Set up notification of when 100 responses received

Hi everyone,We have a number of dashboards displaying different cohorts of customer data. We don't want to display data with less than 100 responses to any given question.We can't do this using the response filter function, as it only applies to each individual response rather than the question as a whole (which is a limitation imo).I therefore thought about setting up a workflow which would notify my team when 100 responses to a question have been received in a given month, but it appears you can't do this either.How would you go about doing this? I really want to avoid a situation where colleagues have to go into the data manually to see if a base size has been reached every month.ThanksAmy

Randomizing Sentence Order in a Paragraph

Hello,I am trying to randomize the order of sentences in a paragraph and am having trouble thinking about how I can do so. I have 4 sentences, and I want to keep the last one fixed while varying the first three. For example, presentation order could look like: 1) Sentence 2, Sentence 3, Sentence 1, Sentence 4 2) Sentence 1, Sentence 3, Sentence 2, Sentence 4. I know I can do this by writing out the possible combinations (six), and then entering them into a loop & merge while randomizing the loop it picks and choosing only 1 loop to display. I also believe I can do something similar by creating a hidden MC question and setting up randomization on there (in order to use advanced randomization), and then using that invisible question to complete the loop an merge. However, I do not want to use either of those options for one main reason: It is a lot of manual work, and that means a lot of possible error. If I were only showing participants one vignette/paragraph, this would not be an issu

Randomizer

I am developing a survey that includes 15 questions. Each question has two different types (A and B). When presenting questions to participants using the randomizer, A and B need to be randomly assigned. However, a participant may only get one type of questions (For example, 15 A-type questions). Is there a way to randomize A and B with a 50:50 ratio? Or is it possible to provide an A-type question at least 6 times or higher for a participant within one set of 15 questions?

Hi community,Is it possible to code a specific question from a matrix of questions (build an index of questions) and not just the matrix question into the brand library?In addition, is it possible to save them in the library and import them in order to build a new matrix that contains several such questions?Thanks

Sending a complex personal report to participants

Hi!I'm looking for a good solution for creating and sending personal reports to the participants in my survey. This is a rather complex nutritional report based on a food consumption questionnaire participants answer with unique graphs and complex calculations based on external data. So far, these reports are created using R markdown and then sent manually to the participants. I want to find an automatic way (or at least semi-automatic way) to send these reports via Qualtrics. Any ideas on how to approach it? Thank you😺

How to Successfully Save Translations (with code in questions)

Hello! I have created a survey that has custom code in some of the questions. The code is to adjust the spacing of the scale points to allow the mobile version of the survey to see all options without changing the orientation of the device. When attempting to translate the survey, the progress does not get saved even after publishing it. It stays in for a few hours/days, but then reverts back. We are thinking that it is because of the code, since creating translations for other surveys without code has not resulted the same. Has this happened to anyone or is there any thoughts on troubleshooting this?

Enforce a different response pattern for each row in matrix?

What's a good general, validation-approach to enforce a different response pattern for each row in a matrix?A have a multiple-choice matrix question that includes four columns and six statements (six rows). Respondents are asked to select exactly two columns in each row while not repeating their selection pattern across the rows. For example, if for Row 1 they choose Columns 1 and 2, they should not choose those same two columns on any other row. If they do, they should receive a validation error message. I've tried to implement this with custom validation. But so far, the rules appear to be too complex for custom validation to handle. Any ideas about what direction I should go in, to try to solve this problem?

What Subscription gets me up to 3000 responses per month?

I want to upgrade from the free account to a paid account. For my project I will be sending our surveys with about 3000 responses monthly but the options on the platform says only 1000 responses. I am a bit confused

Exporting all projects into a single spreadsheet

Is there a simple way to export the title/participant count/dates of all surveys fielded over the past year (or any selected amount of time) into a spreadsheet vs manually looking at every survey and creating my own? I'm trying to create a report that shows the breadth of the work we've done but I can't quite figure out how to export a dashboard illustrating all we've done. Thanks for your advice.

How do I create a Date of Birth calendar survey item

I'd like to use a date survey item, however I do not see the option to make a new one nor does it seem to be an existing item in the qualtrics survey bank. The only option I have found is to 1. Input date (as a text box) 2. enter date (using a matrix). I am looking for a calendar date that starts with the date the client/customer is taking the survey and earlier.I would like for "today's" date to be an input on the surveyI would like for "date of birth" to be an input on the surveyI would like to use date of birth as a display logic for a later question or group of questions

Need Suggestions - How to Prevent Users from Submitting Survey

HelloI am looking for suggestions or ideas on how to address an issue. The issue is users who fill out the survey are submitting the survey (by clicking on the "Next" button on the last page) of they survey. I (the admin) then has to go in Qualtrics, find the survey and select "retake response". In my process and how we are using the survey is that a user will fill out the survey, advised when they are done updating the survey (via email) and then an administrator (me) will review the survey, add some notes and then submit the survey by clicking on the next button. It appears you cannot "lock" or password protect the "Next" button specifically. I have clear instructions in the survey with visuals that say DO NOT SUBMIT survey however people still do it. I have even changed the "Next" button on the last page to say "For Admin Only" however this still does not prevent users from submitting the survey. Looking for other ideas on how to prevent users from submitting the surveys.

Retake Response Updated Survey Info Not Visible

I issue unique surveys via email distribution. Situation: a user will submit the survey (by accident) and the survey information need to be changed or more information added. I select "retake response" and provide the new link to the user. The user will then add additional information to the survey. Users are instructed not to submit the survey because an admin reviews the survey first before submitting and ultimately closing the survey. The ISSUE is when the user adds additional information to the retake survey link the "new/updated" information is not visible to anyone else (admin) who goes into the survey link. The user will see the updated information but not the admin or anyone else who views the survey. This happens every time, I am not sure what is causing it or how to fix it. This has become a frustrating issue for both users and admin. Any help would be most appreciated!

Respondent Choosing to Add Answers to the Same Question

Hi,Is there a way I can create a set of questions that the respondent can later on choose to fill out another set of questions like that? For example, can I decide that questions x,y,z are a set, and the respondent can select and 'add' button to answer this set (x,y,z) another time (or more)? The idea is to give the respondent an option to provide more answers to the same question, in case he/she wishes to provide more examples.Thanks!

Prevent Multiple Submissions using anonymous link in different browsers and private mode

Hi All,I have this survey created for a workshop where I want to distribute the survey using anonymous link and no personal data collected. However, I would like to enable "Prevent Multiple Submissions" option but I know this will not work when a different browser, device or private browsing is used.Is there a way to create a cookie tracker to enable this option for all possibilities?I cannot use personal/individual links as my audience is very random and I don't know who will be attending the workshop. Multiple questions with number validation.

Dear All,I would like to ask 3 consecutive questions on my questionnaire.My first question is that the respondents have to answer how minimum amount of money you would pay for a service. The answerer should enter a number greater than zero (this is set).The second question is the maximum amount of money you would pay for the same service. Here I would like to set a validation so that the respondent cannot enter a number below the minimum previously entered.The third question is to say how much you would like to pay between the minimum and maximum value entered before, and for this I need a validation so that responders can choose a value higher than the minimum of the first question, but lower than the maximum of the second question.Can you help me out how to solve this problem!Thanks for your help and time!Kind regards,Ákos

Why can't I see some of my questions in the builder?

Hi everyone! For some reason I can't see some of my questions in the builder.In the surveyflow, I had all of my question blocks in a randomizer, but the question blocks also appeared in the beginning of my surveyflow. I deleted the the one in the beginning but kept all blocks in the randomizer. After that, some of them dissapeared in the builder, but they still appear when I run the preview... I still need to make some adjustments in the questions that I can't find. Is there something I can do?Thanks in advance!
