Hi everyone,Google Chrome is saying that the one of the JS files served by Qualtrics is using an unload event listener that will soon be deprecated.The file:https://siteintercept.qualtrics.com/dxjsmodule/8.29a12639f19bc166d5bc.chunk.js?Q_CLIENTVERSION=2.21.0&Q_CLIENTTYPE=web&Q_BRANDID=The offending line;e.addEventListener ? e.addEventListener(t, n, !1) : e.attachEvent ? e.attachEvent("on" + t, n) : e["on" + this.capFirst(t)] && (e["on" + this.capFirst(t)] = n)) Does anyone know if Qualtrics is going to address this?   I searched for this on Google and only found one results that wasn’t really related.  I can’t believe we’re the only company on this planet with this issue. 

I would like to add a $ sign to the scale so that people know it is $0-$20. How do I do this? 

Is there a way for a Brand Administrator to see all projects across all users? I'm trying to drill down to see/manage our license. There is an option to export Consumption and Activity but I'm looking for a feature where I can actual manage the projects.

Here's the issue: I have a buch of KPI's in the survey which respondents can rate on a likert-scale. I recoded the Likert values to a 10-point scale (7.5 for “agree” etc). In both the Results page and the Dashboard I want a widgets which shows the 10 highest and the 10 lowest scoring KPI's out of basically all the Likert-scale questions.There must be a way to do this with the Table widget, but I can't seem to make it work. Ideas?  

Is there a way to renumber the Internal Question ID just like you can with the export label? I made a long survey only to find in the end that the hidden Internal ID is completely different than the visible Question ID. This is confusing because I have Custom CSS targeting the Internal ID. I understand that we can't touch the Internal ID, but maybe there is a workaound by e.g. copying the survey and rearranging the questions, or by saving the questions in the library and then add them to a new survey in the right sequence?

I am conducting an experiment in which participants are presented with moral scenarios. There are 5 distinct conditions, each with 15 different versions. For each participant, I aim to randomly display a total of 50 scenarios, ensuring that 10 scenarios are selected from each condition. I fear I know the answer, but just to be sure: We are converting a survey to Simple Layout. In the Authenticator Prompt message we have some JQuery we use to make some edits to the Authenticator page. Hiding progress bar, moving some divs, etc.As far as I can tell this no longer works on simple layout, even after changing css id and class references to match the new ones used in Simple Layout.I’m hoping that I’m just being dense and can’t figure out the code, but if someone can confirm that we can’t use Jquery on the authenticator page, I can move on to finding an alternative solution. TIA!

Hi Team Guru! I struggle to believe, that Qualtrics cannot support horizontal 1-10 multiple choice questions with label options within mobile devices. Hopefully I have just not looked the right place ... Basically I want to have as shown in the attached screenshot: ! My problem is, that Multiple Choice options gets vertical when using from mobile. NPS has the EXACT layout I need, but it does not allow me to edit the options (I need 1-10 and 11th option is "Don't know".) Matrix is not an option as it creates space and movies the option far right. So the 1000 dollar question is, how can I get this multiple choice horizontally on both desktop and mobile just like the NPS? 😃 Do I need to do some coding? If so, any suggestion? This has to be a feature request by the way 😉 Big thanks in advance.

NPS question from 0 to 10 leabelled as 1 to 10 and NA. but when i hit back button my answers go 1 step back like 10 becomes 9 and 9 as 8 and so on. Hello, I’m new to JS. I have been trying this for a long time but had no luck. Any advice would be very welcome.I have a question in a survey asking for employment income. Respondents need to select the way they want to report their salary then enter a numeric value:I wanted to calculate annual salary based on response to monthly/bi-weekly/hourly rates and show the calculated annual salary to respondents on the next page and confirm it’s the right amount. If it’s not correct, respondents will be able to go back and correct their answer. My JS on the salary question is like this:And my survey flow is like this:On the verification page, the calculated field doesn’t show up, and there is no error message either. Hi there. I was able to figure out from posts here how to get my first question looking just the way I wanted (different color on hover for 4 of 5 options for multiple choice question) but I am stuck on getting this to apply to the rest of the survey questions. Below is what I have working for question 1. I tried simply duplicating these lines and updating to the correct QIDs for the additional questions on the survey (not ideal) but that didn’t work at all. Is someone able to help me rework this so that it will automatically apply to all multiple choice questions on my survey? When updating a survey data, the ticket is not updated. Example:Yes, “Region 1” was selected in the survey. The ticket shows “Region 1”. But if I update the data from the survey and select “Region 2”. The ticket will continue to show “Region 1”. The correct thing would be for the ticket to also be updated. This creates a variation in the data obtained in the dashboard when comparing the page with data from the survey and in the ticket report.

We have used the XM Directory > Distribute survey workflow functionality successfully for a couple years, and it’s being deprecated and replaced with this new task. Problem we’re having is it seems impossible to just send an email to a single person as in the old way. Our workflow is triggered by a Salesforce Outbound Message task, from which we establish first name, last name, email, external ID and other metadata. Step 2 is to send a survey to the email from step 1 and use other metadata for personalization, which the XM Directory task did perfectly. With the new task, the options for grabbing data from step 1 are unclear and after much trial and error, I can’t figure out what combination of piped text will accomplish the simple goal. Having to enter IDs for Directory and List (and Contact) feels like I’m doing it all wrong. Hoping someone here can assist, thanks in advance!

Hi, I have a matrix in which I have as statements (rows) five actions (i.e., “Avoid the product”, “Replace the product”, “Bought less”, “Did not buy today”, “Not considered”) and three food categories as scale points (i.e., “fruit & veggie”, “meat”, “diary” in columns).  In the following questions, I want to carry forward as scale points only the food categories for which participants selected one of the first three statements (I.e, avoid, replace or bought less). If for example a participants selected “I avoided the product” for “meat”, I want “meat” to be carried forward. If a participants selected “I did not buy that product today” for “dairy”, I do NOT want to carry forward “dairy” for the next questions.Is there a way to tell the system not to carry forward a scale point if the last two statements (i.e., not bought today and not considered) were selected? Thank you very much for your help!Giulia

We used custom code to set up placeholder text in open end text boxes to prompt the user to provide detailed feedback etc. Is there a way to change the placeholder text’s font color? Hello,We are looking at adding an intercept to some of our products. I don’t just want to capture the feedback and high level data like we care capturing on our website. I want to be able to pull through user details name, company org etc from the product (they are logged in to the product) and push it into embedded data. How would I achieve this?

We are trying to avoid saving SONA ID in our datafiles as this is identifiable information. To set up SONA autocrediting, we are following the steps here:https://www.sona-systems.com/help/qualtrics/ Basically it involves sending the ID with the URL to Qualtrics, saving the ID as embedded variable and then piping that back to SONA with the completion code (the participant then automatically receives credit in the SONA system). However, is there a way to pass the ID to Qualtrics and have it piped back without saving it in the Qualtrics data file?  Thank you

Hi this is my first post here so hopefully i don’t break any rules. I have a client which owns a clinic that would like to get some data assessment from their patients before conducting a minor surgery. After that they want a post survey to see if the patient symptom is getting better. The survey is purely used by the doctor to fill in. So the questions that are answered “no” in the first survey are not brought to the second survey. I saw some posts that recommend me using workflow but i was not able to get it to work and i keep getting an error saying that either I am using too many logins or something went wrong if I’m not mistaken. Is there any suggestions on how to do this.
