As part of our Annual Engagement Survey we are struggling to download the full of action plans from managers including not only the items but also the details and comments from each action item.Is there any way to do this?If not, is Qualtrics planning on adding this feature soon?Thank youHernan Geldstein

Hi - I would like to be able to show responses to an item month by month to see how responses are varying. I have not found a way to be able to do this in the EX dashboard widgets. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I have seen a few articles specific to response/participation rate, but I am looking at a widget that would display response comparisons for specific survey items. 

The EX product doesn’t include many solutions for a ranking question in the survey builder. Has anyone managed to use alternative question formats to achieve a ranking question? I tried Form Field but I’m unsure how to set the custom validation so that each field has a unique value between 1-6.

Can you please confirm the latest onboarding benchmark and how we can check same in qualtrics documentation.

Hello! I am trying to create separate heatmaps for our department leaders. I only want them to see their own department’s heatmap column compared to Company Overall. I do NOT want them to see all of our departments’ heatmap columns. How do I set this up? I tried adding a filter, but it changed the data output. Thanks!

I’m completely new to Qualtrics and to my current job, so I’m trying to catch up very quickly. I’m wondering if there is a way to use Qualtrics to set up employee performance reviews that allow for revisiting for progress monitoring.  The ideal set up would include: Employee/supervisor ability to both add to an initial review (ie goals, indicators, etc.) Ability to revisit that goal periodically (1x/quarter) for progress, adding of any evidence of progress, etc. Ideally the employee can do that independently prior to a meeting with the supervisor, but they could add notes together or the supervisor could also add feedback that would be visible to the employee. Privacy - A supervisor has access to his/her direct reports, but they can’t see each other's information.Again, because I’m new I’m trying to watch the support videos, but I don’t want to be chasing a solution that isn’t there. Would appreciate any ideas/suggestions/fee

I am managing a 360 project where each report is designed to be a single page. However, upon downloading the reports, an additional blank page is included with each one. This extra page does not have a page number, indicating it is not intended to be part of the report. The survey has a text maximum length to ensure all responses fit on one page, so I am uncertain why this extra page is being generated. Could you please advise on how to eliminate this unwanted extra page?

Pulling in Termination Date as a Metadata field for Exit Survey. Haven’t worked with Field Editor too much, but not seeing an option to add a field in Qualtrics to pull out the Year of the Termination Date into it’s own column to use as a filter in my dashboard (“Everyone that has a Termination Date in 2024”).Does the Field Editor have this type of automation capability?

Hello, Our requirement is to capture manager feedback on a new hire early on in their employment and have that information be automatically sent to HR if negative.So, if we break it down in two parts:Able to automatically send a survey to a new hire's manager X days after their first day to provide feedback on themAble to notify a specific HR service if the feedback is negativeFor context, there would also be an integration with SuccessFactors.Has anyone been able to achieve this, completely or partly? We are running Engagement Survyes in our company, but we dont have access to the data and analysis tab. This is due to the anonimity . What we miss is a download of the dashboards results for all units that can be done in one go. We cover 12 countries and more business units, so we were wondering if we could have a download in csv or excel of the dashboards results for the whole population of the survey on one go. Now we try to maintain such a file by filtering countries one by one, and business units one by one, but its very time consuming and difficult task. Hi everyone,I’m relatively new to the EX platform. I’ve programmed questions in the survey based on participants' metadata (e.g., Country). For instance, some questions are shown to participants from certain countries, while others are not. The default preview survey link doesn’t provide an option to verify this behavior based on metadata. How can I check if my display logic is working correctly before the survey goes live?

I’ve created an Employee Experience (EX) survey for one of the companies I work with. The survey provides participants with the option to access it via an anonymous link and authenticate themselves using SSO or their unique identifier.However, we’re encountering a challenge:Many of the staff members will be using shared devices (e.g., tablets or computers) to take the survey. If someone starts the survey, leaves it incomplete, and closes the tab, the device remains authenticated to their session. This creates a problem, as the next person using the same device would inadvertently access the previous person’s session.What we want is a way for users to log out of the survey session so the next participant can authenticate and start their own session securely.Has anyone tackled a similar situation? Is there a way to automatically log out users after a certain action or implement a manual logout option for the survey? Any best practices or workarounds would be

Has anyone managed to delete/update contacts in the EX Directory based on certain conditions?My requirement is to update a metadata field of a contact if his TerminationDate is 6 months before today’s date but any similar logic would help. The process has to be automated, it wont be a one-time thing.

Hi  I am trying to extract candidate information from SSFF, the connection already exists but i can not find any of the recruitment routes to extract the information.Any suggestions regarding this?

I have 4 onboarding surveys and I want to show response rate of all in combined dashboard. But I am only able to show number of responses. How can we display the participation summary. It is EX lifecycle.  

We are editing our next survey, grouping certain questions together in blocks that align with our company values vs. each question being in an individual block. Dragging the questions to new blocks has proven to be a slow, frustrating process. Is there a quicker way to click and drag the questions? 

Hi Qualtrics Team. For a EX Lifecycle project, we created a single dashboard that integrated 6 different surveys, in the specific case of the Widget “Participation Summary”, it shows information just for one of the surveys. Do you know how can we integrated the results of all the 6 surveys in the widget? there is no too many options to customize this widget and the client need to have only one widget. Thanks,  

Hi  I am starting using the Insight explorer feature and i would like to know if it is possible to have more than one comment at the same time. I have an EX survey that has multiple open comments questions and i would like to know if there is a way to analyze all of them at the same time to get the general feeling and mean topics of the survey. Thank you!

I’d like to know if there’s a way to retrieve the Person ID of each participant in advance, either through an API or any other method that allows us to access this information before downloading a project distribution in Employee Experience.As far as I know, the Person ID, which is unique for each employee, is displayed when downloading the project distribution. However, I’m looking for an alternative to extract this information beforehand.I’d appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can share.Thank you in advance!

Hi,I have an EX engagement program, and I want to give some users access to the dashboard.I added them as Participants, but that also enables the flag "Respondent".I can't seem to find way to remove that flag and indicate that they are not a respondent, but just a dashboard viewer.Can anyone help me?

Hi everyone,I am trying to create a participant role for some specific users to view only filtered data in the dashboard for an already active survey. I want to filter by a specific field in the employee metadata. I added this field in the Dashboard data settings, added it in the Dashboard as a filter, but the field doesn't show up when using the restrict data option and trying to filter by metadata, in the role creation in participants tab.Any ideas??Thanks!!Joan
