How to ensure instructors only see their own response rate dashboards?

I have a CX dashboard where I would like to utilize textiq widgets, however I would like to analyze and display all the open text questions as though they were one question to capture a wider picture. I know that if it was only one survey that had multiple open text questions I would go into field editor  and create a merge field. I am unsure of the best way to go about this being that is more than one survey we’re pulling from and each of the surveys has 2+ open text questions.

HelloIn our survey we ask customers to take photos and upload these using the file upload question type and this can work well enough.However, what isn't clear is how we can show these in CX dashboards? I can't quite see how the image widget type would work for this, or any other.Has anyone managed this before?

Hi,On my dashboard, I added a "description" in some widgets, which gives the (i) info icon.It use to be that whey you hover over that (i) icon, that you see the description.However, now I am getting the following:it sais "description Yes" instead of the actual description...is this normal?

Dear community,I have created a matrix question in CX survey in order to collect requests for new feature and its importance. However, I encountered the problem with creating a single widget for this question in a dashboard.The matrix question has been setup as follows:6 Statements, each of the statements allows text entry2 scale points (essential / nice to have)I created a generic group with text data data in the statement 1 - 6 to consolidate text comments, then tried record widget but it didn't work.Does anyone have any idea how I can create a single widget in my dashboard? Hi Community,I’m configuring a dashboard that contains data from 9 regions.Each region has one user responsible for it, and I’ve shared the dashboard page with these 9 users, applying data restrictions so that each user can only see data for their assigned region (as shown in the screenshot below).Share dashboard to 9 user with data restrictionsWhen these users access the dashboard, I’d like: One widget display the CSAT of all 9 regions(e.g., “CSAT by Region”) While the other widgets remain restricted to each user’s assigned region (following their data restriction). I’ve already tried locking the filter for the “CSAT by Region” widget with Region = All,but this only works correctly from my admin view — where I can see all 9 regions.When I log in as a restricted user (for example, Region CTKV1), the same widget only shows that region’s data, instead of displaying all 9 regions.It seems that when I share the dashboard page and apply data restrictions, the entire dataset has been locke

Hiya,I’ve setup a vertical bar widget to show the breakdown of NPS over time.Currently its showing each week against promoter, passive, detractor.Is there a way to flip the axis so time is the X axis and for each week it shows the breakdowns? Current setup: 

There has got to be some sort of creative solution for updating cx dashboard participants. I have a dashboard that is shared with 120ish people and I need to update the participants monthly (remove some, add others based off role changes within our org). There is no way that I am aware of to “bulk update” the cx dashboard participants for a dashboard (I’m thinking like how you can import a directory contact list). It is such a time intensive task to have to manually go through the list manually. 

Hi,We have a B2B scenario. We have an annual survey whose reporting requirement is such that for any combination of filter applied, if the number of respones are > 5, only then the widgets can display data. The page level filter of Threshold does that exactly. But the challenge is in stacked bar chart widgets. Say there is a widget with Year in Y axis and a Sub group in stacked axis. And below is the data:2025 :Sub group 1 - count of records is 4 (67%)Sub group 2 - count of records is 2  (33%)And say filter selected is year 2025 and in total it has 6 records.All the above mentioned 6 records qualify but in stacked chart this filter still looks for count of 5 for every stack. And because of this it hides sub group 2 and only shows Sub Group 1 as 67%. Is there any way possible that I can ensure that filter is only applied at page level and then the seggregation is still showed in stacked bar chart ?Because of this problem, we are doing lot of manual activities and are not able to add

I’d like to send a link to a dashboard to a slack channel weekly to bring greater visibility to the data but the workflow builder is failing me.Although in the setting for my dashboard under tools it has a section on workflows, when I go to draft the message and pipe in text the text field is blank and does not show me options for data I can put in. I’ve set up other slack workflows and they do have contents there.I’m pretty sure this is a bug?! Am I missing something?

Hello!I’ve run into a challenge displaying the responses from a matrix table with carry forward answers. The survey is setup like this:Q1 - select all that apply from this listQ2 - Matrix table carry forward choices, 5 point likert scale for each choice In the dashboard/dataset these responses have been recorded as separate items instead of all together in a single field. I want to compare the different choices in a dashboard widget, but cant figure out how to. For example a line chart with Y axis 1 2 3 4 5 and X axis the choices and a count of total choices.Or side by side bar graphs. Basically anything where I dont need to make 10 different widgets all next to each other... I tried creating a combined data set using the field editor but it saved them as the ratings each respondent chose together - 4/5/1/3 which I cannot use either. Thanks!

I am importing a data set via Response Import Automation which includes a field Initials. I have a CX dashboard widget that displays the count of responses entered by “Initials”. In my EX directory I have metadata for those employees which includes their initials. I would like the dashboard to display the Name of the employee where the two initials match.   Example: My initials are SH. I log 34 interactions with my initials. The data set is imported. If you look at my contact in the EX directory I have a metadata value SH. Since the two initials match I would like the widget to display Sandra Hasty 34. Currently it is displaying SH from the data set. The survey is a CX project based on operational data.

We are using our own LLM to categorize responses. The categorization happens in three levels (drill-down principle):Category 1 (e.g., Product) Category 2 (e.g., Ease of Use) Category 3 (e.g., App navigation)Each response can have multiple categories. We are using an API-based approach to determine the categories after a response is captured, and then we want to write them back to the Qualtrics response dataset.The ultimate goal is to visualize these categories in a dashboard – for example, with bar charts. However, we want to implement a dependency: if Category 1 = Product is selected, the rest of the dashboard should automatically filter to that subset. Subcategories that do not belong to the selected Category 1 should no longer appear.Our challenge: How can we achieve such a visualization? In which format should we write the categories back to the response dataset?Initially, I thought about multi-value fields and codes, e.g., values like „1, 2, 5“ (Category 1) or „1-2, 2-2, 2-6, 5-1“

how do we calculate time passed between the change in the ticket status from "Open" to "In Progress" to show in the dashboard

Hi, I have a B2B CX dashboard to build. I have a hierarchy as below:Level 1 - CompanyLevel 2 - VerticalLevel 3 - CustomerLevel 4 - Offering I need to enable such a hierarchy filter in my CX dashboard. I got hierarchy enabled in my license. But when i go into dashboard setting and click on Add Org Hier, it says contact customer support. Kindly help with steps how to enable this hierachy for reporting. Regards,Neha Tank

Hi everyone,I wanted to ask if it’s possible to configure a line chart in a Qualtrics CX dashboard to show a cumulative NPS for the current year only.Here’s the situation: I know there’s a continuous metric option in Qualtrics, but the problem is that it always calculates the previous 12 months rolling, regardless of the filters I apply. For example, if I set a filter for “this year only,” the metric in January still shows data from February of the previous year up to January of the current year.What I need is a chart where: In January, the NPS is calculated only with responses from January of this year. In February, the NPS is recalculated as the cumulative of January + February responses. In March, the cumulative is Jan–Mar, and so on, until December. Basically, I want a year-to-date cumulative NPS trend line, but restricted to the current year (no data leaking in from the previous year).Is this possible to achieve within the Qualtrics dashboard settings, or would it require a cu

I have an intranet renaming contest where the first round of votes is narrowing down to the top 10 from 48 submissions.I’m trying to figure out a way to best display this within a dashboard. I have the two widgets below but since I’m using a measure group, the values and not the labels are coming in. Both of these graphs don’t really help the decision makers easily figure out which are the top 10 amongst all the individuals who voted. I chose to use 10 different multiple choice questions instead of the rank order question because they only have to rank 10 out of 48 and the rank question didn’t seem to be the best user experience for that. I also have it so that each question only carries forward the Unselected options so previously selected choices are removed from the remaining choices.I thought maybe I could attach a score to each question (First to Tenth choices = 1-10 points respectively). Lowest score would rank the highest. However, I’m not able to figure out how to tie that in t

I created a dashboard and I am attempting to provide access to a Group to be able to view data for specific sources.  The sources are responses from a question in multiple surveys.  The question in multiple surveys is What is your general clinc and the options are for example Su Clinic: A1, Su Clinic: B2, and Su Clinic: C3. What would be the easiest way to get this accomplished?

We have had a few reports of a dashboard that we created not working. It works for me, but a few people have said that they get an error message when they try to access the dashboard that says: "Whitelabel Error Page:This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.There was an unexpected error (type=Not Found, status=404)"Does anyone know what could cause this? Hello everyone 🙂I’m coming here to hopefully get some help on my dashboard! As you can see on the screenshot below, I create a “Table” widget that cross my question Q2 X Country AND Age.  Currently, in the Metrics, I choose “Show mectric as : Value (Default)” My problem is : I cannot choose “% of column breakout”. Why not ?The dashboard only propose me “% of total” which is not what I want. As you can see below, when I remove the Age and only have 1 column on the table, I do have the possibility to have the results by “% of Column breakout”.   But my need is to have the information per country by also per age. Is that possible on Qualtrics Dashboard ? Did I do something wrong ? I would be so grateful for any help and tips ! 😊Many thanks in advance.Nicolas

For context, as a Brand Admin I invite specific users from my org to dashboards just for temporary test phases, and remove their access after the test phase.The problem: I realise now, when I forget to do this, the testers have more access than they should. When I want to remove their access temporarily, Qualtrics says I need to select at least one survey, or I can delete them. In this tradeoff, test users have either more access or I need to re-create their credentials for every test.  My question: Is there any way to fully remove access for specific users temporarily, without deleting them entirely?

Hello,I’m looking for any advice or assistance in calculating a survey respondents age using a Year of Birth. The survey taker only provides the Year, no month, no day so as an example it would be 2025-1987=38. If i could set this up either as embedded data or right in a dashboard it would be helpful for demographic analysis. The advice from the AI Chatbot was incorrect  I have reviewed these in previous Community posts, but just seeing if there is another simpler way to do this?
