Dear all,I have 3 questions concerning Qualtrics surveys:The option javascript isn't accessible in the question behaviour section which means I am currently enable to track user clicks (don't know about another way) I need to add an ID variable in my URL for a panel but I'm not sure which values to add for the emdbed data values (I've asked the panel, but maybe the answer is straightforward) I'd like to set quotas but the condition isn't about responses types but the number of them (every 75 responses the survey access has to be blocked so changes to a website can be made, once done the survey would manually be reaccesible)I am far from an expert in coding so any response would help

We have a matrix with a likert scale with statements about knowledge on topics covered in the course. Row 1 asks questions about knowledge on topic 1 before the course and row 2 asks knowledge on the topic after the course; row 3 asks questions about knowledge on topic 2 before the course and row 4 asks knowledge on topic 2 after the course, and so on. Will we be able to use Qualtrics analytics to measure the changes in knowledge for each topic? Or do you recommend we format the question differently to assist us with this analysis?
Hi all,i have a list of 100+ plant species - each has been recoded as either a “0” or a “2” depending on their status.If i conduct a survey using any of the “2” species it doesn’t matter which one i choose, it will always get uploaded as one specific plant species. That is, regardless of which “2” species i choose it will always get put into Data and Analysis as the same one “Ulex” in this case.Equally if i choose a “0” species (any one of the 80 odd options) it will only ever show up as one species option: in this case “Acacia” What is going on? Is recode messing with the selection?

Hello! I’m an undergraduate research fellow and building a survey for my professor’s research project.To gain context for this question, in an attempt to gain more accurate answers for more stigmatized questions, for a page of the survey, respondents will point to “yes” or “no” on a page of numbers and the researcher will write down the number in the cell (and the point is that they won’t know if it is “yes” or “no”). However, in a pilot version of this survey (that was done on paper), there were a lot of errors in interviewers mixing up numbers (writing down a 7 as a 1, for example) and the Qualtrics survey is supposed to eliminate these errors. Therefore, I’ve set a custom validation for all of the questions on the page to only allow values that match a certain regex of numbers. This part works — however, I would like for when the interviewer attempts to go to the next page, the error message to be displayed on the exact cell where the incorrect value is written in instead of above t
Hello,I have created a Survey workflow for our clients to sign up to a workshop.Of course there are a limited amount of spaces which is what I have set the simple quota to.What I would like to know is if it is possible to include a separate survey that is linked to the original for any cancellations.e.g. Someone signs up and receives an email confirmation (I set this up on the workflow) that they secured their place however can a link be included to cancel their secure place so it automatically deletes that persons quota so I don’t have to manually delete each time someone personally emails me to cancel.And...Once the quota target is reached, can another survey be created to allow them to go onto a “waiting list” and when cancellations occur, to automatically be updated and transferred to the first quota.I hope this all make sense as I would appreciate learning how to do this, very useful tool if it is possible that is

Hi, I am looking at Reports and see the option to export to PDF. Is there an option to export to a Word document, editable? Alternatively, is it possible to edit the data table rows/column (i.e., response options) in Reports. Sometimes there are minor typos in the html language.Thanks!
I was able so successfully ran an API call that listed opted outs from the directory. Aside from name and email, I also need a specific id (CID) in the output in order to link the records to our internal database. This field (CID) is an embedded data field that exists in all of our mailing lists. Is it possible to include this in the output of this API call?
We've designed a Qualtrics survey and had a designer enter some code to match the survey to our study website. The designer is no longer on the project and we'd simply like to change the color of a radio button when it is selected. Currently, the radio button fills in white when a choice is selected. We'd like it to be blue (or anything darker really). See the screen shot below for the current design. And the current code used below that. I want my #3 radio button in red color. I used the Javascript code below. It works well in the horizontal application but doesn't work in vertical and column applications. I have tried several ways with qualtrics actual options but I am not resolving it. On the other side, with java script can be the solution but my skills are almost absent with the program. Hi, I have a question concerning using Qualtrics for my experiment. In the experiment I want to compare the results of two questions. The questions are framed in a slightly different way. I would like every respondent to answer the question in a survey and then answer the other version of the question a week later. Preferably it would be randomized who gets which question first, but it is important that they will get the other question 1 week later. Is there a way do this?
