Hi all,I am building a dashboard based on respondent funnel data. I would like to exclude/filter out two specific email addresses from my dashboard widgets. I don’t want two specific email addresses to be counted in my dashboard results from the following metric which i have created: emails sent, emails distributed, survey finished etc. any suggestions to do so?

I’ve embedded the survey into a webpage. If the press “take the quiz” the survey would start. In some cases the questions just appear normally, in others i get "click the button to continue the survey in qualtrics" . A lot of my users are older and not very tech savy, so the extra click might be confusing them, especially since they have to scroll. Any idea what we can do about it?

With the new simple layout template how do I adjust the page width? I assume I need to use Custom CSS in the Look & Feel?

Suppose I have a checkbox style question - "What fruits do you like?" and the options are: * Apples * Bananas * Oranges * Unsure I want to try and implement two functionalities: 1. In case the user selects "Unsure", then I'd want the other checkboxes to be deselected 2. If afterwards the user deselects "Unsure", then the selections made previously should reappear I need to necessarily figure out a way to implement (1). (2) would be a nice-to-have, but not wholly needed. Good morning, community... Can you help me with this problem? We are experiencing a high number of email bounces when sending messages to our contact list. Based on my analysis, most of them are due to Email Hard Bounce. However, I tested sending an email to some of these contacts, and the email did not bounce—it was successfully delivered to the recipient. Do you know any other reasons why these bounces might be happening?

Hi all,I am a bit new using embedded data. I am currently doing Likert scale. I want to count the participant choices and use it to do display logic. For example, after Likert scale questions are done. I will show them their choices in the next question. but some of the choices will only show if the specific count is reached (e.g. strongly agree count is more than 3).I tried to do this and it’s not working for me. Please kindly see the screenshots. Please help me figure it out. Thank you.(in my screenshot, I want to show “test A” choice only when A is selected more than once in Likert scale)

Hi all I have a VERY long survey with approx. 500+ questions. Don’t panic - the respondent will only see a fraction of them because the flow logic will guide them through based on their responses 😉 However, I need to change all the question labels. I’ve tried with ‘Search and Replace’ but it doesn’t change question labels, only text in the questions themselves. Is there a quicker method to replace the question labels without needing to either edit them one at a time or export to Word and use ‘Find and Replace’ in Word? As you might imagine, I’m not too keen on manually changing them... Any advice would be greatly appreciated! UPDATE: It seems that Block labels are not picked up in Word if one uses the ‘Find and Replace’ function, so even in word you end up having to manually edit them.

I’m trying to create a table lens like display in a dashboard. But I’m hitting a snag because when I try to add a bar chart, it only displays fields with non-zero values. Anyone know how I can get around this? To add some detail: The three bar charts are different audiences. The bars represent the reason they indicated they visited the site. I want the bars to line up across all of the chart so it’s easy to compare why different audiences visited, but only the non-zero responses are showing. If it worked how I want, every chart would have the same dozen-ish rows (but most with zero values.) Any way around this?Thanks!!

Hello,We are building out a VOC program which has multiple surverys across different channels.Is there a way in dashboards to bring all the text responses into a single field for analysis? Or if not any good work arounds to display the information in a way that we can try and view it holistically? Thanks!

Hi, As you can see on the above screenshot, the quota for Cities is exceeded, although it is coded the same way as other quotas, which work as expected (flagging respondents as QuotaMet and ending their survey when the quota is met). For Cities, respondents are not flagged and they nothing happens even though the quota is exceeded. I suspect the issue comes from the fact that urbanity (Cities) is set using Javascript, by matching the respondent’s zipcode with the corresponding “urbanity” value using a .csv. However, I used the same method two years ago and I don’t remember having any issue with the quota.Any idea how to make this quota binding?Thanks in advance!

Hi there,i’m searching a possibility to change the expire date for the cookie which ist set for users, who answered a survey (CX Foundational survey). I need to make them expire latest after 3 month. Its an anonymous survey without any code or tracking options.Does anyone knows how long the default for the cookoe expire date is?And if longer than 2 months, is there any chance to override the default? Thanks a lot for some ideas if there are :-)Christopher

HelloI need a little help with regards to Directory setting > Identity Resolution.Let say I want to merge existing contacts based on contact info. Once the merging is completed, let say I need to look for a specific contact on directory contacts, ex: Mr X, will I still have all information about ‘Lists’ and ‘Statistics’.. I mean all the lists from which Mr X was included, the total invites received, the total responses etc..? 

I am having trouble with a bit a script that I was hoping someone could help me with.I have 3 multiple choice questions, all with the same response options. QID1 & QID2 are independent question, where respondents may select any number of different options. Then, when we get to QID3, I want any common options that have been selected across QID1 & QID2 to be autoselected at this question (so that I can use this to control subsequent working). e.g. if ‘Brand 1’, ‘Brand 3’ & ‘Brand 6’ are selected at QID1 AND ‘Brand 3’, ‘Brand 6’, ‘Brand 10’ & ‘Brand 12’ are selected at QID2, then ‘Brand 3’ & ‘Brand 6’ should be automatically selected when QID3 loads.The script below works when all the 3 questions have the same value format, but in the situation I need this for, the various response options have been carried forward multiple times, changing the value formats (i.e. QID1 & QID2 have the value format of “xx1”, while the question I need to autoselect is formatted as “xx

I’m trying to merge my existing contacts. Some do merge but many do not because I get an error saying some clients have more than 500 duplicates. I’m wondering is there a way to find the ones that have 500+ without downloading the entire list, which could take a very long time? Is there something else I could do. Thank you,Alan Traverse

Hello everyone,I am working with a Matrix Table in Qualtrics that contains 15 statements, each rated on a Likert scale (1-5). For data analysis purposes, I have numbered these statements (1-15). However, I need to hide these numbers from participants while keeping them intact for backend analysis.For example, a statement currently appears as:“12. My desire to perform to the best of my ability.”I would like to remove the number ("12.") from the participant’s view but retain it for data processing. I have attempted various JavaScript solutions within the Matrix Table but have not had success.Would anyone be able to advise on how to achieve this in Qualtrics, either using JavaScript or another method?Thank you in advance for your help! 

How to overcome the Branch Limitation in ADVANCED CONDITIONAL FIELD in Basic Transformation in Workflow without modifying the source data? Add Branch disables after adding 4 branches.I have 5 different possible options.

Similarly Q2.1, Q2.2 and Q2.3 will appear together. And finally, Q3.1, Q3.2 and Q3.3 will appear together. I am responsible for my company’s Engagement survey. At my company, historically for salaried team members, they would receive a unique link to the survey through their email. For hourly team members, we would ask them to input their employee ID# to complete the survey so that we are able to collect meta-data on the back end tied to their employee ID# (i.e., location data, demographic data, hierarchy data, etc.).This year, due to changes in leadership, we will only be able to ask our North America employees to input their employee ID#s. I need a way to use the authenticator for just North American employees, and not any employees from any other country.I am trying to come up with workarounds to this so that maybe North America at the very least can still collect employee ID#s and allow us to analyze the data that we need. One method I thought of was to use the first question of the survey to identify what region a team member is from. If they select North America as their region and cl

Hi, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place.After creating an email I have sent bunch of test emails to see if my custom fields are working. Account still lists 26/200 allowed outgoing emails - this is enough for me. But when I try to send the survey to 168 contacts, I get an error saying that I am over my weekly quota. This does not make sense, since I still should have 174 emails left.There is no other place where can I report this or ask for help. If my quota is lower, how to determine how much is it actually if the account reports 26/200?Thank you for your help.  

Hi everyone!Maybe this question has already been posted somewhere but I could not find it in our community …I need to know the ID/code of a single choice. I know when I click on “Tools” and “Show internal IDs” I can see the internal question ID which is valid for the whole question. But how can I see the internal IDs/underlying code numbers for the choices?Example:I would suppose that Denmark is Code 4, but actually (I know that from data download) it is 18 (because I added it later than the other countries). So how could I display this information?:) h.

Hello all,We are trying to clone our Next/Previous buttons to the top and bottom of our survey but are running into issues with the New Survey Experience.We are referencing this post and this post to clone those buttons but the present code does not apply when using the NSE.We switched the existing survey back to the older style and the CSS/script for the header worked instantly so we assume it is how the NSE is interpreting the script.Has anyone been able to do this with the New Survey Experience?We appreciate any and all help!Thanks all!

I have a side by side question with 3 columns. For both column 1 and column 3, I want to set my minimum to 1 and maximum to 100. For column 2, I want my minimum to 1 and no maximum. How do I do this?  I appreciate any help!
