Does someone knows if its posible to create tickets based on being a detractor on 3 surveys at the same time?the team that im woking in want to make tickets for a close the loop based on that description and i haven’t been able to find something similar to that

I am working on a project where the faculty wants to respondents to compare their response to Q1 to the Q1 responses already submitted before proceeding to Q2. I can prototype this by adding a text/graphic question on the page following Q1, piping their Q1 response and embedding an iFrame to a tiny Report (see attached screenshot). In this example, I’m piping the Q1 values into the column width to make it more responsive.That’s tolerable for an out-of-the-box solution, but the iframe is problematic for accessibility reasons. Also, it’s clearly a bit of a Frankenstein solution, even with pink and yellow lipstick on the pig.I played around with Results, trying to embed a public widget for this question instead, but the embed “code” is limited to the ID for the given widget. I’m guessing the only real approach for displaying the results on a survey page has to do with exporting the survey data elsewhere, then creating hooks to import it back as ED fields.Am I missing something?  Has anyon

I’m looking to get respondents to submit “the first word that comes to your mind” on a certain topic, and want to ensure they only submit 1 word. As part of this, I want to forbid respondents from entering any spaces in their answer. I tried using the custom validation to do this, but am not having any luck (tried putting a space in there, and an “s” after googling that may be the regex version of a space?).Does anyone know if custom CSS might be the solution here? And if so, what that code might look like?

Hi all, I would like to seek help from the community. I am trying to set up a website feedback survey where our employees can log in their issues that they encounter from the website. There will be ticketing system and one of the embedded data that we would like to get is their email address. We would like to get the email address directly from the website because we do not have to get our employees to manually log their email address into the survey and we are keeping the survey questions lean. The email address is actually retrievable from the website ‘Inspect’ page under the ‘Application’ tab and the  key is named as EmailID along with its Value (Email address). How do i build this into Qualtrics survey? Do i use Web Service (Under Survey Flow) or do I just add ‘Embedded Data’ into the Branch in Survey Flow? Your advice is appreciated!

Hello,I have data that is in checkbox format (i.e. check all that apply) and I want to recode those checks to different values/weights. I've done this with the 'recode values', e.g. making the first tickbox worth 3, the second 4, the third also 4, etc. However, when I export the data (excel, 'Split multi-value fields into columns', I only get data values that are 1 or blank (sample below has all 3 items ticked, only two variables show up, #1 and #3), and one variable field is deleted. Furthermore, the actual weighting/score that I asked qualtrics to code it into is appended to the variable name instead.If I don't split the multi-value fields, I am also missing an entry, in this case the column for the overall item reads '3,4'. The only way I can get all three data points to export is if I have three different weights/scores, and even then I still get 1 and blanks for the data and the scores appended to the variable names.What am I doing wrong? Right now, setting the Secondary Color makes the Submit button appear as the color I need, but the text color is automatic and I would like to change its color to something more accurate to the brand guidelines I have for my client. Is there any way to do this?

I have tirelessly combed through multiple posts here and I cannot find the answer that I am looking for, so I am hoping that there is someone out there that help.Within the scoring module, I see where I can set up scoring groups and categories - but how do I move questions into their respective scoring categories???  No matter what I have tried, all of my blocks remain in the same category.At the beginning of my survey I have three questions (its own block) that I want to “hide” at the post-survey scoring results.  While I understand that I can assign these no scoring value so they are not calculated, I don’t want them to appear at all.  Thanks in advance!

Hi,I have a list created in Segments in List section of Directory.I have no rules for merging contacts.I already have a record in list as below (for example):I now would like to add another record as below (Only ExternalDataReference is new): But it updates the 1st record and shows only 1 record as below updating the ExternalDataReference:I have other lists exactly same as this with also no rules set and it add them as 2 records.Please suggest what am I doing wrong.Thanks.

I did not use reCAPCHTA, but the “next” button on a survey can essentially work the same. I want to pull and export data for partial responses who submit completed at least 2 survey questions - being that I have an NPS question and then you’re required to click the next button to the next page, so if they have at least 2 questions filled out I’m going to assume it wasn’t a bot taking it. I’m not sure though how to set it up. My survey has several different branches all with display logic and hundreds of questions so it is not necessarily feasible to use a “is not empty” filter on each of the questions. 

I need to calculate the average of 24 different fields and formula fields seem to be capped at 20 variables. I would like this to be done in the data set because I am building a report for it within Qualtrics. Any ideas about how to do this since I've already done my data collection? I think in the future, I will create an embedded field that calculates the value, so any tips on executing that would also be appreciated.Many thanks for your consideration!

Hi AllI am fairly new to qualtrics, and just a user not a developer. Having created our first client satisfaction survey last year, we have received some feedback as to how we could improve the user experience for our survey this year and I am trying to implement that now. One of the feedbacks which we received was about unfamiliar terms or not knowing exactly which aspect we were targeting within some of our likert questions. Rather than adding lots of text and making the survey longer, I would like to work with tooltips...but these should work on both desktop and mobile versions. I have tried this Responsive and Mobile-Friendly Tooltip — Osvaldas Valutis and it works, however I come across an issue, which I'm hoping you can help me with: My survey is available in 3 languages: English, French and German. Is there any way that I can have the tooltip be dynamic, so that it knows which language to show a tooltip in based on the survey language selected? E.g. In English a tooltip for Comm

I’d like to add a bulleted list to a tooltip/hover over in the text of a Qualtrics survey question. Is there any way to do this? I’m using the following, which of course doesn’t separate out the bullet points into separate lines: <span class="tooltip" data-text="Here are a few examples: ● Example A, ● Example B, ● Example C, ● Example D">questions</span>

My org is asking for a list of contacts, specifically those who have not completed the survey, along with their individual survey link (we are using embedded data on the contacts), and they would like it served to them in a dashboard where leaders can use page filters to find their contacts and then access the corresponding survey link - this way they can self-serve their curated lists and it’s always up to date (as opposed to me exporting the distribution list). 

Hi All,I am wondering if any of you have tried to adjust the layout/formatting of the Excel export of a Scorecard widget in EE Dashboard?Currently, when you export the scorecard widget to Excel, the output file is uninviting. Without a doubt it does contain all the necessary data, but I would love to add custom color coding to the template, format the headers, columns width ect. So that the users in my organization can download a nice looking report when exporting the widget, instead of manually adjusting it each time the scorecard is downloaded.Are you aware if such idea could be achieved? I would appreciate very much your experience on this topic.

Can’t figure out why contact fields (name, email, etc.) are masked in the data table (Data & Analysis) for some survey collaborators I (the owner) can see them but the collaborators see “****”. The survey is not anonymized We’ve tried making them the survey owner but again: only I can see the name, email etc. They as owners still see only “****” Thanks!

Hi Qualtrics community! I have a multiple choice question that uses loop and merge to display 100 message pairs. For each pair, one message is the English source message and the other is the machine translation of that message. I would like to display these messages next to eachother in the question text to make it easy for the respondents to compare the messages. However, when I use a table to display the messages next to eachother, the widths of the ‘message 1’ and ‘message 2’ columns vary (see screenshot below). Is there a way to make sure the widths of these two columns are always 50%?In addition, I’m looking for a way to align the sentences in these columns. See the screenshot below for an example of what I mean by “sentence-aligned”. The sentences are separated by </br>’s in the loop and merge, but I can easily replace these separators by something else if needed.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello!I have a 15-day intervention study. Pre-intervention, participants will be randomly assigned to Group A or B and are asked to write down their assigned ID. For the next 15 days, both groups access a second link, signing in with their assigned ID. On the last day of the study, both groups access a third link, also login in with their ID.My set up currently is this:Survey 1: Random ID in survey flow + Contact list with Random ID in workflowSurvey 2: Authenticator using embedded data from the Contact list with Random ID’sSurvey 3: Authenticator using embedded data from the Contact list with Random ID’sSomehow, the authenticator does not fully work. Sometimes, it recognises an ID and lets me sign in as a test participant; sometimes, it does not - therefore, it is not reliable.I cannot use email addresses or phone numbers due to anonymity. Has anyone else had this problem before? I’m planning to run a survey where 1 in 10 respondents will win a prize. My understanding is that I should add a randomizer to the survey flow with ten end of survey blocks under it. One of the end of survey blocks will have a message saying they won a prize. The other nine end of survey blocks will just thank the respondent for their participation. From the survey results the people who see the winning end of survey block first amongst all the end of survey blocks are the winners. So far so good, right? I’ve set the randomizer to evenly present the elements. My issue is that when I generate test responses and check to see how often each end of survey block is presented first I don’t get even results. Instead of each end of survey block being first 10% of the time I see results between roughly 5%-15%. Is this expected? It’s fine if the percentage of winners isn’t exactly 10%, but if it’s 15%+ it’s going to hit my budget limit. Is there anything I’m missing here? 

Hi, I created a survey to gather feedback from some of our stores. We sent little cards with QR codes for customers to give feedback. Unfortunately, they were sent to the wrong stores and have been handed out.I was going to use the Latitude and Longitude data to filter out the responses that are from locations we don’t want feedback from. Is this data perfectly accurate to the city level? I’m getting many responses from locations that didn’t receive any cards or places we don’t even have stores? Hello,  I’ve created a survey that uses custom code from this forum (thank you!) to create buttons that expand/collapse to provide respondents with the option to view more information/definitions as needed. I’ve successfully applied the code to: (1) Survey introductory text that contains multiple buttons on the same page; (2) survey questions (e.g., multiple choice); and (3) survey response options that contain one button for a number of the response options in a multiple choice question.  Although these buttons work well on desktop (mouse) and mobile devices (tap/touchscreen), they do not work for individuals who use the “tab” button on their desktop keyboard to navigate each survey page. I’m wondering if there is code that I can add to my current code that will enable this level of accessibility? If not, are there other options for adding additional optional content if needed (e.g., further definition of a term) that can be widely accessible to diverse audiences with different access
