CX Dashboards

Hi there, I've been asked to add a date stamp to recurring reports, for example "Data from xx/xx/xxxx to xx/xx/xxxx" but I see no widget that can do this, nor dynamic text that can be inserted.Is there any way? If no, how can I request this feature?Thanks all in advance.

Hi everyone,We sometimes need to export dashboards to pdf. As you might know, the default settings aren’t ideal for visibility, so we try out different settings that look better. However, we haven’t yet landed on an optimal setting config.Do you have any suggestions to optimise export settings (e.g. combination of paper size, orientation, zoom)? This is for a standard dashboard using the entire page space.Thanks in advance for your inputs.Mohsen

Hello,I am trying to build a dashboard page to track the performance of my survey.I want to show total responses per question so we can easily track drop off. I can see there is a “count” field for each question, but I cant figure out how to only display the number of responses per question in a widget.Not sure if its filters or something else?

Can we include Top 5 Negative and Positive Topics from Text iQ in the CX dashboard ?

I have created an XM dashboard from two mapped data sources. One of the widgets I created is pulling in inaccurate data due to incorrectly coded values on the survey. I recoded the values and re-published the survey but the data is still not pulling in correctly. There are no options to manually refresh the data dashboard that I can see. How can I update my widget to pull in the correctly recoded data?

Hi,I have a response ticker in CX dashboard with one of the content being End date (Survey meta data).Instead of showing actual date, it shows X days/hours ago.Is there any way to do it ?I checked in Dashboard data , there is no recode setting to set the format.Any other way out ?

Hi Team,We’ve built two dashboards using the default directory list, which includes data for both dashboards. To separate the data between the two, we’re using an external data reference as a filter: Entries with "CV" are meant for Dashboard 1 Entries with "TR" are meant for Dashboard 2 To set this up, we used advanced filters with prefix matching. But we’re noticing that the dashboards aren’t showing the expected number of responses.Here’s what we’re seeing: For “CV,” there are about 8,000 records in the directory list, but Dashboard 1 only shows 70. For “TR,” we have around 5,000 records in the directory list, yet Dashboard 2 only displays 149. We’re wondering if there are any known limitations with prefix matching in the advanced filters that could be causing this issue.It would be great if you could help us understand: Whether prefix matching is

Hi,We have a CX dashboard which uses Pivot table (No longer supported by Qualtrics). When we download the dashboard, it doesn’t show the entire content (that can be seen after scrolling down)  in the downloaded pdf.I tried using other tables like Record table which doesnt have feature like decimal place for numbers, End date grouped by Month year.How can we ensure that the pivot table shows entire data ?Thanks. Regards,Neha  

Hey Qualtrics team,I'm working with a Dashboard for a Brand Tracker survey and want to apply a weight system.With regards to this weight system, some comments:It should be applied per waves It also be applied based on 2 main different questions: Gender (question Gender) and Age groups (variable CV_00_AgeGroups). For some countries other questions can be applied: question 'City-suburb' and 'City of Residence' for those countries where we're requesting responses of people coming from different cities. These questions should be applied independently, i.e. not combined as we don't know the exact percentage of these combinations, for instance male of 18-34 years in Berlin. What are your favorite Workflows that you have created to alert you that your data in your dashboard is being wonky? We have a few APIs coming into our Qualtrics, and every once in a while, something will fail, and I would rather the system tell me instead of a user who hasn’t reviewed the dashboard in a few weeks. Any suggestions? 

Hi,We would like to show the drivers analysis of Qualtrics in POWER BI.Since there is no feature of embedding the Qualtrics widget in POWER BI, we were trying to see if we can build similar logic in excel.We tried using PEARSON’s formula of excel to do so.However, we are stuck in one point. We would like to know how does it calculate the average for the Performance axis.If someone has already done it, kindly help. Also, if you know any other solution to get it into POWER BI, please suggest.Thanks.  Regards,Neha Tank 

I would like to give a CX dashboard user the ability to create their own bucketing filters, but do not want to allow for any other dashboard edits from them. Is there a way to restrict what they can edit? To the best of my knowledge editing is an all or nothing feature. 

My org is asking for a list of contacts, specifically those who have not completed the survey, along with their individual survey link (we are using embedded data on the contacts), and they would like it served to them in a dashboard where leaders can use page filters to find their contacts and then access the corresponding survey link - this way they can self-serve their curated lists and it’s always up to date (as opposed to me exporting the distribution list).

Hello!Ive imported some old survey data into our new qualtrics program.In the data set itself the CSAT score has response codes associated with it.However when I try to bring these over to a dashboard with live survey data, no results are coming through. When I look in the recode editor for the field, there are no response codes.Same result when i set them up as number or text sets. Does anybody have any idea what might be happening? ive attached some screenshots of the dataset and the backend of the dashboard

Hi all — I’m working in TextIQ (Qualtrics) and trying to search for responses where two sets of keywords appear within 4 words of each other. For example:((doctor | dr | provider) AND (nice | tone | explain))~4  Unfortunately, Qualtrics gives me an “invalid operator” error when I try something like that.My current workaround is to create a parent topic like Bedside Manner with terms like nice | tone | explain, and then a sub-topic with provider keywords like doctor | provider | dr. But the problem is this doesn’t restrict the match to within 4 words — so I’m getting results where “Doctor” is in the first sentence and “answering” is in the last.Has anyone figured out how to enforce proximity between keyword sets in TextIQ? Or any creative workarounds to simulate this?Would really appreciate any ideas — thanks in advance!

I have a side by side question in which for each statement one has to give a rank value followed by a open end text box.I wanted to show up the data for each user in my dashboard widget, each verbatim answered should be followed by rank assigned to it for each statement/user.

Hello!Is there a way to monitor survey performance by showing completion rates of each question?I’m imagining a line or bar chart where the X axis is each question and the Y is the count or % complete.That way we can more accurately track the drop off rate and where it happens.

Hi community, Been looking at NPS Impact Score within our Text Analytics model which an XM scientist helped us set up a while back when we got started with text analytics.  This provides us the overall impact particular topics are having on our overall NPS.  I have a colleague of mine who is seeking to better understand what it’s trying to show/calculated (they are more of a statistician than I am). The formula for it is… NPS Impact Score = (Topic Count*(Topic NPS-Overall NPS))/(Overall Count-Topic Count). This is set up as a custom metric, but was a metric encouraged by Qualtrics to monitor text analytics. The question my colleague has is why we include the topic count as both numerator and denominator; and to that I can’t answer (it seems ok to me, but this isn’t my speciality).  Surprisingly I recall a bit more documentation on the Qualtrics side when we introduced it, but now nothing seems to come up.  I’d like to have more confidence ar

We recently had to change the user type of some historical users. Since this change these users are no longer able to see the dashboard. Initially I thought this was due to the user type they shifted too, however this is not the case. Has anyone experienced this before? I’ve played around with it a bit and it seems any change to user type is causing these users to loose access to the dashboard.  My initial thoughts are that maybe this is a historical issue, as these users have been set up in Qualtrics since 2020? Open to ideas as to what is causing this.

Hello all,We want to use the Key Drivers widget to visualize the performance of Comment Topic Sentiment on the NPS Score.We want to do something like thisPotential driver group = NPS ScoreAnalysis method = Comment - Sentiment Score (Topic 2), Comment - Sentiment Score (Topic 3), Comment - Sentiment Score (Topic 4), Comment - Sentiment Score (Topic 5) Unfortunately, we can only add sentiment score to the potential driver group once and we can’t filter by Topic.Does anyone know a workaround for this?Thanks!
