Hello to the community, We have an onboarding survey sent to every new office employee across our organization for which we have built a dashboard. We currently have a participation rate table by country which gives us data on how many people were invited and how many people responded.I would like to filter that information by time periods (e.g. from Jan 1st to March 31st) so we can follow up on our hirings. However, I’ve noticed that data was not showing and read that time filtering was unavailable for participation rate table. Is there a workaround for this? I feel the data is so close to get, I would appreciate any recommendations on what I could do to have the information we need.

We’ve recently transitioned to Qualtrics and launched our EX Onboarding and Exit dashboards. We’ve found the filters, in particularly the hierarchical filters, not very user friendly and time consuming. Example: a team member in China wants to filter their report to show only “Beijing”. In the location filter they would like to search “Beijing” or jump to the “city” layer but can’t. Instead the team member needs to select each level of the hierarchical filter until they get to the level needed i.e. Region> sub region> Country> state> city. We’ve had immediate negative feedback on the experience from the HR community (“very basic looking, “needs a search” “Time consuming to not be able to jump the level and having to click through each level”). Has anyone come across a work around or better user experience they can suggest for hierarchical filters?We use these filters for our sup org and location in our onboarding and exit dashboards.

How did your company address potential survey fatigue?Did you limit the amount of surveys a single candidate would receive even if they had applied to multiple positions in a month? Curious if you implemented survey invite limits at the Screen or Interview stage at all. How many questions did you ask at each stage?Also curious if you surveyed Executive candidates, and if the methodology matched the normal invites for ‘regular’ candidates.

How can I customize the “Retake Survey” message?  

Helo Everyone, I am trying to utilize the creating a new Employee Journey Analytics project from scratch so that i can combine my 2 engagement surveys (2022 & 2024) , my onboarding 90 day and my exit survey (4 total surveys) together to see how our lifecycle data compares to engagement and the EX25 KPI’s. I ran this a few times and I keep getting an error for too many rows. What have others used to set up and did you join data and aggregate also?  I know that joining data and aggregating data are two options and not sure if I'm setting this up correctly.  I used a main demographic “branch” that all surveys have.  below is the model I built and waiting for this to regenerate. Thank you!

Hi team,  We added a translation of labels in our EX Engagement Dashboard, and it only took partially the name of sources in the translation. Even if we see in the file all translated fields, they dont reflect in the dashboard.We tried uploading the file more times, but it doesnt refresh the data. Is there some advice for this?  Thank you Livia B

Hi there, does any know if it is possible to do a query in TextiQ that looks for comments where the word “No” is the only comment people have made.  The client would like to add these to a “No comment” topic.  Many people just just written “no”.Thanks!

Hi,I’m using the Heat Map Widget on my EX Pulse Dashboard.We have meanwhile several waves of feedback.The ‘breakout’ columns of the Heat Map Widget respect the page filter (e.g. data source = May wave). The first column (comparison column) does not respect the page filter. This leads to the situation, that the results across ALL WAVES are displayed in the first column.The explanation text in the widget configuration window states that this is “intended behaviour” (=all data sources will be used).My question:Is there any way to filter the Heat Map Widget by the data source?I only want the data from the May wave to be used in this widget.  Using the widget filter didn’t work either …Thanks!Manfred

Hi community,I have a specific question regarding the use of TextiQ in an Engagement project.Currently, this project does not have its own responses, but it is connected to 4 different data sources, each with its own TextiQ configured.My goal is to display, in this consolidated dashboard, the TextiQ bubble widget and the comment summaries widget, showing the consolidated comments from all 4 sources.According to the support documentation, there should be no limitations for this type of setup, but in my case, it’s not working as expected. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what I should take into account to get these widgets to work properly in this scenario?Thanks in advance for any guidance you can share.

I am looking for best pracises and code to show context of question. For example Question text is : How would you rate your engagement level? Context “Engagement is broad term and depend on various factors happines……………………...” I want to show context as tool tip and should work well on all devices. Can you share how it can be done?

It would be great if there was the ability to custom sort the order of the breakout displayed on the heatmap.  For example, we often like to use the heatmap feature to look at how the different tenure groups compare when responding to employee engagement questions.  After speaking with a Qualtrics support representative, the only option they have found is to relabel each of these groups with a letter in front of them, so they are sorted alphabetically (A - 3 to 6 months, B - 6 to 12 months, etc.).  Adding a letter in front seems like a clunky workaround and would much rather be able to customize the order instead.   

Hi everyone,My organization has an automation that imports new employees into the directory on a daily schedule.I would like to add a metadata field to each employee record that includes the date their data was imported into the Qualtrics directory.Unfortunately, I haven't been able to achieve this using the workflow tasks. Is there an alternative method to do this without editing the source file from which we import the employee data?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi All,I am wondering if any of you have tried to adjust the layout/formatting of the Excel export of a Scorecard widget in EE Dashboard?Currently, when you export the scorecard widget to Excel, the output file is uninviting. Without a doubt it does contain all the necessary data, but I would love to add custom color coding to the template, format the headers, columns width ect. So that the users in my organization can download a nice looking report when exporting the widget, instead of manually adjusting it each time the scorecard is downloaded.Are you aware if such idea could be achieved? I would appreciate very much your experience on this topic.

Does anyone have experience with how to show a trend over time with comparisons. We want to show how a location did the past few years in the same category. 

I have a survey with CSS added into the “Look & Feel” portion. It adds a line before the last option (“Other, please specify: “).In the question preview AND the block preview, this displays perfectly. However, in the survey preview the line is missing.I have tried rebuilding both the question and the block to no avail. Single choice questions in another block work, so unsure about the cause. I tested on both Edge & Chrome and I cleared my cache / cookies. There is no specific HTML in the question.Does anyone know what could be causing this / how I would fix it? If you have a dashboard with multiple data sources, where a given respondent can have responded 0 to many times across the data sources, is it possible to somehow set a filter that only shows the respondent one time in a widget?

I found help on managing text that is shown for authenticator errors, but I also want to remove the error.svg (red exclamation point).  Can anyone tell me how to do this/share CSS or javascript to do it?

I am responsible for my company’s Engagement survey. At my company, historically for salaried team members, they would receive a unique link to the survey through their email. For hourly team members, we would ask them to input their employee ID# to complete the survey so that we are able to collect meta-data on the back end tied to their employee ID# (i.e., location data, demographic data, hierarchy data, etc.).This year, due to changes in leadership, we will only be able to ask our North America employees to input their employee ID#s. I need a way to use the authenticator for just North American employees, and not any employees from any other country.I am trying to come up with workarounds to this so that maybe North America at the very least can still collect employee ID#s and allow us to analyze the data that we need. One method I thought of was to use the first question of the survey to identify what region a team member is from. If they select North America as th

Does anyone have experience with how to restrict participant data (Name, Email) from the Data & Analysis tab for admins. We do not want them to be able to pull identifying information by employee.
