Hello!I have a request to create a survey that is anonymous, and that allows me to share live dashboards with restricted visibility with stakeholders. So far, what I have come up with is this: creating an engagement survey and instead of using customized links, using the anonymous link. I would also not import any participants as respondents in this project. This way I can import the stakeholders as non-respondents, assign roles and share dashboards.Would you say there are drawbacks to using this solution?Another possibility is to use an anonymous survey: I am aware in anonymous surveys it is also possible to create live dashboards in the Results tab. However, those are difficult to share with a wider audience (I'd need to use a password protected link which doesn't seem very secure as per: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/reports-module/results-dashboards/results-dashboards-settings/manage-public-results-dashboards/), and it is impossible to restrict data access for d

In the EX - Employee Engagement Project, I am looking to create a workflow that triggers an email to a particular employee group when a survey response is received. Unfortunately, when I attempt to filter the conditions, task, or email, it does not provide the proper metadata or embedded data that I need to identify the employee group. Does the EX Engagement Project workflows have the ability to filter down to specific metadata? I’d prefer not to create a separate embedded data field, since the field that I need is automatically within the employee file that we’re using. I’d appreciate any assistance or direction, thank you! 

We are using a common device to survey an offline population. The issue we are running into is this:Once an employee completes the survey, the next employee receives the message: “you’ve already completed this survey”.The only way we have found around this is cumbersome. We have to clear the cache after every survey completion on the device. This is time consuming, and doesn’t work well when trying to survey a large population.We do utilize an authenticator on our survey. Does anyone know if its possible to work in code to auto-clear the cache upon authentication, or some feature in Qualtrics that will fix this issue? We have not been able to figure out a  better solution.

Hello! We did a full EX survey in May and plan to do a pulse survey in August and another full EX survey in November. We plan to copy the project for each new survey, which would result in three separate projects (one for each survey). Will there be a way to merge the data from all surveys in one Qualtrics dashboard so we can track trends for certain questions? 

I’m a brand administrator who wants to interpret and utilize EX25 at a more academic and professional level.In Qualtrics ex25, there are 30 total of 5 KPIs and 25 drivers, but there are too many drivers to explain 5 kpi to management only with correlation with 25 drivers, and too heterogeneous drivers to only correlate with high-correlation ones are identified in top 5.Recently, I learned about the structural equation model. I'm thinking about whether EX25 can be structured and explained 

I’m getting the error message, “Header cannot be empty,” when I am trying to upload my participant file to our project. I feel like I have followed all the steps to prepare the file for upload. Is there something I’m missing? 

Hi Guys!I have an EX survey that i need to distribute in 3 languages (ES, BR-PT. EN), the issue is that some users do not have language code in their metadata or is a code outside from this 3 and I would like for them to get the email in PT-BR but everytime i create the email EN is created as the default language. Is it possible to change this and have PT-BR as the default language for the distribution? 

In an engagement project, when uploading anonymous survey responses from an external source, which will be used for a historical comparison, is there a way to build org structure other than upload of a fake participants list?

I am trying to show comparisons in a dashboard for 2 engagement projects. When I am trying to map my hierarchy (2024 hierarchy to 2023), everytime I try and map across names, it breaks the mapping apart. What am I doing wrong? When I press Save and Continue even after mapping one at a time, it never saves my new mappings. Right now, I have 10 unmapped units and I can’t see the dashboard comparisons until they’re all mapped.

I have 2 surveys that are linked in the same dashboard. In both surveys I have a question with a 1 to 5 rating.I would like to have a filter that applies only on data from survey 1, but that allows me to still see data from survey 2.Example: If I select 5, in the filter I will show me data from both surveys, where the user have selected 5 in survey 1.Is this possible?I get that when I set the filter to 5 it will by default only see data from survey 1, but wanted to know if this can somehow still be linked?

Goal: Use Lifecycle Surveys (EX) to automate surveys to managers of new hires. The surveys are used to assess the recruiting process.My Environment: My Directory is auto-populated nightly. Automation is set up on my manager project to pull in managers who recently hired an employee. I have Message Automation set up to send messages weekly. I can't create multiple user profiles for a manager, because manager user profiles are used with our SSO login for dashboard viewing. Use Case 1: I have a survey sent to managers one week before their new hire starts. I want to be able to send the survey to these managers when they've hired a second (or third or fourth) employee at a later date. The Problem: By default. Message Automation only sends messages to participants whose Project Status is Not Complete. So, anyone who has a second new hire will be in one of two scenarios:They completed their previous survey. Hello! We created an EX25 survey in May 2023 and copied the project for two more surveys in August and November 2023. Should we continue that approach since our questions, logic, design, dashboards, etc. are already built (which would help greatly with efficiency!), or should we start from scratch and create a new EX25 project? I’m curious about the risks of copying the project, since that is what we intend to do for our upcoming May survey as the questions, logic, etc. will largely stay the same.Thanks!

In EX (Employee Engagement) I can give managers the permission to create idea boards for improvement actions. If I understood the system correctly, every manager creates their own board. Correct? Is there a way (for me as an admin) to get access to those idea boards of all managers and to ideally get a consolidated board with all ideas across all managers? Thanks,Manfred

Hello Experts, I am looking for a solution, so that I can allow other local admins to fetch one or more participants based on email ids from one project to another. I cannot allow them to import from EX Global directory as it has other data as well.Is there any solution for this issue?

Hi Team,I am after some help with displaying response rates in the EX dashboard from a previous year. Our team want to be able to see the different in response rate from 2020 in our 2021 dashboard. The response widgets (participation summary, response rates) do not allow you to add a filter or specify a data source so I'm not able to use this to show our 2020 data. I can also not add it as a benchmark or a comparison as far as I can see. Is there a way to display the 2020 response rate in this dashboard?The only thing i've been able to do so far is a simple table using a count with a filter for 2020 and 2021, so we can compare # of responses but this doesn't allow for a response rate % comparison. Hello community, I cannot read anything specific so hoping someone has the answer. In EX projects, how many data sources (projects) can you map into a dashboard? I’ve seen community message for CX that says as many as you like, but is that the same for EX.  Am I ok with adding upto 16 from different learning feedback surveys?

Hi everyone, Curious how your company’s Pulse Survey scores compare to your annual survey scores? Do Pulse survey statements tend to score higher or lower on average in your experience and why? Thanks in advance for any input!

I know how to upload employee/manager info for dashboard delegate access, but is there not a way to do this manually within the hierarchy as well for when we have one off requests?  If there is, can someone point me in the right direction please.

Does all of the action planning guidance really have to be entered manually??  And if so is there an enhancement in the works to allow for uploads?  It’s a very time-consuming task that I sure hope carries over when the project is copied.

Hello, I’m currently working on a dashboard for a recent survey. The survey included two free-response questions: one asking about positive aspects and the other about areas for improvement. To analyze the responses effectively, I created Text iQ topics that are consistent across both questions.However, I’m facing a challenge: I want to filter the page to display only responses that include a specific topic. Currently, I can only filter by one question’s topics. Since respondents often provide pros and cons related to different topics, comparing specific topics becomes tricky. I believe this feature would be valuable in other dashboards as well. Does anyone have suggestions on how to achieve this without filtering each individual widget?

Should I create an idea, or does anyone else have a solution to mass load the EX25 Action Plan Guide tips into their Suggested Actions in their Dashboard? Last admin we had a consultant company so they just typed them all in (painfully). So, I was curious if you could mass load without typing it all in some how?Seems like Qualtrics could pre-load them? Or do they do that if you keep the question linked?

Hi,in Qualtrics EX, is there a way to “hide the information” whether an employee has participated in a specific survey? As a standard, I can find this information on the participant tab. Thanks!Manfred

Hello community, Curious to know if anyone has asked the question as a result of confused clients. When using an EX dashboard, scorecard widget and turning on comparisons, the comparison colour scheme red/green is displayed opposite to what is seen to be intuitively. If the comprisons score is higher than the total (favourable bars), then this is shown red, and where the comparison is lower, its green. Personally I find this confusing and contradictory. Is there anyway to reverse the colours so green = positive, favourable and higher, vs red = negative, unfavourable or lower. Curious to hear what others think.Simon
