Preview Import Configuration error

Hi, i am tryging to configurate workflow qualctics with SFSF, i followed documentacion quaktrics guide steps from X.509 certificate SFSF to qualtrics task, but i am getting the next issue. Unexpected token 'L', "[LGN0004]Yo"... is not valid JSONAPI key, domain, private key and company name are correct.Thanks a lotEliott

Change emails for an offboarding survey

Hi!We are running an EX program with engagement and lifecycle surveys, we are working with a workday integration,  for the offboarding survey we would need to do the distribution to a personal email, nor the corporative email. I was thinking of adding a condition in the workdayflow for this survey to read the personal email field as the official email if the person dimmission date is less 1 day to bring this people. But i noticed i can not add conditions to the workday task. And if i activate the flow asking it to save the users with the persona email as the official email it will affect all the participants from the directory. Any ideas of how can i solve this?

Not enough responses for Maxdiff

I have a maxdiff survey.  Unfortunately I might not be able get the required/recommended number of responses.  The survey platform will still give me a Report.However, what can I say about the report?For example, the survey platform said that I need 190 responses and I’m only getting about 150 now.What can I say about the results other than that it would not be statiscally accurate?Are the results totally bogus?

Hello everyone!!Currently, I'm working with workflows to automate the process after the customer responds to the NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey. In my workflow, I have been facing a duplication problem. I need to identify a single main classification topic to activate email sending based on that topic to the customer. However, the tool I'm using, Text IQ, doesn't have options to limit the number of topics or automatically identify the main topic.Let me give an example to illustrate the situation. Let's say I received the following response in my survey: "Terrible service! The attendants couldn't provide me with the price of product X, and I had other issues as well. The only saving grace for this unit is the good variety of products." Upon analyzing this response, Text IQ would classify it into two topics: "complaint" and "variety of products," which is correct. However, upon closer examination of the comment, it becomes clear that the most mentioned topic is "complaint."In the ideal

NPS in EX PROJECTS

Hi! We are launching a life cycle project, and our main metric is NPS. I would need to be able to graphic in the dashboard of this ex survey in a similar way to the EX options for NPS.I didn't get the NPS question option in the survey, so i uploaded an NPS question from an CX project but i am unsure if this will work once we move to the dashboard. Any suggestions of how can i manage to have NPS in a better way and that works for this EX project?

Using WordPress as an authenticator for a survey

Hi all,I noticed there was many options for an authenticator for a survey (ie. Azure AD, Google OAuth, etc). And I’m wondering what would be the best option if I were to make sure only users of a certain self-hosted WordPress site were allowed to take a survey?

Feature Request - Live Merge Field Population in Survey Distribution Emails

We should have a way to test the merge fields being used in survey invite emails live before they are sent out.In the attached image, you can see where I’m using “Hello ${m://FirstName},” as a greeting line, but I don’t know how this is actually going to be populated when the email is sent. If I chose the wrong merge field, then my emails are going to show up incorrectly to my invitees, like “Hello ,” with a blank space before the comma instead of showing their name. It would be great if there was a way to preview the emails with at least one merged response from the contact list.  Sending a Preview Email via the existing link does not populate merge fields and will send literally  “Hello ${m://FirstName},” in the test email.  Thanks!

Constant sum total incorrect

I have a constant sum question where the total is off by a very small decimal amount when the response is viewed or exported to PDF.  Is there any way to fix this?  The exported PDF needs to be correct for our intended use.  Example below. Example​​

Shall we translate Base Language from French to English

Hello,Need your advise!  One user created the survey questions in French language.I would like to create Dashboard for that survey, I don’t know French. I have checked at my end, there is a survey on the left hand side ‘Translations’. If i click on translations can i change the Base language from French to English? I choose English below message appears.What is the best way to change the language from French to English? Suppose if i change to English and click on Delete button whether all the survey questions is translated?

Text response doesn't match agent's score

We are surveying customers after their contact with our call center measuring both call center and agent satisfaction.  We have identified some instances where the agent did nothing wrong (user even complimented them in the open text) but gave them a bad score.  Is there a way for a dashboard user (non-technical without access to the source survey data) to exclude this poor satisfaction score from the agent to not adversely affect their scores?

Custom Code to put a red box around a multiple choice option

Hi, I am looking for custom code to put a red frame around one of 6 choices in a multiple choice question. The multiple choice question includes 6 images (all of which are graphics) to choose from. To start, I want one of the options to have a red frame around it (so that I can reference it in the question stem). Then, I want to carry forward these six options to a subsequent multiple choice question and for this question, I want the red box to be removed. This would be easy to do (without custom code) if the multiple choice questions always included the same 6 options, but they don't. The 6 options included for a given participant are drawn from a larger pool of 40 options and then once drawn, the order of these options is randomized. And, I need the same six options to be present in the second multiple choice question (the one without the red box) and I also need them to be in the same order as in the first question. I am assuming that this should be pretty easy to do with javascri

New font in Email Distribution

Hi, I'm writing an email for a survey distribution, and I want to use a font called DIN, which is not listed among the default fonts. Is there a way to download it and use it in the email? I read similar threads with this issue but they were about adding the new font to the survey itself.

Use piped text in embed youtube link?

I’d like to have people listen to their favorite songs (via embedded YouTube video code) in my survey.  I tried having people copy and paste a YouTube link in a text box. Then I tried trimming the first several characters of the piped text such that the unique video identifier is only captured. I’d like to insert this trimmed piped text into the embed video HTML code into a separate block and have the videos autoplay. Ideally, I’d only want the audio play too.  Does anyone know how I can insert piped text into embed code so that people can have individualized YouTube audio in their survey?  Thanks!

Automatic topic assignment based on response length

Is it possible to automatically assign a topic to a response when the character/word count of a comment is below a certain threshold?Background: we get lots of great feedback from our customers, but we also get a fair amount of short, unhelpful feedback (“it’s good” or “its ok” or “idk”) that I’d like to filter into a catch-all topic. My goal is to make sorting through untagged feedback more efficient - if I can clear out junk responses first, spotting real trends becomes much easier.I know I can filter comments using “it’s good” as search criteria, but I don’t want to exclude a real response that uses “it’s good” as part of a longer sentence or phrase.

Cant store group assignment to results

Hey. I looked at several possible solutions and was unable to figure this out. [solution1, so2, so3 - couldn't make it!]I have a simple two group between-subjects design and I want to record which group each participant was randomly assigned to.I am able to assign them randomly but the assignment isnt recorded in the results.Here is what I tried to implement:As you can see, I created a randomizer with two branches. I was hoping to get a feature in the dataset called "group” with one of each values for each specific subject: old or young.No data (Missing values) /:This is not the case, and it is frustrating!!! I will appreciate any advice.

Customize statement arrows in carousel questions

Does anyone have any custom code to enhance the arrows to the left and right of the statements in a carousel question? Right now our participants are saying that they don't stand out enough so I want to do a double arrows or bolder bigger buttons but I can't figure out the CSS.

None option added to carried forward statements

Hello, I have a question where I want to carry forward statements from the previous matrix question and also add a “none of the above” option anchored at end. The previous question’s statements are randomized, and I want the statements to present in the same order as the previous question. The problem is the “none of the above” option shows up at the top of the list and I can’t figure out how to move it the bottom (using move down did not move it). I can’t use advanced randomization because then the order of the statements will be different from the previous questions.  I could add the “none of the above” option to the previous matrix question, hide it, and then carry forward all statements displayed and hidden, but I would like to do something less messy. All suggestions are appreciated! Thank you!

I'm a new user on the Engagement Platform. Loop a question after image

I have 20 images and one question. Every time an image gets presented, the question follows. So image 1, question, image 2, question… I wanted to know if I can somehow loop my question block to be presented after each image, so that i dont have to create the survey flow manually. I tried to use loop and merge but i didnt manage. the thing is that all pictures are presented in a random order, so the loop is not based on a previous response, it is just present the question after every image
