There’s a blue outline around the buttons after they are clicked/selected. Please see images. Does anyone have any suggestion or hint about how to remove that outline from the buttons? Not sure which CSS class/code dictates that line.  

Hello,My company is wanting to implement a QR code survey in each branch for customers to take. We are worried that employees might take the survey themselves to skew their results higher. Anyone have any ideas about how to prevent just employees from taking the survey multiple times?  Thanks,

Hi there! I wanted to know if there is a way to make embedded targets responsive. My survey itself is responsive, but now that I set a width and height in the embed creative, the whole thing is no longer responsive on mobile devices.Can I add bootstrap 3 classes in the CSS? Any suggestions?

On some pages of a survey, I have created a popup using javascript as per the code below. The problem is that this popup option ("Review Instructions") appears on subsequent pages of the survey as well, even though those pages do not have any javascript code. How do I get rid of it on subsequent pages? Hi Qualtrics users, I have a survey which contains matrices with a lot of rows. I would like to freeze the top row (with the answer options) so that when participants scroll to the lower rows, the answers remain. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks so much.

I am programming a questionnaire that will be administered offline to students from tablets in schools. Each day the team will interview more classes.The first question is a dropdown list that will be updated daily and asks the class and the name of the student. Each day I will update the list of the dropdown to have the new classes and students for the day.In a subsequent block we want to ask for the best friends of each student. We want to have a multiple choice question that asks each student “who are your best friends in the classroom?”I would like the options in this question to be the names of the students in the classroom except the student himself. I would like the list of students to update directly from the previous dropdown list question (I noticed that creating an embedded data StudentList = ${q://QID1/ChoiceGroup/DisplayedAnswers} creates a list with a combination of all class-students of the day, but I wasn’t able to clean it with Javascript). Thank you in advance for you

We have recently distributed a survey, and I’m working on a report, which requires a list of the respondents names, their embedded data (like email, address, etc.), and their responses for certain questions, which can be piped into the report. I don’t want a list of all the respondents, rather, I want to be able to create multiple lists, each with individual contact fields and responses.For example, in the first section of the report, I want to display all the respondents located in one state, along with (individually) their embedded data, and their responses to some specific questions. In the next section, it would be a different state. I can’t find any obvious functionality for this in Qualtrics. I can filter metrics by state, but I need to show all respondents details and their responses (particularly, their text responses to some questions), based on their state (embedded data).Would I need to somehow bucket all the respondents details into a new data field using the ‘Stats iQ’ sec

Hi everyone,We had our surveys built by an outside firm and they had configured our email invitations to include a blurb about when the survey will expire. We have since changed the link expiry from 7 days to 14 days. This may be a silly question, but would all we have to do is change +7 to +14 in the piped text formula “${date://OtherDate/FL/+7%20day?locale=EN}” for the date to populate properly?We are pretty new to this program and just want to ensure we are doing this properly.  

Hi everyone,I’m relatively new to the EX platform. I’ve programmed questions in the survey based on participants' metadata (e.g., Country). For instance, some questions are shown to participants from certain countries, while others are not. The default preview survey link doesn’t provide an option to verify this behavior based on metadata. How can I check if my display logic is working correctly before the survey goes live?

I have a Website/App Insights with a Feedback button Intercept/Creative. Under Embedded Data I have Use Value from Javascript  with the following value:window.localStorage.getItem("1")This line works when I run it in the browser console.However, this is reported as null in the Results of the Survey. Is this a scope issue, or is there another way to get Local Storage as Embedded Data?

I want to format a question like the example below and have only the options that were selected in the previous question to show up. I know I could set it up so each table has one of the choices as piped text and then do display logic, but I don’t want to have gaps in the table where a choice should be that wasn’t selected. I would like to put all the options that were selected in the previous question into the table into their own cells, or at minimum put each choice that was selected into it’s own line below the main question.  

Hello, I am working on this custom html question, the images display fine in my preview but like broken images on the survey preview (adding in a screenshot). Does anyone know why this may be the case? I’m trying to loop through various variables from a previous side by side question to include as values in a matrix question.I’m using the code below. The commented out line works when there is just one value to include, but doesn’t work when I try and add loop using  “/ + i + “. Is there syntax that does work/ another way of doing this?n.b. In Qualtrics I have a general survey template that I use to make hundreds of surveys. These surveys are almost identical with the only difference between them being certain words on the surveys vary between surveys (e.g., client name, various brand names, etc.). The questions and structure of the survey remain the same. Currently I have to duplicate a survey and the search and replace brand names, and repeat.I am most familiar coding in R and would love if possible to find a way I can automatically create these surveys in R using a package like httr2.My general thought is load in .qsf file of template into r. Make relevant changes to the qsf file for any number of surveys, and then have those surveys automatically created in my Qualtrics account.Has anyone done something like this and can give guidance on the workflow?

Is there a way to hide the "Powered by Qualtrics" element at the bottom right of the page? I've tried a bunch of different combinations of custom CSS and nothing seems to be able to override the !important modifier for that element.

I just noticed while using community over phone that ask question button is hidden by the chat button. Are others also seeing same problem? ​@AlonsoC is it a known issue or is only on my Android?   

Hello,I want to display a question only if there are a certain number of answer choices displayed in that same question. The answer choices are carried forward from multiple previous matrices. The matrices have five scale points, and only statements selected with the highest scale point are carried forward to that question. I only see display logic for selected count, but not for displayed count. Would anyone be able to help me with this?

Hello, I have a survey that has 30+ embedded data rows. I am defining each of these data points in an intercept that has 4 creatives defined as 4 action sets. Each creative is using the same values. (Yes, I found out that I can copy an action set and the copy will carry the embedded data definitions.) When it comes to viewing  the embedded data values, it is very difficult because the width f the boxes that the Qualtrics UI offers is too small - I cannot see the complete values. All this manual and visual checking is extremely slow and error-prone. I cannot even make a screenshot and grab the text because the full values are not visible. Editing is as cumnersome as the viewing. I am looking for a more efficient way of viewing, entering and editing the embedded data instead of using the form provided by the graphical UI. Any export to Excel and import back? Maybe a text editor?

I’d like to track the time each respondent spends on each randomized block individually, regardless of the order in which they appear.I know that Q_TotalDuration can track the total time spent on a block when it’s shown in a fixed order. However, I’m unsure if it’s possible to accurately track time spent on each block when the blocks are randomized.Is there a way to capture block-level timing data for each randomized block? Ideally, I’m looking for a solution that would give me a separate timing metric for each block, even though the blocks are presented in a random order. 2.
