Hi there.  I have both DOB and Entry Date as metadata in my lifecycle surveys.  Simple layout version.  I’ve had java in there to calculate the age and tenure in years, but it doesn’t seem to work in the Simple layout version. Hi @qHubert,I’m not sure where to direct this question, so I’m starting with you :)Is there any way it would be possible to have an extension run for more than the default 45 seconds?In short, I’m building an extension that would need to process a lot of users in a project, and perform various tasks on them. In my current code, I had to build in limits to stop the code from processing too many users at once, as this would mean the code would hit the 45 second limit and then fail.This means that I can fairly safely process 250 users in 45 seconds, but if the server is slow, then I can risk that this would not even work. Running this every hour would give me the ability to process 6000 users per day, but in some cases this will not be enough.Worst case scenario, the solution in that case would be to split this into multiple projects, based on country or similar, and then just set up 8 projects with 8 connected workflows that would then load 8 jobs at the same time on the servers. Hi!Guys do you know what would be the best path to send responses to a data lake?Would it be better to recommend an SFTP or an API?Especially taking into account there are embedded data fields that should not be share with the data lake so which one would give us more flexibility and safety to avoid confidential information to be send out.

Hi Team,I'm aiming to automate lead creation in C4C based on survey responses through a web service task in Qualtrics. I've integrated the Lead API link from C4C OData into Qualtrics using a POST request. Included in the request are the necessary headers, such as X-CSRF-TOKEN. Additionally, I've structured the body of the request to include essential lead information like name and account party ID. Hello Community! Once we had entered all the attributes for the SSO connection and entered all the necessary groups in the ‘Mapping options - user type mappings’ section, we tested the connection and it was Successful, but it does not take the User Type field. What could be the reason for this?I anticipate that I have already opened a ticket to Qualtrics last week and have still not received a reply. Thanks,Chiara

I am trying to do an API call Via the "REST client" extension in VSCode. I think I am doing it correctly, but I keep receiving an error that says: "Expected authorization in headers, but none provided." Hi, I’m wondering if and how other schools/districts connect Qualtrics to their SIS system. We have a connection for embedded data gathering in surveys, but I am talking more about creating a dashboard that is fed by information from our SIS (which is PowerSchool). We want to set up a dashboard that pulls in things like student attendance, student grades, and other items that will help our interventionists see a sort of “whole view” of a student without having to click through multiple screens within the SIS itself. We were at X4 and visited the Expert Bar where our expert told us that we would need to set up a JSON event through workflows, and this would need to interface with an API. Does anyone know exactly how this works? Would you be able to give us some guidance/instructions for getting this set up?Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hello!I have a form field question and I need one of those fields to be a drop-down list with 5-7 options. I searched in other posts and the one that has the most interactions is this one but the QSF from the best answer is not there anymore, so I found no clear solution for this issue. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi,I have a side-by-side question with 3 columns. The last column is text-entry. I want to force them to choose from the drop-down list in the second column if they have typed something in the text-entry box. The enforcement would be row-wise because I also have custom JS code that enables “add” rows instead of showing them all rows at once.This can’t be achieved with the custom validation available in Qualtrics because they could add many rows.  Is there any way to achieve this with javascript? I have a side by side question similar to the below. Respondents aren’t required to answer all questions, but if they give an answer on a row, then there should be an answer somewhere on the previous row i.e. there shouldn’t be any blank rows followed by a row with data in.It’s probably possible with custom validation, but because some of the columns have display logic, it’s set up as 9 columns - so doing the validation means checking for a response in each of the 9 cells in the row.Is there a way to do the validation. i.e.if there are any answers in the second row, then check there are answers in the first row if there are any answers in the third row, then check are answers in the second row etc

I have tried all the solutions mentioned here on another post as well as followed the guide in the troubleshooting section unsuccessfully. Hi! For my survey, I have 5 questions that I want the participants to be able to navigate in-between. So, I added a "previous page" button on these questions. However, I also want to record the time spent per question. This timer has to stop when a previous or next question will be visited, but when the participant comes back to the same question, the timer needs to add the additional time and not start over. How do I install this? I hope someone knows this :) 

I have a data set where I use data modeler to create a join from 5 surveys. The surveys are mostly identical but from 5 different entities/brands. I want to have one harmonized dataset an then export the newly added responses on a regular basis via API. Is there already or will there soon be an API for this? In the current API documentation I was not able to find anything. Any hint is much appreciated.

Hi  I am getting the error { "failureContext": { "name": "ACTIONS.ERROR_CODES.USER_CONFIGURATION_ERROR", "message": "FTS_15 - Cannot create TCP connection.", "needRetry": false } } In my SFTP extraction task, the task was working fine up til last week, when we got this error we proceed to update the credentials, thinking it may be that the credentials expired, however the error persist. Anyone has any idea of how to fix this error?Thank you!

Looking for some custom code (Java, CSS, or HTML) that would make grid questions (matrix) display in accordion style on a desktop similar to how it does on mobile -- where one attribute shows at a time and collapses once an answer is selected, causing the next attribute to open. I have scoured the board and the internet and have yet to find a solution. Anyone have any ideas?
