Im creating a parent-child hierarchy but want to also add the Department (or Org unit id) to it. How it “should” work is as follows: Manger 1 Dept. 111Report 1 Dept 222Report of Report 1 222Report 2 Dept 333 Essentially the Org unit id can be nested. What ideally would happen is it would use Manager id - Employee id to generate the basic Parent - Child (which it does) but then annex the metadata field for each user departmentid which identifies their overall org (this is where it fails saying “Units with non unique Org unit ids values”.

Year over year employee engagement dashboards looks same, Do you have any suggestions, new functionalities you are including to make it more appealing, interactive.

Qualtrics Logging and Proxy Access Analysis of Qualtrics logs is adequate for auditing purposes. However, a manual correlation of timestamps is currently necessary to distinguish between activities performed by legitimate users and those conducted via proxy logins. This is a consequence of the system recording audit trails for standard user activity and proxy usage in distinct log files. Consolidation of this information into a unified log event file would significantly improve efficiency and facilitate more comprehensive analysis. We have created a Qualtrics ticket for the same and got a came to know that  this functionality is currently not available in the Qualtrics platform.  

We are interested in understanding if and how organizations are incentivizing employees for engagement and/or survey participation. 

Hello Community,I am looking for a solution to restrict the hierarchy and participant list for admins within an engagement project.Background: We want to conduct a survey within the corporation, surveying different entities simultaneously within this project.Local HR personnel should have EX admin access to the project, but they should only be able to view and manage their own entity's employees in the participant tab, and similarly, they should only be able to view and manage their branch of the entire hierarchy.I am clear about the reporting in the dashboards through the roles tab; this inquiry pertains exclusively to participant management for admins within a project. Thank you.

Hi *,setting:Survey with test responses. Try to update for the existing responses one exisiting open comment question with values. The import only with uniqueID and open questions was mapped and accepted by the system but at the end I get the message 0 of xxx are updated.I used the export of the data and shorten it to the two cols.Any ideas? Need more info?Thx 

How can I remove the system message “You’ll advance to the next page after you complete each page”? Upon my search, previous threads say to change from using the “simple” layout, (which we’re not anyway) however using the new survey taking experience, changing the layout is not available.   

Help! We’ve recently updated to the ‘New Survey Taking Experience’, which has automatically changed the “next” button to say “next page”. I’ve updated the next button in the look and feel, as well as each survey page settings, and in all previews it appears the way we want it to (just a > ), however in the live survey it appears with “Next page” text. Am I missing something?

I thought when I copied another survey engagement project, the dashboard would also copy. Is there another way to copy a dashboard from one survey project to another in EX?

Hi team,  We added a translation of labels in our EX Engagement Dashboard, and it only took partially the name of sources in the translation. Even if we see in the file all translated fields, they dont reflect in the dashboard.We tried uploading the file more times, but it doesnt refresh the data. Is there some advice for this?  Thank you Livia B

Hi,I’m using the Heat Map Widget on my EX Pulse Dashboard.We have meanwhile several waves of feedback.The ‘breakout’ columns of the Heat Map Widget respect the page filter (e.g. data source = May wave). The first column (comparison column) does not respect the page filter. This leads to the situation, that the results across ALL WAVES are displayed in the first column.The explanation text in the widget configuration window states that this is “intended behaviour” (=all data sources will be used).My question:Is there any way to filter the Heat Map Widget by the data source?I only want the data from the May wave to be used in this widget.  Using the widget filter didn’t work either …Thanks!Manfred

Hi everyone!I’m working on an EX engagement survey that includes a large number of open-ended questions — 33 in total — and I’m looking for the best way to analyze and display this data in a Qualtrics dashboard.Previously, we had a simple setup with: A response ticker A word cloud An emotion distribution in a pizza widget This worked fine when we had only a few open text questions. But now, with so many, we've hit the widget limit in Qualtrics, and it's no longer practical to create separate visualizations for each question. Hi community,I have a specific question regarding the use of TextiQ in an Engagement project.Currently, this project does not have its own responses, but it is connected to 4 different data sources, each with its own TextiQ configured.My goal is to display, in this consolidated dashboard, the TextiQ bubble widget and the comment summaries widget, showing the consolidated comments from all 4 sources.According to the support documentation, there should be no limitations for this type of setup, but in my case, it’s not working as expected. I am looking for best pracises and code to show context of question. For example Question text is : How would you rate your engagement level? Context “Engagement is broad term and depend on various factors happines……………………...” I want to show context as tool tip and should work well on all devices. Can you share how it can be done?

It would be great if there was the ability to custom sort the order of the breakout displayed on the heatmap.  For example, we often like to use the heatmap feature to look at how the different tenure groups compare when responding to employee engagement questions.  After speaking with a Qualtrics support representative, the only option they have found is to relabel each of these groups with a letter in front of them, so they are sorted alphabetically (A - 3 to 6 months, B - 6 to 12 months, etc.).  Adding a letter in front seems like a clunky workaround and would much rather be able to customize the order instead.   

Hi everyone,My organization has an automation that imports new employees into the directory on a daily schedule.I would like to add a metadata field to each employee record that includes the date their data was imported into the Qualtrics directory.Unfortunately, I haven't been able to achieve this using the workflow tasks. Is there an alternative method to do this without editing the source file from which we import the employee data?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi All,I am wondering if any of you have tried to adjust the layout/formatting of the Excel export of a Scorecard widget in EE Dashboard?Currently, when you export the scorecard widget to Excel, the output file is uninviting. Without a doubt it does contain all the necessary data, but I would love to add custom color coding to the template, format the headers, columns width ect. So that the users in my organization can download a nice looking report when exporting the widget, instead of manually adjusting it each time the scorecard is downloaded.Are you aware if such idea could be achieved? I would appreciate very much your experience on this topic.

Does anyone have experience with how to show a trend over time with comparisons. We want to show how a location did the past few years in the same category.
