the moment is to show them as individual charts, one per statement, which is rather tedious. Does anyone have the knowledge I seek? Thanks in advance!

I’ve been working in Dashboards for 3 months. After creating 3 dashboards, I see many technical limitations of this platform, and finding it hard to justify the time/cost/effort for broader implementation. We’ve already paid for the expanded license, so I’m more or less stuck with making it work as best I can.  However, I’m curious what others think of it, and if anyone has been able to successfully implement it for their organization. Besides it being painfully clunky and slow, one of my biggest pain points is not being able to configure a 1-time benchmark using a custom metric calculation. The only workaround is manually entering it into the benchmark interface.  Which leads to pain-point #2….it’s not possible to manually enter a new benchmark row under an existing benchmark which severely limits how I can use benchmarks. For example, say I calculated a custom metric and I want it to fall under an existing benchmark (Benchmark A). I’m forced to create brand new benchmark (Benchmark A

Hello Everyone,I have a dashboard that displaysWidgets that shows stats using the Respondent funnel data source for things like the number of email sent, number of finished surveys and stuff like that another Widget that shows information from the embedded data fields and the last widget which is a line graph for the survey questions.Issue: i have a dashboard filter which is an embedded data field to filter all the widgets but the  Respondent funnel data widgets error out when i apply any filter to the dashboard. Support just told me that the Respondent funnel data source does not have the embedded data so it will not work.Does anyone know how to get information about the number of email sent, survey started and survey finished from the embedded data source?Thanks  

Hello Everyone,I added some filters to my dashboard but they do not auto populate a list of options when i click the dropdown arrow. it just shows my a search textbox.. These fields are Embedded Data fields. I do not want to search the filter field, i just want to select from a list of options in that field. Please let me know if anyone can help me with this issue. Thanks

Is there a way to adjust how the highlight reel widget displays in the dashboard?The video player is quite large and not dynamic / not responsive to the size of the widget which makes it difficult to view. 

I created a matrix table in my dashboard and did not map the N/A responses but see that the percentages do not add to 100 without them so would like to add it now. How do I do this without deleting and recreating the matrix table?

I have a data set that has embedded data and I want to display a sum of the same embedded data field in my dashboard.For example:my embedded data field is text field Companyand I have the following response data:Company 1 employee X Company 2 employee X Company 1 employee Y Company 3 employee XIs there a way I can show in my dashboard that:Company 1: 2 employees responded Company 3: 1 employee responded etc Many thanks for any adviceRegardsJo 

I have 8 separate CSAT questions that I would like to display a breakdown down for each of the questions but I cannot figure out how to get them all into a single widget rather than 8 individual widgets. Below is an example but rather than displaying the historical years I would like each row to reflect a specific CSAT question (ie. Q1= how satisfied are you with the appearance of our chocolate, Q2=how satisfied are you with the variety of chocolate offered, etc...)

We have an NPS question followed by 1 of 2 free text questions - if they give us a promoter nps they see an open text called “What is the primary rating behind your rating,” if they rate as nps passives or detractors then the get the question “What can we do to improve?” I have them each represented in seperate widgets, as shown below, as you can only select 1 question text iq per widget. Well since the questions are displayed as promoters it’s clear that most of the comments are going to have a positive sentiment, and the opposite is true. I’m wanting to find a way to pull these 2 widgets together as I ran the same topics on each question, that way we could see a more wholistic view. I haven’t been able to find a way to do this within Qualtrics but I’m wondering if anyone has any out of the box solutions. 

I have a rank order/drag and drop question on my survey and I’m having a difficult time in coming up with how to display that info in a CX dashboard. I do have randomization set up on this so that they are not presented in the same order to each participant with the exception of “other” being always presented in the lowest position.  *Bonus question - I believe that if people don’t rearrange them then they just appear as though they ranked in the order presented was what they selected. This is not a required question, not do I want to make it required, but is there a way to exclude the data of people who didn’t change the rank order.

Hi Qualtrics team, hope you are doing well 😉I would like to ask if there is a way to create ‘groups’ with a Numeric Value field: a number field that does not have a specified range (e.g. any number between 0 and infinity).After setting up this ‘numeric’ value, I have used this one to create ‘groups’ based on BOX option: I would like to use these groups created (or new ones I have interested for the near future) so can be used to split results in the same way as done with other variables such as END DATE, Country, City, etc. Is there a way to configure these groups in the ‘Setting’ section of the Dashboard? Where should I set up them? Thanks!

I am setting up dashboards with survey data that will be delivered monthly to our internal teams. I need to have the data filtered as year-to-date data but only through the previous month.For example, if a user was to look at the dashboard today 3/16 then they would see Jan + Feb 2022 data. And if the user was to look at the dashboard on say 4/2 then they would see Jan + Feb + Mar 2022 data. I can't use the Year to Date checkbox because that would include data through the current date. I can't use Shift Back because depending on the day it would change (today I'd need to shift back 16 days to last month, but tomorrow I'd need to shift back 17 days). It doesn't seem like the custom time frames work, nor the Last XX days.

Hi!I have a multiple answer survey question about where someone has bought a product. The usual results are: this many people bought at shop A and this many at shop B etc. But what I also want to visualise in a graph (in a CX dashboard) is how many people shopped only in shop A, how many only in shop B and how many in both. Anyone know how to do this?

Why doesn’t the breakdown bar show the far right percentage?  I have dragged it out as far as it can go.

I am mapping in historic surveys and need to map 2 questions into 1 field (in the past we asked for a CSAT on invoicing and a CSAT on billing, this year it’s combined into 1 CSAT asking about billing/invoicing). I have a widget on the dashboard where we see year over year trends so I am wanting to combine the historic separate questions into a single field.

Hi, I have a CX dashboard with a Org Hierarchy Filter applied so that when managers access the dashboard they only see the results below them. I would like for managers of all levels to be able to see a comparison of their unit NPS and CSAT score with the global company score. I know there is an easy way to set up this kind of comparison in a EX engagement dashboard but, is there a way to do the same kind of thing in CX? I could give them access to another dashboard displaying only the global company score but it would be better if they could see it directly below or side by side with their own unit score. Thanks! 

Hello everyone,  While making some tests with the dashboard translation tool (CX), we’ve noticed something strange for the embedded data. It seems that the FR translation for the first label doesn't work. The answer is displayed in English in the French version of the Dashboard. When we checked the file, we found that the translation for this first label had disappeared (it should contain the word "Nord"). We’ve also noticed that a “0” appears in the recode column.  This problem reoccurs for all the embedded data in the imported translation file. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to resolve the situation? 

Want- Visualization to help a stakeholder understand the response rate.  Background- We distributed our survey using the anonymous link option. We have sent out two rounds of survey invitations on two different dates, so far.Our email service provider sends out the emails to our customers so we don’t have the data for number of emails sent in Qualtrics.We DO have the invitation count from each of the sent dates available to import, if there is an option for it. Desired Solution- Widget in the dashboard to show the number of invitations sent during a filtered time frame  Current Solution- I am currently updating a rich text widget to be “total invitations sent” but it won’t be accurate if someone uses the date filter. (see 351 right widget in screenshot below)  Is there a way that I can manually set the different dates on which we sent the invitations? Example-Invitation 1, Jan 1: 210 emailsInvitation 2, Feb 1:  150 emails Filter on dashboard from Jan 1-31, widget =210 emails

Hello!I'm currently attempting to link a dashboard to a directory's segments list. When I initially click on apply filter, and select the directory, everything seems like it should work. However, I never actually get any segment ID's to be able to select, as it always continues to show "all" and only that.When I go in to the data sources, I find that "SegmentIds" comes up as "not mapped". If I attempt to add an additional data source for "Segments for POOL_XXXXXXXXXX", it auto-populates the SegmentIds and ContactId for the new data source, but when I attempt to Save, I get the following error:Failed to update dataset. {"error":"object did not pass validation","detail":"mapping for the given fieldId is already defined in the joinmap"}Has anyone been able to successfully filter any dashboards by directory segments, or have run in to this issue and was able to solve it?

For an annual survey, I have created a dashboard that pulls in data from each survey for the last 5 years.I would like to create a widget that shows the result of a formula, such as [% very satisfied - % very dissatisfied], or NPS (without using the NPS question format in the survey). It would be great if I could have the results in a table, since I want to track the results over several years. How can I create widgets that display the result of formula calculations? Thank you!

Is it possible to view the tagged comments in the word cloud widget by clicking on a specific word?When the word cloud widget's filters option is checked, the data is filtered to all of the dashboard's widgets. All I need is for when I pick a word, corresponding comments to appear on the same word cloud widget.

Good morning XM Community,I wasn’t able to find this specifically mentioned on this forum or on the documentation, so I apologise if this has been answered somewhere else.We make use of the “Email Dashboard” function within CX Dashboards to generate automated PDF’s of our dashboards for some stakeholders that do not have live access to these. My question is; when a recipient using the ‘Unsubscribe’ option in the automated email, what happens to the distribution list? Will this automatically update and remove them, or will they stay listed? This topic has come up as a few times over the past couple of months we’ve had stakeholders tell us that they have, or have not, unsubscribed despite the list in the dashboard showing otherwise. I realise sometimes stakeholders become confused when they receive a lot of emails so just want to know for sure how it works.Thanks in advance!

Hey colleagues and Qualtrics experts! Hope all of you are good!We have created several dashboards to be shared with users. In one of these dashboards some 'tabs' have been created but not all of them should be shared with all users.For that reason, we have created different 'User roles' to select which tabs of each dashboard can be shared with these 'roles'. We use the 'Restrict page permissions' option for that where it is possible to select which tabs can be shown or not: The issue we have is that this option is working properly for all dashbaords except for one of them where the different tabs do not appear:As you can see for this 'jNPS | Dashboard' the different tabs do not appear to be selected as for the rest of the dashboards. That's the only case when it is happening althought we have 5 dashbaords in total. Do you know what could be the reason behind that? Thanks!
