Hi everyone,I wanted to ask if it’s possible to configure a line chart in a Qualtrics CX dashboard to show a cumulative NPS for the current year only.Here’s the situation: I know there’s a continuous metric option in Qualtrics, but the problem is that it always calculates the previous 12 months rolling, regardless of the filters I apply. For example, if I set a filter for “this year only,” the metric in January still shows data from February of the previous year up to January of the current year.What I need is a chart where: In January, the NPS is calculated only with responses from January of this year. In February, the NPS is recalculated as the cumulative of January + February responses. In March, the cumulative is Jan–Mar, and so on, until December. Basically, I want a year-to-date cumulative NPS trend

I have an intranet renaming contest where the first round of votes is narrowing down to the top 10 from 48 submissions.I’m trying to figure out a way to best display this within a dashboard. I have the two widgets below but since I’m using a measure group, the values and not the labels are coming in. Both of these graphs don’t really help the decision makers easily figure out which are the top 10 amongst all the individuals who voted. I chose to use 10 different multiple choice questions instead of the rank order question because they only have to rank 10 out of 48 and the rank question didn’t seem to be the best user experience for that. I also have it so that each question only carries forward the Unselected options so previously selected choices are removed from the remaining choices.I thought maybe I could attach

Hi everyone!Can I apply a weighting scheme to a measure group variable?:) h.

I created a dashboard and I am attempting to provide access to a Group to be able to view data for specific sources.  The sources are responses from a question in multiple surveys.  The question in multiple surveys is What is your general clinc and the options are for example Su Clinic: A1, Su Clinic: B2, and Su Clinic: C3. What would be the easiest way to get this accomplished?

We have had a few reports of a dashboard that we created not working. It works for me, but a few people have said that they get an error message when they try to access the dashboard that says: "Whitelabel Error Page:This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.There was an unexpected error (type=Not Found, status=404)"Does anyone know what could cause this? Hello everyone 🙂I’m coming here to hopefully get some help on my dashboard! As you can see on the screenshot below, I create a “Table” widget that cross my question Q2 X Country AND Age.  Currently, in the Metrics, I choose “Show mectric as : Value (Default)” My problem is : I cannot choose “% of column breakout”. Why not ?The dashboard only propose me “% of total” which is not what I want. As you can see below, when I remove the Age and only have 1 column on the table, I do have the possibility to have the results by “% of Column breakout”. 

For context, as a Brand Admin I invite specific users from my org to dashboards just for temporary test phases, and remove their access after the test phase.The problem: I realise now, when I forget to do this, the testers have more access than they should. When I want to remove their access temporarily, Qualtrics says I need to select at least one survey, or I can delete them. In this tradeoff, test users have either more access or I need to re-create their credentials for every test.  My question: Is there any way to fully remove access for specific users temporarily, without deleting them entirely?

Hello,I’m looking for any advice or assistance in calculating a survey respondents age using a Year of Birth. The survey taker only provides the Year, no month, no day so as an example it would be 2025-1987=38. If i could set this up either as embedded data or right in a dashboard it would be helpful for demographic analysis. The advice from the AI Chatbot was incorrect  I have reviewed these in previous Community posts, but just seeing if there is another simpler way to do this?  

I created a survey that was originally supposed to feed into tableau so it was set up in a way that made the most visual sense for the internal team that was going to be filling it out. I now need to turn it into a dashboard within the Qualtrics system as well and I am having a hard time figuring out the best way to do this that is not going to be totally time consuming to set up on the backend. We have 8 internal employees that are going to be filling this out on a regular basis, each employee has their own set of clients ranging from 2-15 per person. They are rating their clients on a Green, Yellow, Red scale in four categories. I have assigned numeric values to each of the colors ‘Green = 25Yellow = 20Red = 5 This is an example of the questions layout, the black lines are each represent a client  

Hello all, We are planning on resolving all open tickets within 5 working days and would be tracking the progress through the Ticket report page. However, it seems that the time calculated by the platform includes weekends as well. Is there any way to exclude weekends from the 'average resolution time' calculation? Thanks!

Is it possible to pull distribution data from text message invitations into a dashboard/respondent funnel template? I’ve looked at data sources and they all seem to center around e-mail data, which is not utilized for this project.I was hoping to track variables such as: sent date, completion date, survey status. These are easily pulled from a distribution data download into a .csv and I can make tables from there, but it would be great if there was an option to look at this information in real time.

Hello everyone,I have a question and maybe you have had the same challenge before.I would like to create one or more graphs with data that is not contained in the Qualtrics data set.These values are not collected via a study in Qualtrics but by an agency and we get a PowerPoint report.I would now like to display the most important KPIs from the last few years (X= years; Y= values) in a graph in the dashboard.So far I have had no luck with the data presentation - I would be happy to receive advice. Kind regadsSteffen

Hi everyone,This is a question that will likely require to different implementations.I have text box / essay box questions within my survey that I’d like to combine into my Dashboard Reports, and the Survey Reports. Reason - I want to output the full guest survey result as one row of output. I know in survey flow you can create Embedded Data and combine piped text, but the formatting is limited for output. I’ve tried extra spaces, multiple <br> elements, and the combined text is still a run on of results, rather than paragraph breaks.This combined information is more important for the Survey / Reports, as I want to be able to combine each individual survey submission to start with the survey submission first name, then date, then the 3 open text fields, so that it is easier for our Guest Services team to see the submissions via a weekly automated report.Hope this makes sense. We would like to combine all our verbatim feedback from 20+ surveys across approx 5 questions into one big text feedback data set. The idea behind this is that people could come and search for keywords for projects they are working on to see if any customer feedback relates to this keyword.  Any ideas on how to do this?  I can’t do via embedded data as our survey program has been running for many years, so we are looking for a solution for a very large dataset across multiple surveys. Hopefully via dashboards. 

Our frontline team followup on feedback received from customers.In our dashboards they can see text responses in response tickers.Sometimes there is a need to follow up on feedback from the dashboard.Is there a way to open a respondents full response from the response ticker? or another widget? Currently we have to search in the data and analytics tab for the response which is a bit of double handling. Thanks!

Hi - we just opened a 2nd individual brand for my company. I’ve exported and imported the surveys, but I’m not seeing a way to do the same for a dashboard - I know I would have to remap everything, but it would be nice to at least have the basic widgets and pages already set up so that I wasn’t having to build 100% from scratch. 

I have a dashboard which has 2 surveys as source.There are few fields like Sales Area and Portfolio based on which access is controlled in dashboard.I want to now add a new field LB so that when I create a role, I can select that field and provide access based on that.How can I do it ? Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to share a CX dashboard with EVERYONE in the org (basically everyone who has an active Qualtrics account in the company) without having to manually add them in? 

Hi,I'm very new to Qualtrics so would really appreciate some help figuring out this. I had a weekly schedule Email Dashboard that would send all survey record details (responses) in csv format. Has been working for months.Just yesterday, it no longer provided all the record details but just aggregated numbers (overview) of the dashboard. The dashboard is aggregated numbers, however, the dashboard itself has not changed at all.From the dashboard itself, if I Export-Download dashboard, select csv then I do get the details. So, why the Email Dashboard changed behaviour? I don't know if something changed with the system configuration, setting or is it a Qualtrics upgrade to cause this change? Any ideas?Thank you so much.

Hi everyone,First time poster on this forum and a very novice user of Qualtrics.Over the last month, my CX dashboard has been displaying a “An unexpected error has occurred.” message on some of our widgets, such as a number chart widget we have to display the # of completed surveys and vertical bar widget showing the distribution of 0-10 rating scale. Some other widgets are displaying properly, such as simple charts. When I attempt to even edit the error widgets, the same error message will also appear on the window which does not allow me to even see what metrics I’ve chosen for that specific widget (see image below).All of the data going into this dashboard is owned by the same Brand Administrator and there is only one data source for each dashboard. Has anyone experienced this before and were able to fix it? I have reached out to the Qualtrics Support Team but I still have not received a solution over the past month. Thank you so much in

Hi there, I've been asked to add a date stamp to recurring reports, for example "Data from xx/xx/xxxx to xx/xx/xxxx" but I see no widget that can do this, nor dynamic text that can be inserted.Is there any way? If no, how can I request this feature?Thanks all in advance.

Hi everyone,We sometimes need to export dashboards to pdf. As you might know, the default settings aren’t ideal for visibility, so we try out different settings that look better. However, we haven’t yet landed on an optimal setting config.Do you have any suggestions to optimise export settings (e.g. combination of paper size, orientation, zoom)? This is for a standard dashboard using the entire page space.Thanks in advance for your inputs.Mohsen
